They wanted to order a la carte, it turned out that the fish restaurant only works 2 times a week and you can order a place for it only a day in advance and from 11.00 to 11.30, and then everything, the order time is over! We never had time (Alcoholic drinks are not the original Europe, perhaps our own, but in principle normal!
In general, pensions may not be bad, but I don’t recommend it for young people. Yes, and with children here, too, will be sad!
We are still here, with frustration ((started on the third day of rest!
Constantly wait for the tractor that will take you to the hotel (statements on the first line, although this is not the case, because you need to walk a couple of meters) or go up on foot, almost losing consciousness under the scorching sun.
Do not forget to rush headlong at 7 am with a towel to take a decent deck chair near the sea! if you want to have a quiet breakfast and wait for the towels to be issued at 8 am, remember - without a chance to lie by the sea!
And the same situation for lunch, towels and a stone on top is just like the decor of the beach! Dear Guests, they are walking - having lunch or attending a massage - but the towel is constantly carried along with the stone!
And about food! Different types of food are superimposed, and half of them are some kind of smear, such as sauces with sour cream and mint or sour cream and yogurt, etc. , and miracle salads with eggs and pasta - from one kind that I just wanted to cry!
Do not forget that if the operator who gives you a box with food on a night flight - then by all this means a poor bun in a bag of cheese and cucumber and a bottle of water!
The management of the hotel are complete slobs, in this hotel no one cares about your peace! The artists and show programs are good, but the organization and timing are to hell! After dinner, instead of starting the show right away, nothing happens, and at 22:00, when most people are already stuck to the pillow, the movement begins, and until 24:00.10-20 people remain on the show at most, and all the rest they sit in the rooms and wait for this madhouse with sound to end, so that you understand that it is impossible to watch TV with the doors and windows closed, you can’t hear anything, the windows and doors vibrate like drums.
That's not all, after 24:00 two or three companies of compatriots sit by the pool, with acoustic systems, and it starts who shouts whom, and so on until two in the morning or until you go down to the lobby and complain. That is, the staff does not care about the peace of the residents, they change their ashtrays, they bring drinks at two in the morning. There is no separate place in this hotel where a drunken CREDIT could rest and not disturb others. Theoretically, there is a place, on the -2nd floor, where there is a tunnel, a bunch of empty rooms where all this can be done, but the administration does not need this!
Therefore, I do NOT advise anyone to come to this hotel!
Disadvantages: 1. Contingent (not always the hotel's fault). 2. The bad, negative mood of vacationers is a personal problem of the latter. 3. Vacationers from neighboring hotels on letore beach - a problem that is difficult to solve in a cultural way - even the presence of security does not save. You can’t forbid using the sea, and sitting on the beach and checking bracelets all day is not an option.
One real wish - on the beach there are big folding parasols from the sun, not straw mushrooms. . .
At the bars, as everywhere, local drinks are alcoholic / b / a. In the lobby bar, in addition to local alcohol, there are imported drinks: Martel VS cognac, Chivas whiskey 12 years old, Olmeca silver tequila, Absolut vodka, Smirnoff vodka, Baileys, Martini, Bacardi white rum. Also in the lobby bar there is local champagne, even of decent quality! ! ! Goes well in the heat.
Food - meat (chicken, beef, turkey), fish (trout, river, sea bass, dorado), vegetables have always been, nothing special. Fruits are weak, there were apples and pears. Strawberries were not in season. Desserts are good! ! ! Very good baklava! A beach with very beautiful views - just like a photo wallpaper! Nearby there is a great mountain with a forest for walking. The most beautiful views open from the bass! ! ! There is so much more good stuff to write. I recommend the hotel! The best memories remain. We will return to this hotel for a vacation!

1. The hotel is stunning from all angles, located on a mountain and offers a beautiful view of the lagoon from its territory. At the sight of it, it is breathtaking both in the morning and afternoon, and in the evening.
2. Right in the heart of the hotel there is a large luxurious infinity pool with bridges. When you look at it, it seems that it merges with the sea. It also lights up very nicely at night.
3. The staff is generally polite, but there are separate "cadres".
4. The hotel has a gorgeous beach, the best in the entire lagoon, right next to the mountain. Here you can take beautiful picturesque photos. Straw umbrellas also look exotic, but in terms of functionality, they lose significantly - the shadows from them are not enough. The beach has a shower, a changing room, a toilet and a bar where you can get alcoholic cocktails, juices, coffee, tea, and also from 12.00 to 16.00 they offer a bite to eat grilled chicken, burgers, salads, vegetables and fruits. Ice cream is also served from 16.00 to 17.00.
5. The rooms are good, the furniture looks quite acceptable, the air conditioner works, there are no complaints here. Many complained about the cleaning, but everything was fine with us, they cleaned perfectly.
6. I can’t say anything about the daytime animation, because we spent all the time on the beach. Good discotheques were arranged 2 times a week: Mask show and White party, I also liked the Live Music evening. The rest of the time there were small performances for half an hour in the amphitheater.
