A few questions for those who have lived in Club Insula.
Good day to everyone. We are going to fly to this hotel at the end of this week. We read the reviews, everything seems to be ok, but there are a couple of questions. a good number. Is it so? yard or next to a disco. So how is it better to pay or not? And secondly, I want to take both a camera and a camera, and a laptop would be needed, but you can’t stuff everything in a safe, so the question is, what do you dear vacationers think, if you leave it in a suitcase, it won’t disappear? - with flat contacts or 2 cylindrical ones (as we have in Russia)? Sincerely. Victor.

Rested in the "Insula" 3 times. I never paid anything extra, tk. I speak a little Turkish (I know about 70-80 words + a few phrases). This affects hotel employees much more effectively than $ 20 in the passport. (Tested on other hotels too!!!)
Normal guys work at the reception: Mr. JAM and Mr. GUVEN (emphasis on the last syllable). They will give you a good number themselves. Given that you are traveling at the end of September, there should be no problems with settling. Just ask for a quiet room and they will help you.
Regarding the thefts: I have never heard that in Insula, something was missing from the rooms. Make friends with the maid, tell her a couple of affectionate words in Turkish, take pity on her, give a couple of chocolate bars or a couple of cans of condensed milk - this is more reliable than any locks!!! (You can say in Turkish, for example: GOD HELP, and also: O-O-O, YOU ARE TIRED. YOU NEED TO REST).
The sockets in the rooms are standard, with 2 cylindrical contacts, as we have in Russia.
If you need a simple Russian-Turkish phrase book, write to me in a personal message - I will send it right away. It (the phrase book) is quite large (on 3 pages) and therefore will not fit into the frame for standard messages.

And good day to you! I agree with the previous answer, I just would like to add that even if you don’t know Turkish, it doesn’t matter either ... there is another effective way - a simple friendly smile !!! At least I did it, they gave me a great room with a view of the hotel grounds, the pool and the sea (second building, 3rd floor, room 2205) and without any extra charge. And don’t worry about the noise, of course it’s not quiet during the day, but this is when various animation programs take place, but in the evening the music plays until one in the morning, but not loudly, so if the door to the balcony is closed, it’s almost inaudible. My friends had a view from the room of the neighboring hotel and the road, also in the second building, on the 5th floor, but there were no problems, everything was quiet. So do not worry, I think that everything will be fine and you will definitely like everything. I wish you a great holiday!!!

We rested in Insula in May of this year. Phones and cameras were not hidden, everything was in plain sight. Nothing was missing. Things were also all lying on the armchair, even new ones in the package. The room was in the first building on the fourth floor overlooking the courtyard. It was very quiet, they did not give any additional payment, they settled us within 30 minutes, although they arrived at 9 in the morning. You will enjoy your holiday, don't worry about anything.

ENVYING!!!
Insula is my first love!
On the second day I put $ 1 on the bed, so the maid changed one empty bottle for us for 2 full ones during all three weeks that we were there!
We lived in room 1415 overlooking the village, loved to sit on the balcony late in the evening with my granddaughter and look at the lights ...
I want to Insulochka!!!

Hello!!!! I had a rest with a family with a child, I didn’t pay anything upon check-in, they settled in a room overlooking the pool, the safe, in principle, was roomy in the room, everything would fit, even a laptop, the only thing is that Wi-fi in the hotel is weak, it constantly flew out, I had to restart to enter the network (you will receive the password at the reception), have a nice rest!!!!
