Rested with family from 8 to 22 June 2012.
In short - a very nice decent hotel for people of age and families with children.
Check in:
We were brought to the hotel at 3 am. We had 2 standards booked. We were instantly put on bracelets, given the keys to 2 rooms on the ground floor, and we, happy, immediately went to sleep.
In the morning we had a meeting with the guide, at the same time, at the reception, we asked to change one of the rooms, since it was located next to the path along which people constantly passed, and in general, I don’t like to live on the 1st floor. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception asked me to come tomorrow, as there were no free rooms, according to her. The next day at 9 am approached the same girl. At first she told us that there were no rooms, come tomorrow. Very politely and calmly repeated their yesterday's arguments, and she, albeit with obvious regret, gave us the cherished key to a beautiful room on the 4th floor with direct sea views, absolutely free. By the way, it's not true that Russians are accommodated only on the first floor. We also saw many Germans living on this notorious ground floor.
Number:
Standard rooms are located in the main building: the numbering of rooms starting with the number 1 is on the first floor, from 2 - on the second floor, from 3 - on the third floor, from 4 - on the fourth floor. Number 139 onwards are ground floor rooms with balconies at lawn level. There are two modern elevators in the building.
In the second building there are only family rooms, it is located closer to the sea and further from the road, but due to the proximity of the animation and the restaurant to some rooms, it is noisier there in the evening.
The standard room has a tile floor. All hotel rooms have 2 single beds, there are no rooms with one double bed. A small baby cot or extra rollaway bed is available upon request. There is practically no free space for its installation in the room, only if you put it in the space in front of the window, right under the air conditioner. And since the air conditioner is not regulated by temperature, and blows only for cooling, 18 degrees, many children catch a cold. They start to heat up. Try from +40 to +18. This, I think, is the main drawback of the hotel. We moved the beds as far as possible to the closet and slept under woolen blankets so as not to catch a cold. It is already hot in June, and it is very stuffy to sleep at night even with an open balcony, the noise from the road also interferes. The mule screams start around 4:30 local time, but the hum of the air conditioner drowns out all this noise.
There is a small LCD panel on the wall. 2 Russian channels (1 and planet), many German and Turkish channels. There is a sports channel in German, which broadcast the entire Euro 2012 football championship.
Also in the room there is a dressing table with a mirror, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe (hangers and shelves are enough), an ottoman, a telephone, a refrigerator. Upon arrival, 2 bottles of water are delivered to your room free of charge. There is no safe. It can be taken at the reception for a fee. We didn't take. Everything was kept in a suitcase under lock and key.
On the balcony there is a table and 2 plastic chairs and a table. The rope for drying was already stretched by the former vacationers. We regretted not taking clothespins. Many had them. Also on the beach it would be very convenient to attach them to towels to an awning to protect from the sun, as all the Germans did.
Bathroom: toilet, washbasin with a shelf, shower, hair dryer, mirror. A little soap, shampoo in a tube. The shower stall is very cramped. It will be difficult for people in the body to squeeze through there. Much more in family rooms. The shower is removable.
Regarding insects, mosquitoes did not reach the 4th floor, but they were on the 1st. True, where are they up to our Russian. He slapped his slipper, that's all.
Territory: spacious, comfortable, very clean. All paths lead to the sea. Thoughtful landscape design. Lots of greenery and flowers. Good playground. Very good swing, where adults can also swing. There are secluded areas where you can sit and look at the sea. There is a tennis court, on the beach there are 2 tables for table tennis. The only bad thing is that there is no canopy over them from the sun, and in the evening they are not highlighted. At night, flashlights are everywhere, security is walking around, it is completely safe.
Beach and pool
The beach, in my opinion, is the best in Avsalara. He has the only blue flag. Spacious, clean soft fine sand. Beautiful sea, smooth sunset, large swimming area. Sunbeds are spacious, under awnings. Urns, walkways, a toilet, several showers and changing cabins. Free sunbeds could be found even after breakfast, but all the best places, of course, were already occupied by 7 o'clock. By lunchtime, a lot of sun loungers were released, and after 16 it was possible to relocate already to 1 line. Mattresses for a fee (1 euro), no towels.