7. The food is good, but without much frills.
At breakfast you can find: pancakes, buns, cheeses, olives, sausage (in Turkey it is not very tasty), scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled egg, toast, sausages, various cereals with milk, vegetables, fruits, one-time sealed jams, butter, nutella . From drinks: Lipton and Turkish tea, coffee, orange juice, juices.
Lunch: various stews and stews, grilled chicken, chicken stew, fried fish, pasta, french fries, nuggets, steamed vegetables, Turkish pizza, salads, vegetables, fruits and sweets.
Dinner: about the same as for lunch, but more types of sweets are added, some more meat variations, once a week on fish day they gave crayfish, but there wasn’t enough for everyone. On the day of Turkish cuisine, they offer shawarma, kebabs.
8. Cleanliness on the territory (but this does not apply to the dining room). The area around the pool is regularly cleaned, sunbeds are washed and disinfected, garbage is also removed from the beach and sunbeds are washed.
Although we are not picky or scrupulous guests, even we could not help but pay attention to significant shortcomings:
1. A pleasant, helpful girl works at the reception, she is perhaps the only one here who does not want to rip off money from you. When we checked in, a plump Turk ran up to us and said that the standard rooms overlook the mountains and will be ready at 14.00, and if we want a sea view and earlier, it costs $ 150, we refused, then he crossed out the number and wrote 120. Although when we came last time in 2018, we were settled in a room with a sea view without any questions and any additional payments, we were just settled by that girl. In the end, we said that we only had $50 and he left us. Then, when we passed by, he called us and said that he "agreed" with the manager and they gave us a discount and settled for $ 50 : ). Even throughout the hotel, prices are written in euros and they are equivalent to dollars. If it says 2 euros, then you can pay 2 dollars. When we approached and asked about the possibility of a late check-out, we were told at the reception that it is possible and costs 10 euros per hour and we need to come tomorrow morning. When we arrived the next morning, the same chubby Turk was standing there and said that the hotel was busy, new guests were arriving and to say whether it would be possible at 10 o'clock. When we arrived at 10, other people were already standing there and said yes, of course it is possible. We have clarified euros and dollars are equivalent? they thought about it and said no, 50 euros = 59 dollars. But when we were checking out, the guy was very surprised that we were checking out at the wrong time and asked another and he said in English that we had paid 50 dollars. 50 and not 59. In general, they are funny there.
2. Beach.
a) There are not enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone, when someone came later, they either just lay down on the sand, or cursed and they were escorted to the sunbeds of a neighboring hotel. The beds themselves are rusty, broken, not fixed and put pressure on the back. There are also normal ones, the same as at the pool, with a plastic "headset", but there are very few of them.
b) On the territory of the beach people walk all the time without bracelets or with bracelets from other hotels. They take a queue for the shower, walk along the paths, and take the sunbeds, which are already in short supply. For all the time, the guard to no avail made a remark to them 2 times, and then pretended not to notice. It is worth investing and hiring a more impressive security guard.
c) The man who is responsible for the sunbeds takes them with a towel for "special guests", as I understand it, for a fee. So good sunbeds on the first line were occupied by him from 10 am, and people came to them as early as 16.00.
3. Dining room
a) They are clearly not coping with the new food system because of the coronavirus. Huge queues are created, since everything is presented in a single copy. About the queue for vegetables and salads, I generally keep quiet. The staff is clearly not enough, the same person cooks, flips, etc. and gives food.
b) They put food on a plate at random, if you want to take several types of dishes, they put it on one plate anyway (in such a hurry it is difficult to explain that you want a separate plate). As a result, everything is mixed, sauces and gravy drip from the plates, in general, not a very pleasant sight.
c) cleanliness. Since many people have something dripping from their dishes all the time, the floors are dirty and sticky. There are also a lot of spills on the dispensing of drinks, as they try to give out very quickly. We ate all the time at the same table and at breakfast I had a paper cup of coffee leaking and there were marks on the table and on the floor. When we came for lunch and dinner they were still there. There are also stains and women's hair on the chairs in the streets.
4. Food
The chicken is often overcooked and tasteless, the fish is a little dry and has a lot of bones in it, until you get tired of picking them up. And from the rest of the meat, mostly lamb, very little beef.
Fruit selection is very limited. On a regular basis there were only watermelons, but often green, melons, plums, also green, grapes and apples. Often there were pears, at first there were nictarines every other time, but from the second week they stopped giving them, and also bananas are offered a couple of times a week for dinner.
Delicious cherry tomatoes were given only for breakfast, and they were never available for lunch and dinner.
5. The coffee shop is written that it works around the clock, but in fact it is not. When we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, we wanted to drink coffee and go to the beach, there was no one there, as a result, we did not drink coffee. The choice of desserts is very small, mostly cookies, and in the morning the whole range is removed for some reason. Since sweets in the main restaurant are served only for dinner, and I don’t eat them late, I wanted to have dessert for breakfast, but they are never there at this time.
