We went with my family for a week, 2 adults 2 children (11 months and 5 years old).
MINUSES
I’ll start with the transfer, I advise everyone to take an individual transfer, we had a transfer from Tui, it’s a kapets, instead of taking you to your apartment faster, feeding you and putting you to rest, they drop you off half way in a roadside shop, like go see what you can buy, make a cash desk to our friends, thank you after a 4-hour flight with children, this is exactly what we need! The transfer back was announced at 1.30 at night, the bus arrived at 2.50 thanks for giving me the opportunity to stand on the street at night, it’s just magical to watch other people fuss and leave to sniff the smoke from cigarettes of smoking bus drivers on a stuffy night, an unforgettable experience!
AND VOAL! at 4 in the morning, halfway to the airport, you are stopped at a roadside eatery for 20 minutes and history repeats itself, dear guests, checkout
THANK YOU TUI for g@vno organization! But it's not about that. Accommodation:
Bed linen is not changed, it is simply remade! (the child stained the sheet with cookies and it was dirty for 4 days, I think you can take it off and throw it on the floor then they will replace it)
Mini bar only water, sweet drinks on the day of arrival and that's it (for a 5 * hotel, this is redneck).
Upon arrival, they settled with a view of the parking lot on the 1st floor, where buses and cars constantly gas up your room, changed it to another room at the request, they refused to settle in the harmony building! The air con did not work in the new room and you could die from stuffiness at night . .
Food, since the hotel is large and there are many people living, everything is prepared for the masses and it is mostly not tasty, but there is also fish and a choice of meat... soups, unfortunately, disgusting, I don’t know for whom they make such liquid... but the food will find its own eater for taste and color, as they say...
The waiters will not run around you and ask what to bring and how to help, they physically do not have time to do it. therefore, you get up and chapaesh with your legs to the bar where they will pour you a drink... But the Turks are licked one place regularly, for a 5 * hotel division into nationalities this is not acceptable... I would look at a Turk who would be served secondarily somewhere in Germany. . .
A towel was stolen on the beach during lunch and in order to get a new card for a new towel you have to pay $ 10, what are you guys? in a 5* hotel? your towel will still remain on the hotel grounds, absurd.
The bottom of the sea is huge cobblestones, there is the most extreme part of the beach there is sand, the only place for a normal entry with children...
Alcohol
It seems to be an import, but it seems not, if the import is some kind of burnt, an ordinary balantays cannot stink like Deshman moonshine and be dark brown...
pros
A large area you can walk around... there are shops in the passages, I advise everyone to go to the transition from harmony to the beach, they bargain with you and give up the price. then so, it makes no sense to go there, the trip will not pay off;
Entertainment for children, a mini zoo with partridges and peacocks, a bunch of water slides, a mini amusement park (cars, a train and a ferris wheel).
Slot machines for a fee (with so many hotel attendances, this is redneck)
In general, the impressions are good, the minuses are intertwined with the pluses and become not critical if you are a demanding guest, you are not here, if you don’t care like me, feel free to go. no. . . 5* hotel? rather just 5 without *. Reviews on YouTube do not correspond to reality, everything is too beautifully filmed there.
The food at the hotel is good, there is a lot of food and variety, the restaurant is clean, the dishes are whole. Corresponds to the concept of ultra, the bars have a lot of good alcohol.
There were few people on the sea, but it was cool in early May, but it was comfortable and even hot in the pools, it was impossible to pull my daughter out of the pools for days.
Separately, I also want to note the peacocks, there are a lot of them and I really liked their cry, it creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel is clean everywhere, everything sparkles, there is a lot of food everywhere, delicious coffee is brewed in the confectionery.
For me, this is a hotel where I definitely want to return.
I have never seen such a terrible hotel and service.
The hotel is dirty, has not seen repairs for ten years.
Everything is stained, the refrigerator is a faded brown, the bathroom is cracked and chipped, there is mold in the corners. The shower works in such a way that at the same time tropical rain is pouring on the head (the switch button is broken).
The bed was changed 1 time, and there was an allergy to the powder - everyone itched.
In the room they found a cockroach on the curtain late in the evening, I killed it with a slipper and it lay for three days on the floor until they noticed it. The same met right in the elevator. Be careful cockroaches are big, see 4 for sure
On the first day, they swam in the pool, everything was fine, but the next morning, where the Italian restaurant was, they did the cleaning, and they found a picture of how the dirt that the workers washed off flowed directly into the pool (where the entrance is a semicircular ladder).