The pool is small and not deep from 1.40m. up to 1.50m. At night it is filtered and cleaned. Vacuum the bottom in the morning. A couple of times we saw how a canister of bleach was poured into it in the evening. There is a small slide that works by the hour. Enough sunbeds with umbrellas.
Nutrition
Heaven is for meat eaters. Lots of variety and quite tasty. Always for lunch and dinner, several types of variously prepared meat and fish. I would especially like to note the lamb stew, meat on the grill, and whole fish fried on the grill. For breakfast: pancakes are baked, fried eggs and scrambled eggs, porridge, muesli, vegetables, olives, jams, cheese, cottage cheese are fried. For lunch: freshly cut vegetables, several types of hot dishes (meat and fish), side dishes, salads, marinades, etc. A couple of times there were mussels. We ate mostly at the snack bar on the beach. There is always one kind of something grilled (meat, meatballs, wings, fish), Italian and Turkish pizza, french fries, baked potatoes, spaghetti, salads, herbs, vegetables, fruits. Dinner everything for lunch, for a few more types of meat or fish, was fried on the street, plus vegetables on a grill or in batter. Salads are cut right in front of you on the street, you can fill them yourself with olive oil from a bottle. Deep-fried donuts. Very tasty stewed vegetables with meat in a pot. A varied sweet table with desserts and various biscuit cakes. At the snack bar, at 5 pm. For an afternoon snack, deep-fried buns and various donuts, a cake. In the morning, gozulme cakes with various fillings (minced meat, cheese, potatoes, greens) are baked in a special gazebo. The snack bar has a very tasty ayran. Ice cream only in the shop on site.
Fruits: always, including on the beach. Watermelon (sugar), oranges, grapefruits, apples. In the evening there were sometimes plums, apricots, peaches. There were no cherries, strawberries, melons. You can buy it in front of the hotel or in the market for a penny.
Drinks: both in bars and restaurants, beer is not bad, poured into branded glasses. If poured on the beach, then in large plastic glasses. There is red and white wine (I didn't drink it). Vodka, gin. The bartender makes cocktails. Lemonade, Schweppes. In Jupi machines. There are many places where you can drink tea and coffee (there is even a branded cafe). Water in coolers and bottles (refrigerator next to the lobby bar). There are no freshly squeezed juices.
Service: well-trained inconspicuous staff, all very friendly and polite. There are no problems explaining in Russian. Everything is clean. The waiters are very accommodating. All are very unobtrusive. There is no harassment towards beautiful Russian women. The cleaners are great. We have a cheerful “do not disturb” sign, so the poor thing sat under the door until the evening to change our linen. If you speak German, you can express your wishes to the hotel manager, who constantly walks around the territory, controlling his subordinates. Also at the reception in the box you can throw a questionnaire.
If you have a date, you can agree to mark it. You will be served a personal table on the veranda, with flowers and rose petals. (By the way, the restaurant is very well located, from everywhere there is a view of the sea). A beautiful cake with candles will be solemnly presented. Will be personally served.
Hamam: very clean, neat, punctual. The prices are ok. You can bargain. I took a course of full body massages with hot stones. It is something. Relax is complete. After a year of work in a huge metropolis, all worries were completely forgotten. They also made me a mask with clay for free every time and gave me delicious apple tea. There is also a small gym at the hammam, where you can go absolutely free.
Animation Entertainment: Here it let us down. The guys are really trying. But as they can, they can. Well, they are not creative, nothing can be done. During the day they hold various sporting events. There is a mini-club. Children play board games and draw. Sometimes kids get their faces painted. Half an hour mini-disco in the evening. A set of standard German children's dance songs. But shows for adults are mostly very weak. Focused on German humor from the waist down. There were no fireworks or fireworks. Even competitions like Mr. or Miss... was only once. 2 times a Turk came with live music (thanks for the black eyes and a tarkan with a lambada) and 1 time for 30 minutes a professional dance ensemble performed, it was like a breath of fresh air. We watched the Euro Football Championship on the big screen in the evening in the bar. It's good that there is a large village nearby, many shops, cafes, there are discos. There are places to go for a walk.
A few words about the tour operator. Sanmar didn't like it at all. Not only that, he replaced Transaero for us (which we booked for) with UTair, thereby “stealing” 2 days from us. So there is also a delay in departure for 7 hours, back for 1 hour. They transported us along with vacationers in Side, thereby extending the way from the airport for another hour, and the driver also managed to get lost. And these half-hour stops at shops at night - without comment.
But in general, we were positively disposed, the rest was a success, I recommend the hotel.

