The occupancy of the hotel is small, I think, somewhere around 50%, since it is not the season. The rooms were given with a balcony overlooking the street, 414 and friends 411. But this did not bother us, there was even a little sea view. The only thing is that during the day some kind of hoods worked there and hummed very loudly, you can’t sit with an open balcony, but it didn’t bother us, since there were practically no people in the room. At night we slept with a closed balcony, under the covers, it was already cool, about 13 degrees. There are no mosquitoes, only flies during the day. The room itself is good, not killed, no damage was observed except for minor scuffs on the furniture. Every day they put water in the refrigerator, sometimes mineral water. Cosmetics replenished once a week (shampoos, conditioners, soaps). Cleaning for 4, the dollar was left. Bed linen and towels are clean. The TV was not turned on, but the plasma looks good, friends said - there are both Russian and Ukrainian channels.
Beach towels are provided at the spa on the 6th floor. Towels are shabby, it would be nice to update (in the rooms too). The spa was not visited, the prices are not the cheapest in hotels, as usual.
The lobby bar has very tasty Turkish coffee, not the one from the machine. And we liked the hot chocolate from the machine. The bar also took ayran, champagne, whiskey, beer - it was delicious. We tried some cocktails, but we liked only sour ones, and not very sweet ones, too cloying. Once in the evening they brewed mulled wine, during the animation, it was good.
The food was good, I won’t say that it was a mega variety, but we ate and it was delicious. Lay the cook's food. Standard breakfasts with pancakes, boiled eggs, omelettes, cheeses, cereals with milk, yoghurts and fruits, pastries. There were no cakes for breakfast. Lunches are also standard with a couple of types of meat (mainly chicken, beef, fish), salads that can be mixed and seasoned with oils and sauces. Delicious grilled vegetables, steamed vegetables. There were cakes for lunch, too, many liked it. Fruits - melon, apples, pears, tangerines, oranges, grapes.
Dinners were a little more varied. Soups, by the way, can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even at night, from 11 to midnight. After midnight there is something like sandwiches with vegetables and sausages.
During the day, you can normally refresh yourself in the snack bar: pizza, pasta, sandwiches, nuggets, schnitzel, Caesar, I liked pizza and nuggets the most.
The staff is friendly, mostly understood everything, but better in English. Chefs and waiters are smiling, we gave tips for good service.
The hotel has a lot of Europeans, mostly Germans. There were also a few Turks and Ukrainians. I really liked that it was calm, quiet, no intrusive animation, no drunken noisy companies.
The air temperature was an average of 25 degrees, and the water - 22. There were not many people swimming, because it was fresh enough, not suitable for everyone. Basically, everyone was sunbathing, there were enough sunbeds. By the way, there were no long queues at the bars and in the restaurant, the maximum was 2-3 people. The beach is clean, although small, but well maintained. Entry into the sea is also normal, on the right, if you look at the sea, it is more rocky, on the left - smaller pebbles.
The pool is not heated, we did not swim, although it was cleaned every day and some "walruses" climbed there).
The hotel also has a shop and a hairdresser, did not use. If you walk around the area from the hotel, you will meet a bunch of shops with souvenirs, bags, textiles and other things, all are traded, so you can buy something interesting not for all the money in the world. We also went to Alania, also bought up there, were in Waikiki, there is a choice, prices are approximately the same as in Ukraine.
Excursions were not taken and we were not particularly offered them, even a guide, not in season. Therefore, we went to Alanya by public transport to ride the funicular, walk around the medieval fortress, there are gorgeous views!
We also went by taxi, the drivers are bargaining, but for less than $ 5 you will not be taken even a couple of stops (for example, we went to Avsallar). We also visited the Harbor restaurant in Alanya, we were not particularly impressed with the seafood there, it seems that they were not very fresh, there were too many sour and spicy sauces that completely interrupted the taste of the seafood themselves. And the service is 4 *, the owner of the restaurant revolved around the Germans, they say, is it tasty for them, is it convenient, but no one came up to us, although we never skimp on tips, if there is something for it. But the views from the restaurant are beautiful, of course, everything shone with night lights, the view of the fortress is mesmerizing.
On the day of departure, the bracelets were not cut off, we calmly dined and took drinks at the bar. Irem kindly accompanied us, a girl who meets and communicates with tourists, which also left a good impression. And in general, the Turks are sincere people, they will always treat you with tea and coffee, sweets, and chat with you. Let this be a marketing ploy, but a pleasant one)
In general, it’s also not bad to have a rest out of season in Turkey, but for the heat - to Egypt). I recommend the hotel, definitely, everything suits us personally. Location - far from the airport, but close to Alanya, you can always go there for a walk. The area is not so lively, but you can also find cafes and shops. For picky people who love silence and walking - that's it!