6. Discos. Good ones with color music, smoke, props are made only 2 times a week, and on other evenings they just turn on music on the computer and dancing is somehow not interesting and no one really dances. It's just that if there are props, why not do normal discos every day, the music is still turned on and announced as a party, but it looks like fuck off.
7. Judging by the conversations on the beach, many are unhappy that the hotel does not have a large territory, mainly a swimming pool and a stage just below it and that's it. And also that you need to go to the beach along a very steep climb, and the tractor that carries to the beach still needs to wait. But personally, none of this bothered us.
8. Elevators
Since we lived on the fifth floor, this problem became relevant for us. They are often wrong.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, check-in was very fast. At the entrance to the hotel, the staff took the suitcases for sanitation and later delivered the luggage to the room.
Number:
We got a spacious room with one double and one single bed. The room had everything you need for your stay: clean towels, slippers, hair dryer, cosmetics, safe (free of charge), TV, as well as a mini-bar that was filled with drinks. The room has a convenient system for determining the status of the room: Cleaning or Do Not Disturb. Cleaning at a high level, regardless of the tip, the quality of cleaning did not change. Beach towels are issued at the spa on a card system.
Food:
Everyone should understand that now is the period of the pandemic and it is obvious that the choice in the restaurant was not as wide as in the old days. But no one was left hungry. Large selection of vegetables, salads, meat, fish, desserts. The cooks tried to please tourists and always answered any requests with a smile. We got to the fish evening, where we were able to eat seafood.
The restaurant is clean. Waiters after each visitor wiped the table with a disinfectant. Clean appliances are packed individually for each guest.
Bars:
We usually order drinks from the pool bar. Didn't order anything from the menu but asked the waiter to make drinks of their choice and always got delicious cocktails. In the evenings, there were long queues, but the guys coped with the load.
The bar and patisserie was open 24 hours a day, so after the pool bar was closed, it was here for drinks. You can drink coffee and snack on sweets. In the afternoon, they put out a refrigerator with ice cream.
They rarely visited the lobby bar, but they were also satisfied with the quality of service.
The bar on the beach was especially pleased: in addition to drinks, you could also have a bite to eat with burgers, hot dogs, etc. After dinner, ice cream was distributed in unlimited quantities.
Territory:
The hotel area is not large, but the place is optimally used: there is a pool area with sun loungers, an amphitheater for evening shows, a pool bar area, a main restaurant area, a water slide area, a kids club area.
There were hand sanitizers throughout the hotel. The place is clean, the staff is very helpful.
The pool offers an incredible panorama of the sea. It is especially beautiful there during sunset. Favorite place of tourists for photos in Instagram.
Beach:
This is one of the main advantages of the hotel. The most beautiful beach with well-groomed territory, clean sunbeds and umbrellas.
The entry into the sea is the most pleasant, the water is of an unreal color!
Since the hotel is located on a mountain, it was necessary to go down to the beach. For those who save their energy, there is a shuttle to the beach, which runs almost every 15 minutes, and the road to the beach itself takes a few minutes.
The water is very warm, even at night. At night, there was a security guard on the beach who kept order.
Of the minuses of the beach: sometimes fish bite.
You can climb the mountain, which offers stunning views of the sea and the beach.
WiFi:
Wifi was available 20 minutes after check in. The speed is good, enough to scroll through the feed on social networks or watch videos. Internet caught even on the beach!
Eviction:
We had a transfer to the airport at 18.00. We left the room at 12:00. No one took off the bracelets, we could safely continue to use the services of the hotel: swimming pool, beach, restaurant, etc.
Other services:
We rented a car from the hotel. In the morning we agreed with the reception about renting and an hour later a car was already waiting for us. Prices start from $55 per day + gasoline. They were satisfied.
Animation:
All our positive emotions from the rest increased by 10 times thanks to the animation team: Eddie, Asya, Kemal. I have never met such sincere, friendly, kind and cheerful guys in any hotel.
Every morning Asya does yoga and water aerobics. It's a lighter girl! Energy just rushes from this person and you are charged with positive from it. Kemal holds darts games twice a day, gatherings of 15-20 people, and you rarely see such activity among vacationers. A cheerful guy with whom I enjoyed playing darts twice a day throughout the rest! Cheer up if something doesn't work out. Be happy if you are successful in the game. Eddie is just a lighter! With his dancing, he entertained all the tourists in the hotel. Very charismatic guy! He will be happy to tell you how to shoot from a bow correctly (yes, we also had time to go to archery : )
In the evening, everyone in the hotel has fun! We got to the Bingo evenings, and to the pool party (the animators danced with us), and to the concert of the local band (it was mega-cool)! The guys get high from their work, it is very felt. In such a short time they managed to take a special place in my heart! For the first time on the day of departure, I cried because I did not want to leave so much. THE BEST TEAM!