The dining room is a special item. At the distribution, food is thrown into a plate, no one smiles. Feeling like they are doing you a big favor. I was poured several times past the plate. Water is poured into plastic cups, for which you have to run around the hall several times. It's a shame to put a bottle on the table. There was no choice of food: milk porridge was added for breakfast, which no one ate. And eggs. The eggs were cold, undercooked, with some water inside. The rest of the food is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tomatoes and cucumbers, which were cut into rings and lengthwise, and "salads" - in fact, the same tomatoes and cucumbers without options. There are two types of soups. Once there was a choice of 4 types of soup, but that day there was a check, they dumped all the food there, ran around the hall and pretended that they always had it like that.
Strawberries were 2 times in 6 days, fish twice. The rest of the time is tasteless, just impossible to eat. Not salted, raw, or overcooked.
We went hungry.
The beach is clean. But merchants walk every day and impose their services: gold sellers, boat rides, fur coats, leather jackets, gold again, photographers, spa massages, real estate in Antalya, gold again. This is some kind of horror. They come up to 7-8 people in an hour and a half, they forget that they have already come up, and again: hello, how are you relaxing? Everything is fine? We have a gold store, let's take a minibus and see.
For the money that we paid for the trip, I expected not to meet cockroaches, to see the best conditions and service. There is no service in this hotel. Definitely do not recommend.
So - Long Beach... ))
We rested from July 7 for two weeks, as a family mom-dad-son (9 years old). We arrived early in the morning at Antalya airport, we traveled by bus a little more than two hours, with a stop at a Shell gas station + a local bazaar. Even on the bus, with the help of a guide, we managed to quickly and without any extra payments get a cool room (5237) - with a view of the sea, water parks, in general, the entire territory of the hotel. We were sent to have breakfast and settled immediately after breakfast. The room is small, but you can’t really call it small either - a room of 18 meters + a corridor + a bathroom. The beds are good, orthopedic mattresses, air conditioning worked properly, refrigerator, kettle, glasses - everything was there. There were slippers in the room, I begged for bathrobes for three days, then spat - they never brought it)))
The territory is not huge, but large, green, well-groomed. Many pools, there is a pool with sea water, 3 + water parks.
One water park near the hotel, 2+ - on the coastline. More from the free amusement park for children. Works from 19.00 to 21.00.
The access to the beach is very convenient. The beach is long-and-other - corresponds to the name of the hotel. Two piers, you can go down to the sea from the ladders, you can jump at the end of the pier - 2-2.5 meters to the water.
Beach and entry into the sea.
Many complain about the stones in the water under their feet, but if you go to the left corner of the beach, then there are no stones from the word at all... Local families with children often made their way there . . The sea was warm 29-30 Celsius - measurements were made by hand... not really transparent, but I'm afraid the hotelier cannot influence the purity of sea water . . ))
Nutrition. To be honest, I expected (due to quarantine) much worse. . . but you can get used to everything if you don't yawn)) There is a lot of food, quite tasty, some just edible. Special frills are not noticed, but everything is up to the mark. Everything was there - no one went hungry. The guys tried their best.
infrastructure around the hotel.
There are shops on the basement floor of the hotel, there are souvenirs, textiles, sweets on the street... everything is like everywhere else . . Well, what can I say about prices - bargain... Divide the price you named by two, and Allah will help you! ))) By the way, the same thing with the hotel guide and his tours. Somewhere in the middle between his and your figure, you will reach a consensus, bargain and shake hands! ))
To Alanya (20 km) there is a dolmush (a very decent clean bus with air conditioning) that costs 6 liras / 1 person. Lucky to the bus station in Alanya. Take the return bus there.
Currency exchange.
There are two ATMs in the bazaar below the hotel, you can withdraw in lira... be sure to indicate that you are changing from hryvnia to lira, bypassing the conversion into dollars... save on commission.
I like to change dollars in Migros at the checkout, the most favorable exchange rate.
Entertainment/Animation
They were, despite the quarantine, in full . . And children's animation and mini-disco . . And adult loud concerts with dances of vacationers until two in the morning... or three? And entertainment programs in the evenings, a circus, dogs, acrobats and jugglers - everything was... In fact, the fact that now the quarantine was visible only by the ammunition of the staff - masks, gloves, shields... Vacationers were not infringed on anything and were not bothered by anything - the mask was removed upon entering the hotel on the morning of arrival and put on when sitting on the same bus going to the airport.
Well, now about the main thing - can I recommend this hotel for a holiday and do I want to come back here again?
Definitely, I recommend it to families with children - here the children will not be on your head for the whole vacation, but in one of the three water parks, a children's room, an amusement park or a mini disco... And this is great! )))
Well, we would have come here again... we liked it! ))
We arrived at the hotel around 11 am. They immediately put on bracelets, then they thought, cut off and put on red ones! (how they differ, for example, from blue ones, I still don’t understand), they sent me a snack, and after the dining room they gave me a card from the room.
