We have been resting in Turkey not for the first year, the Kemer region has always been a priority. We went to Alanya for the first time. Most of all, I was surprised by the complete absence of information signs and reference information throughout the entire territory of this hotel. Even the reception has no sign and is not marked in any way. The numbering of floors for living is completely absent, which floor you live on is difficult to understand even intuitively. Our room number was 1142, but for some reason the button in the elevator was "0". Unfortunately, there are no indications of the location of the "restaurant" either. In the central hall on the wall hangs a plan of the hotel with digital designations and a decoding of these numbers below. I don’t know about anyone, but for us in the first days it was extremely inconvenient! The beach is dirty, the sun loungers are mostly broken. There is simply no declared bar on the beach in the usual sense !! ! Entering the sea is simply terrible because of the large and sharp stones in the water. The menu in the restaurant is quite limited. What is ultra all inclusive, in the hotel, unfortunately, no one answered me. The highlight of this hotel, especially for children, is its water park. Unfortunately, I have no desire to return.
