5) there is a mini zoo (composition: rabbits, goats, 2 peacocks) the caretaker is the only pleasant hotel employee, he allowed to feed and stroke the rabbits, and let them into the aviary to take pictures with the peacocks.
6) Spa employees act as if they are doing you a favor that they even paid attention to you
7) on the beach, all the sun beds are pressed to each other so tightly that it is difficult to find a passage between them. and again everything is occupied with towels, rags and other nonsense
The check-in is problematic, they settle in the wrong place where they bought the tour, through replacement and temporary numbers, if you keep silent, then you will stay there.
The rooms are cleaned badly, even very much!

Racism! You stand in line, another tourist comes up (I won’t indicate nationality, I’m not a racist), they don’t notice you right away, they also insult you, they think that I don’t understand, but I understand their language.
The deception is complete, does not correspond to the concept that is stated - a lot has been written but does not correspond to reality.
Meals are like in the top three, once a week they have dinner, like they think like in the top five, but a maximum of 4+, service: - peace like with pigs....
Alcohol is fake, the one that is imported. I met Clan MacGregor whiskey in a premium hotel at the lobby bar, it's just cheaper to buy it than to do it.
In short, food in ordinary three-star hotels is even better!
Anthill! There are no free sun loungers anywhere, unless you go to borrow early in the morning, more than half of the sun loungers are occupied with towels or things and are not used by people.
Anti-coronavirus measures are only on paper, everything happens the other way around, Everyone gets infected, gets sick in a quiet place, they even came up with a scarecrow so that the sick hide, because if you sleep, they will isolate and divorce you for money. They recorded a sick employee with signs of SARS, sneezing and with a temperature, they informed the administrator... She politely agreed and promised to take action, but in fact this employee is standing in the same place the next day and with snot...
On the day of check-out, the bracelets were removed and limited: they don’t serve food at the bar, although they gave a card that says that you can use all the services of the hotel.
Our friends at the bar took alcohol, so the administrator saw it and tried to take it away, I had to send it obscenely.
In short, they are promoting the premium case right now, so the four and five turned into three.

During the settlement, they very actively offered to settle in the old buildings (Lonicera World), because there are no places in the Resort (although the tour was bought in the Resort), they even offered a two-room suite in the World without additional payments. After inspecting the rooms at World, we declined (old furniture, plumbing, small rooms and moldy smell contributed to this). After the refusal, they said to wait for something to appear in the Resort, after 10 minutes there was a room. After the settlement, no one at all told the concept of the hotel and where it can be found.
The rooms at the Resort are clean and new. The soundproofing is terrible, especially in the bathrooms. They clean well, but sometimes you need to be reminded.
The rest was remembered by constant queues occupied by sunbeds by the pools and on the beach (it’s hard to find a free place by the pools after 09 years old, there are three rows of sunbeds). Many guests occupy sunbeds, simply leaving their belongings or towels. The hotel management does not respond to this.
Food - you won't stay hungry, but the choice is not great, there are few fruits (apples, pears, oranges and kavoons, there were no strawberries in June). That is clearly not for a 5 star hotel. Only one restaurant worked on the -1 floor (+ they opened it for dinner on the 0 floor). It is also not clear why ULTRAALLINCLUSIVE is written in the nutrition concept, because there is no such thing here (from imported drinks, only Bells whiskey was forgiven 2 times).
Also does not correspond to the concept of a 5 star hotel with Ultra, the policy of downloading money from a tourist at every turn e. ).
The restaurant is open in the evening until 21, but at 20:30 the staff starts to slowly clean up everything. That is, if you come at 20:30, you will eat what is left.
The beach is overcrowded too, there are not enough places (despite the fact that the sunbeds were delivered to the Gold Island hotel!
In general, I can say that the infrastructure of the hotel is not designed for such a number of guests (they say that it generally accommodates 5 thousand). 100%. We definitely wouldn't go there again!
The area around the hotel is gorgeous. In general, this hotel was created for an ideal holiday, now we will only come to it. Usually in Turkey we like to go on various excursions, at least two for a vacation, but we didn’t want to get out of this hotel, we spent only half a day on the Sapadere Canyon and didn’t regret it at all - it’s really a place of incredible beauty.