They loaded us with our suitcases into an electric car (by the way, the suitcases were treated with an antiseptic) and brought to the "villa-bar" area.
Upon arrival, it turned out that our room was occupied!
After five minutes of negotiations of our guide, with someone on the phone, the three of us were moved into a 4-bed two-room bungalow (well, we did not object - of course).
The room is nice and spacious, everything is present, everything works. The view from the balcony is really into the bushes (but what's the difference).
So as not to smear the writing on the sheet.
Food (when compared with Egypt) is simply gorgeous! You can eat and drink here almost around the clock (you can definitely have a bite at half past one in the night - checked). There was even an incident at the bar! Accustomed to the Egyptians pouring half a finger of alcohol, he ordered two Ballentines at once... and for about five minutes he stupidly thought what to do in such a heat with two full glasses of whiskey! =))
The beach is large and long, with two huge piers. Pebbles and stones aground definitely cause discomfort. But somehow we immediately crawled onto the pier, and in the future we only swam from it!
Three water parks! Everything worked, everywhere they shouted and squealed and plopped down!
Although the animation was cut due to quarantine, but after the annoying Egyptian skirts, it was nice to listen to a live grouper roasting Bon Jovi!
Territory! Clean, pretty. . . and yes, peacocks!
The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday, for young people, and for tourists with children (there is a mini amusement park, and on the -2nd floor there are a lot of all sorts of slot machines and a 7d movie, a playground is also available).
Shops on the territory will provide you with everything you need, from small things to gold jewelry!
Only one minus, only 7 nights we were there! Next time you need to take a tour of the day for 11! =))
In general, everything is cool! Recommended!
We arrived one of the first flights after a long ban on flights due to quarantine.
Arrived at 4:30 am, checked in at 2:00 pm. The hotel was full.
During the quarantine, all rooms were renovated and the plumbing and furniture were changed.
By hotel:
Meals - during the quarantine period, you cannot collect anything yourself, all this is done by the hotel workers. You can enter the restaurant without a mask. There are disinfectants at the entrance. All employees are wearing masks and gloves. The choice of dishes is huge and every day the hotel is open, it increases. There are lanes for which you can not go (about 1 meter from the dishes). Also, all hot dishes are behind glass.
Water parks - there are only 3 of them, they are excellent, they work all day. They were not affected by the quarantine, except that the jacuzzis were turned off. Gorges are awesome! The workers keep order. Everything is working. The slides are all soft and safe.
Luna Park - operates in standard mode, turn on in the late afternoon.
You do not need to pay, except for the autodrome - it is paid).
The territory is huge, well-groomed, beautiful. You can walk without a mask throughout the hotel, including indoor areas.
Indoor pool - open as standard. Entrance is free, in summer there are practically no people there, basically everyone is on the beaches and in water parks, the jacuzzi is also turned off.
Bars - drinks are super!! ! Whiskey - Ballantines. A lot of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Mahito is drunk a ton a day! Very cool local liqueurs - Alya Baileys, Alya Malibu, banana liqueur and others. Bartenders are great! They do everything with the soul, quickly and beautifully! They are not greedy! Always with a smile! It's just nice to watch! They didn’t find free ice cream (they sell for money) All bartenders work in masks and gloves. The crockery is very clean and of good quality.
The beach and the pier - the beach is so-so, although clean, but the sand with stones, it's hard to go into the sea. Pierce is just amazing!
Very good descents into the water, there are 4 of them. Cool mattresses for relaxing 2 and 1 local, umbrellas, awnings, everything is whole, well-groomed, not shabby. There is a place for jumping into the ode from the pier, with good depth.
All sun loungers are whole, new and of good quality. The distance is kept, there is enough space for everyone.
Animation is non-existent. For a week, Africans performed once with dances and tricks, during the day by the pool and in the evening there. Had aqua aerobics at the main sea water pool on the beach. In the evening there was live music by the pool from 21:00
There are cameras in children's clubs that broadcast video on one of the TV channels. You can watch what the child is doing in the club right in the room.
Wi-Fi - works throughout the hotel, including the room. Average speed, floats a little. Read the news, write on viber, send a couple of photos is enough. To talk on Viber, you need to find where it catches well (reception, bars, rooms, restaurants) It doesn’t catch on the pier.
Excursions are organized, they have guides or there is a local tour agency at the exit from the hotel.
Also at the exit from the hotel there is a small market for tourists with shoes, clothes and food. shop. It's not cheap, but cheaper than a hotel.
