When they saw us at the table with plates in their hands, the staff defiantly turned away and went the other way. And having achieved a clean tablecloth, they either didn’t bring us cutlery or left dirty ones! ! The staff simply did not want to work and it was on everyone's face!
It was the same at dinner, tables were set only for locals and drinks were served only to locals. For 7 days, only 1 time the boy asked what we would like from drinks, although they have trolleys with them. Standing in line for ice cream, we were always reluctantly put a portion in a waffle, although again they piled on the locals so that it flowed on our hands!
There was NO seafood for a single day! In principle, there is nothing besides chicken, the choice is chicken wings, thighs and always dry fillets!
Alcohol:
Ultra includes the presence of imported alcohol, that's a fact. There is not a single name in this hotel, nothing! It is impossible to drink local wine, it is diluted alcohol! Beer is more like water, local spirits are even less attractive. Fortunately, a nice girl working downstairs at a computer with clients and their problems suggested that from tolerable drinks in this hotel there is champagne at the Lobi Bar, and then it started!
On the first day, they poured us soft drinks for children and said that they mixed up the bottle (3 times the situation), on the second day they thought that it was paid and was not included in the concept of the hotel, after which they went to figure it out, called the manager and after a while they found out that it was for everyone free of charge, apologized and sent a bottle to the room. On the 3rd day, the story repeated itself, already another bartender named Musa, nevertheless decided to show that he was the main one and refused to give champagne, the management was called again, I was already brought to tears and much more related to this, the main manager Erhan apologized for a long time, promised every day number on the bottle, but no one kept the promise.
Territory:
Going downstairs, there was a feeling that they went out into the street or ended up in a bazaar. Shops are built in below and passing by to the pool, they are still trying to drag you there!
At the time of our stay at the hotel, 95 rested on the territory !!