Cons: the hotel has everything, but it's all just closed due to the pandemic, or because May is not yet the season. Huge catering problem
Queues in the restaurant are everywhere, sometimes even for bread, they do not have time to cut it!
For breakfast, the choice is poor, but even if you stood in line for an omelette, while you are standing in line for pancakes, your omelette will already be cold. There was a queue even for small packages of honey and jam, we spent time not on rest, but on waiting in line even for a piece of lemon! Stock up on nerves and patience! And if you put a plate on the table, even if you leave your things on a chair and go to get something else, such as coffee, then your plate will be removed, they think that you have already eaten, we had it at breakfast on the terrace every day! Here they are too diligent. And then you have to go get your own food again! There are no spoons in the package with cutlery on the table - if you took food that you need to eat with a spoon, brought a plate to the table, please go back to the beginning of the restaurant and take your own spoon. I don’t understand what the problem is immediately putting it in a bag in the appliances?
The sunbeds near the pools are all occupied in the morning, we also had difficulty finding free sunbeds at the sea, while they are very close to each other, in 3 rows, the whole beach is like one big family!
You still need to walk to the bar on the beach - and also stand in line - there is 1 bartender!
Near the water park, the bar is closed, like many other bars. If you want drinks or ice cream, please go to the pool and queue there too!
Elevators are a separate art form. To get to the restaurant, you need to take one elevator up from floor -1 to floor 0, then go to another part of the building and go down again to -1. And every time you have to stand in line too. All this is due to the fact that the thermal imager is inside the building - the entrance to the restaurant is the only one!
In general, we will definitely not go to this hotel for the second time, especially with a stroller and a small child. It was not possible to rest.
We arrived at the end of April. There were few people, but when vacationers began to arrive for the May holidays, queues appeared at the restaurant (perhaps due to the fact that only one was open), there were not enough places on the beach and near the pools, and there were queues for elevators.
There is a water park on the territory, while there were few people - there were no queues for the slides at all, then it got worse. Very large children's area, children - paradise)
The food, although monotonous (by the end of the week, I already wanted something new or at least themed dinners), everything was very tasty.
The minus that I want to note is the Russian-speaking girl from Guest Relations: (All the time she gave false information, and when she was told about it, she moved out that we did not understand her correctly.
We rested with two families and there were different cases and she always behaved like this : (

Pros:
We were lucky with the room (with a direct view of the sea and pools and the entire territory), the bay itself and the sea (but this is a merit of nature), a beautiful area.
Minuses:
This is not a hotel, but a large barn, in order to take sun loungers somewhere, you need to get up at 5 in the morning and go to take places. If you came to rest from working days at home, then you are not here. We spent our entire vacation at a table at a bar near the sea. there are no places on sunbeds anywhere, and the hotel administration does not care.
The bars are disgusting, the alcohol is all terrible.
There is simply no food, because. it is very terrible. I’m interested in the question, those people who write that everything was delicious in 2019 - I specifically reviewed YouTube for the past year, so everything is the same as this year.
We, too, have been in Turkey for more than a year and really rested in good, expensive hotels where the food was really on the level. I wish everyone to visit decent hotels so that you understand what good, decent food and drinks are and really ultra all inclusive (imported alcohol).
The staff smiles upon arrival. Nobody needs you and your problems anymore.

If someone asks me why and how I ended up in this barn, the answer is very simple: our premium hotel was not opened due to COVID-19, and we found out about it 5 days before departure and Anex tour offered us this hotel and assured that this is a chic hotel and we will be delighted. Of course, we were delighted, but from horror and rudeness, for the first time in all our travels, we waited and counted the days before flying home.
Our entire family DOES NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