We chose this hotel, because we read a large number of positive reviews, and we were looking for a hotel +18 for relaxation.
Let's start with the fact that Russian tour operators list Numu as a 5 star hotel on Booking and other sites - 4 stars.
The hotel itself is generally unmarked, it does not have a single star.
Now about the hotel itself.
The first impression of the hotel spoiled the settlement. We arrived at the hotel very early at 6.30. in the morning, of course, we were not settled, because according to the rules, check-in is at 14.00. In hotels where they respect their guests, they try to check in earlier, but not in Nume and not Russian tourists. (while we were waiting for check-in, foreigners came, registered and went to check in, without waiting at all for 14.00. (we saw it, because we were sitting in the lobby, it was unpleasant)
Exactly at 14.00.
we were called to the reception desk (by the way, an unpleasant person named Elena, if you saw how her face changes when she communicates with foreigners, but the courtesy mask flies completely with Russian-speaking guests))
We selected the hotel carefully, we knew the square of the room, how the room looks from the inside, what kind of balcony, etc.
And here it is the long-awaited moment, we go into the room and ...... , to say that we were stunned is to say nothing. The room was smaller than what was paid and expected, there was a smaller bath and there was even nowhere to put personal belongings, and the balcony is just a mockery, it’s crowded for two (this is room 427, above it is the same room at the very end of the corridor, these are two rooms with a sea view smaller square and with balconies meter by meter) And let the hotel employee (who will respond to my review) only object that the rooms are all the same, then a tape measure will help.
I allow you to live in this room alone, but the two of you can’t turn around there, by the way, the bed was smaller.
Only the Russians could put such a pig, hoping that they were patient, who would do well anyway, or there was nothing to compare with those who were in Turkey for the first time, and they didn’t study the hotel before the trip.
Naturally, in a semi-shock state, we headed back towards Elena the “beautiful”. Since the room was at the very end of the corridor, we saw what normal rooms look like, since the doors of the rooms were open, and by the way, rooms 3-4 were free. Naturally, the dialogue at the reception turned out to be emotional, we immediately asked to be moved to one of the free rooms that we saw, but the “beautiful” one said that we had to wait for the manager, that she did not decide where to check in and move the hotel guests. (I think that she lied in order to mock, since they turned out not to be patient, but came with claims)
We returned to the room again, the mood was 0, and we had not slept for a day and a half at that time.
After 30 minutes, we returned to the reception again, there was already a manager, apparently the “beautiful” one had already outlined the situation to her and we were promised to resolve the issue the next day. We again asked why not now, because there are free rooms and not one, we did not hear an intelligible answer.
I don't know why the hotel makes anti-advertising for itself, because this whole situation is nothing but a mockery. What was the problem with not relocating right away?? ? We did not even use anything in the room, the bed was not straightened. I am sure that the Germans or the British would not have been given such a number, and at the first request they would have been replaced immediately.
If Russians are so hated in this hotel, then there is no need to work with Russian tour operators, because until recently, the hotel was focused only on foreign guests.
Moreover, the biased attitude towards Russians, as second-class people, was felt not only from the manager and the “beautiful” (more on that below), although the fish rots from the head.
As a result, the number was changed, although not immediately, I had to run several times to the reception and wait almost until lunch.
Naturally, the sediment remained from such a “welcome meeting”.
Now about the hotel.
Rooms: quite comfortable, there is nothing to complain about, the only thing is our only one channel on TV.
Cleaning: everything is ambiguous, if you give a tip, they will clean it up well, they even wound up swans once. And so, they will forget drinking water, then they will give 1 towel instead of two, then they will not take out the garbage, then they will come with cleaning when you want to take a nap after dinner. In general, for cleaning 4-.
Beach: Mdaaaa, one of the weaknesses of the hotel.
There are no awnings, only umbrellas and some worn-out ones. The good thing about awnings is that you can take air baths under them without fear of burning out, but with umbrellas you won’t be able to burn yourself.
The sunbeds are so close to each other that if a person lies nearby, you can hear his breathing, you honor his smell, which is not always pleasant. In general, there is no comfort zone on the beach, people lie like herrings in a jar.
There is no entrance to the sea, it is better to enter from the side of the neighboring hotel, there are fewer large pebbles. I want to warn you! Examine the bottom, because at the bottom and at a shallow depth there are a lot of huge stones, about which people injured their legs.
By the way, the water was with garbage for two weeks only a couple of times, and the sea was wonderful. And yes, as in many places in Turkey there are biting, nasty fish.
Of the benefits: bars are close (in the bar of drinks only coffee, beer and two types of juice) There is an employee on the beach who looks after the order, there is a shower and a foot wash. A little higher is another bar, where the assortment is more diverse and you can have a bite to eat.
Here is another example of a biased attitude towards Russians. The bartender delivers drinks on the beach and takes away dirty glasses.
If he takes the dishes, for example, from an English pensioner, then he will definitely ask “Something else? ”, and if he takes it from the Russians, then he takes it silently. (just don’t convince me otherwise, we observed a similar picture for 2 weeks) For all the time, the bartender offered to bring something a couple of times, and even then because I raised my head when the bartender approached the head of the sunbed.
Meals: Quite at a good level, everything was meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, snacks, desserts. Everything is delicious, there were no disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. The only thing is that you can change the breakfast. For food and its quality, you can safely put 4+
I would like to separately express my gratitude to the waiter Malekh - he is always positive, friendly, attentive. It is Malekh that the hotel can be proud of, a true professional in his field. There is much to learn from him, especially those who deliberately ignore Russian-speaking guests in a restaurant. And further.
Why does the hotel management put their employees to meet guests before dinner? Only one employee showed attention to incoming people (unfortunately, I don’t know his name), the rest either stared at the phone or stood with such faces as if they were meeting a funeral procession. The hotel should think about changing the HR manager.
Bars: The hotel has three bars (on the beach, by the pool and a lobby bar). We drank mostly cocktails and beer, but I want to focus on cocktails.
There is a map of cocktails, but when you order a cocktail, you name it, they pour you a maximum of three out of 5-6 ingredients, you get an incomprehensible substance that has nothing to do with the declared cocktail, but that's not so bad, then something starts (I have not seen this in any hotel ) instead of a shaker, the bartender covers the cocktail glass with paper cups and shakes this substance.
Lord! Well, this is really crazy! Bartenders are apparently too lazy to wash shakers or what?
The hotel has only two hundred rooms, last year I was in a hotel where there were 600 rooms and in all the bars I mixed cocktails only with shakers.
Of course, a disgrace, it would be better if they didn’t make cocktails at all, than anyhow.
Then all the glasses with condensate, there are no coasters for glasses or napkins on the tables, everything drips on clothes, there is little pleasant.
Now we will talk about two waiters, whose arrogance and undisguised hostility towards guests from Russia was most pronounced. Their names were Bover and Botan, if the first one could, for example, simply ignore that your glass is empty, walk past, turning away on purpose, so that he would not be asked to bring something (but for the Germans and the British, he tried very hard, ran with orders, as usual ), because all these things can be seen with the naked eye and I don’t find fault at all (just a very observant person).
That second one behaved extremely ugly, when he was asked to bring drinks in one of the bars, God, he was already skewed, he did not even hide his anger and irritation. Again, the fish rots from the head. Fire the HR manager along with these lazy boors.
Above, I wrote that I was in a hotel with 600 rooms, so there the waiters ran like ants, it is very rare for someone to make an order at the bar, the waiters had time to serve everyone, but here there was always a queue at the bar, i. e. j. the waiters did not want to fully fulfill their professional duties.
But I also want to express my gratitude to the wonderful waitress Marve, she is a ray of sunshine in the dark kingdom, kind and smiling. And I also want to thank the two receptionists, they worked in the evenings - a girl and a young man, and both wear glasses (sorry, I don’t remember the names)
Entertainment: There was live music in the evenings, but the groups were repeated, respectively, and the repertoire, you can listen once, and then it's not interesting.
Contingent; Out of 100.90% foreigners, the rest is Russian-speaking audience. The hotel has as many young couples, companies as well as older people.
The hotel is clean, quiet, the area is not big.
Of course, the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, but a good 4.
If you have been in budget-level fives, then you will like Numa, and if you are used to hotels of a higher level, then perhaps the hotel will not suit you.
Let's start with the fact that Russian tour operators list Numu as a 5 star hotel on Booking and other sites - 4 stars.

We went with the company Anex tour, to go to the hotel from the airport is still quite far, more than 2 hours. Check-in had to wait a couple of hours, because we arrived at the hotel in the morning. The room was good, with a sea view, everything is clean and tidy in the room. They picked up every day. I liked that the staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel area is small, but has everything you need. A small minus is that the beach is small and quite often there were not enough sunbeds, so we had to take a seat in advance. Lots of foreigners in the hotel. In general, the hotel is 16+ and there are no small children in the hotel, so it is calm and quiet. Live music playing, relaxing, pleasant atmosphere. Animation is not navyashchevy, aqua aerobics and other sporting events take place during the day, there are shows in the evening, but not every day. I really liked the restaurant, the food was very tasty and varied. We decided to go on excursions, ordered them at home, via the Internet. We went on a sightseeing tour of Alanya and the green canyon, we were delighted, stunning views, very beautiful landscapes. The guide told very good things about Alanya and it was very interesting. We ordered excursions from Pasha, he was recommended to us by friends, good service and reasonable prices. My husband forgot his sunglasses on the bus, so they were returned to us the very next day, brought specially to the hotel. We liked the rest, of course the hotel is not suitable for young people, but for a quiet and measured rest, that's it. I recommend!

Check-in was completed in five minutes without any additional financial investments. The receptionist speaks excellent Russian, impeccably polite, like all the hotel staff. A room with a view of the neighboring hotel, but during the rest, we appreciated all the advantages of such accommodation: on hot days the sun does not hit the windows so much + amazing sunrises from behind the mountains.

The noise of the air conditioners of the neighboring hotel, which we read about in other comments, contrary to all expectations, did not strain at all. and when the balcony door is closed, it is not audible at all. Excellent wi-fi throughout the hotel, including on the beach. The food was quite satisfying. One big minus - very tasty desserts))) We were fed almost around the clock. The beach is clean, the hotel workers are constantly running along the beach with a rake, they even level the sand, for our pleasure. The entrance to the sea is quite comfortable. The room is spacious, very comfortable beds. Free safe, and mini bar. Live music in the evenings. Afternoon water aerobics. I really hope to return to this hotel.

We returned from the hotel today. When checking into a hotel, we, Russians, without an additional payment of at least $ 20, are settled in rooms with a view of another hotel - Lonicera, which means that it is impossible to sleep due to the noise of the air conditioners. Noise can be heard even with closed doors to the balcony! The hotel is not for young people!! ! Even after the school year, working as a teacher, I was bored! Animation in the hotel is completely absent.

The rooms are clean, the waiters and bartenders are friendly. You will not find a single word in Russian in hotels.

The hotel is great, modern and comfortable. Although we settled with a view not of the sea, this did not spoil the experience. Special thanks for the wonderful beds. The food is excellent, as for Turkey. The only thing, it seems to me, is better not to put sausages at all than to feed them with soy products.

When choosing a vacation, I was guided by the fact that there would be fewer compatriots and without children. Few people speak Russian, but I didn’t look for that. Got sick at the end of the holiday but the staff was incredibly caring. The beach is not ice, dirty (water, not sand) and the entrance to the water is not pleasant because of the pebbles. However, we did not have a bad time by the pool when we were not on excursions. The cleanliness of the hotel is 100%. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Noumea. I don't know if I'll be back (purely because of the beach), but otherwise, keep it up

I liked everything and the service and the room, the beach is nearby. The hotel is only 3 years old. There is a swimming pool and even on the roof of the hotel.

I'll start by saying that the holiday was a success. lovely hotel, wonderful restaurant, good buffet. Russian workers do not know well, mostly German, a lot of Germans. during this period of rest, in Turkey, the winter period, the beach was not cleaned, it was dirty, the sun loungers were dirty. entry into the sea is not very good, terrible sharp stones.

Operators give the hotel 5 stars, but pulls on 4.
little, shower gel is all the accessories that were in the bathroom in a reusable container.
one restaurant, two bars. modestly, tastefully, there were no entertainment events. a huge plus for the hotel for prohibiting accommodation with children, but one evening the owner's relatives filled the hotel with the children, there was a wild rumble.
The temperature was pleasing, + 25-35.
the hotel is not for a round-the-clock stay, rather for an overnight stay, and during the day you can go to alanya and antalya.