There were a family of 4 people at the beginning of May 2012, I really liked the hotel (12 times in Turkey), with a large green area (very beautiful and tidy, greenery, bridges, a pool with a slide, flowers), suitable for both children (there is a kids club) and adults , young people will probably be bored.

A gorgeous sandy beach (like in Belek), with a gentle entrance to the sea, our kids frolicked there, swam enough. When there are big waves on the sea, it was possible to swim only on our and neighboring beach, this is due to the shape of the coast. The sea itself is clean, clean, warm, in a storm it throws even turtles from the depths. The cuisine is delicious and varied, meat is chicken, turkey, beef, sometimes lamb. Rooms are good and cleaned regularly. The hotel is located in the village of Avsallar, across the road it’s interesting to go for a walk, take pictures, there are also a lot of shops, we really liked one MODA Collection store, we bought everything there, the prices are normal, as we left the hotel and went to the left, to the side Yapikredit bank airport (on the right across the road, blue like this), we reach the underpass near the Ozkaymak Alladin hotel, go through the underpass and exit to the left, exit the subway, enter this row under the weather and clock electronic panel, between Vakif ATMs bank and T. C. Ziraat bank, on the left side between the souvenir shop and the pharmacy, opposite the Angel jewelry store, there is this MODA Collection store, we went shopping here almost every evening, they brought something new all the time, all things are Turkish factory, original , I really liked the white tunics with long sleeves "baccio azzuro" Turkish cotton (good on the beach, especially when baked in the sun) and sundresses made of white cotton clothes (it's hot outside, but it cools and tender finest cotton); azim triko I bought cool silk knitted dresses for myself and my daughters, okсu triko knitted linen dresses for my daughters, now they whine that one at a time, very beautiful and comfortable mmm Swimwear bonesta, we already know this company, quality, color keeps, withstands both Turkish and Egyptian sun))) As a gift to mothers, they took a white and a colored dress, women's T-shirts from Turkish knitwear for $ 20, plain with rhinestones, for $ 25 in flowers, leopard print, it’s very beautiful under trousers, what souvenirs to pull (which are all Chinese), we useful and pleasant presented, mothers are delighted. Shorts, white linen and cotton skirts are excellent, colored knitted sundresses. They bought swimming trunks, summer trousers and shirts made of natural fabrics for my husband and son, lovely. And shorts for the beach (now he pulls at home, he likes them, they are so flowery, cool). The owner himself sells, his name is Emin, so he does not raise prices. We went asking the price along the main street, everything is very expensive there, the prices are bent, probably because of the rent. Baklava, Turkish delight, halva (on the street in souvenir shops, don’t take it in the open air, flies, dust, sun), take it in closed markets, we took home some of the baklava in the Chilek cafe, some on the same row where “fashion collection”, there is a market on the right side where you can buy good sweets, you can also ask Emin, he will advise, a very good person.
When you are in Avsallar, send greetings to Emin from Alexander's family from Moscow. We wish you a good holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

a good offer - before moving anywhere, study the situation, opinions, suggestions, take advantage of the advice and you will not get into trouble, as it happened to us. when we learned about what you read in other reviews, it's time to leave. however, we will try to go next time to the same hotel, because the main manager keeps everything under control, the staff is accommodating and understanding, the company is good, the rest is good, we have not lost weight, massage, sauna, excursions.

HAVE GERMAN OR ENGLISH IN STOCK, WELL IN A LAST CASE TURKISH AND YOU ARE LUCKY.

The hotel is very good, just returned. We went for 17 days with a child of 6 years. 1. Accommodation: they immediately try to resettle our compatriots on the 1st floor. Do not be fooled by this, demand at least 3, and preferably 4 floors. Firstly: there are no mosquitoes, and secondly, a beautiful view of the sea and the adjacent coast.

1. Accommodation: they immediately try to resettle our compatriots on the 1st floor. Do not be fooled by this, demand at least 3, and preferably 4 floors. Firstly: there are no mosquitoes, and secondly, a beautiful view of the sea and the adjacent coast.
We were generally lucky - for 100 "Baku" received a family room on the 4th floor.
2. Meals: many different meat dishes (grilled and stewed) for both lunch and dinner. Fruits: watermelons, apples, oranges, grapefruits, green plums. For those who do not want to go to the main restaurant - you can have lunch at the Snack bar on the beach. There is always pizza, Turkish pizza, salads, vegetables, and something grilled meat or fish.
3. Drinking as elsewhere in Turkey: beer, local cognac (my opinion is terrible disgusting to us), vodka, gin, rake, and other Turkish liquid. I did not experiment, because I was afraid to get sick after the recent events in Turkey in Bodrum and drank only beer.
4. Service: cleaning every day is decent, almost all the staff try to speak Russian, and if it doesn’t work, then I hope that with your knowledge of English or German you will perfectly understand each other. The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly and everyone speaks a little Russian.
In general, the summary is this: if you are not spoiled by expensive hotels in Belek, if you want to spend a vacation in Turkey, but are limited in funds, do not want to meet tourists from our neighboring countries (Ukraine, etc. ), then you will not regret it here. I have been to Turkey 17 times. Rested in various hotels (mainly 5 * and HV-1) I have something to compare. I am objective. The price-quality ratio is 100%. And it's not 3* on the 2nd or 3rd line. It's missing a 4 star only because they don't have a conference room, so they don't fucking need it.
In general, go on vacation in a good mood, and then all the little things will seem like nonsense to you.
Have a nice holiday.

The hotel is really not bad, but it's 100% triple!! ! The beach is super, especially for children, but the Germans left their towels around the clock, so it's impossible to take a sunbed, even early in the morning (on the first line to the sea). The food is excellent, but the dishes are not just chipped, but dirty and greasy! Fans in the restaurant instead of air conditioning - it's something!! ! It flowed in three streams, the pleasure of dinner is many times less.

The animation is very mediocre (especially for Turkey), of course, they may be tired by the end of the season, but actually this is their job.

The hotel is cool, especially excellent animation, you won’t be bored, even though the hotel’s territory is not so big, but all the same, everything is supper, the food is good, there are many Russians in the hotel and a lot of the attendants speak Russian... ANYONE KNOWS THE CALL OF THE CLUB DANCE SONG AND WHO PERFORMS IT PLEASE SAY.

Rested at the hotel alone in mid-July for 8 days. I chose the hotel based on reviews and photos on the Internet (including on this site). Arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock, the room was given at 9 o'clock. (without any extra charges), room on the 4th floor, at first I was upset, because there is no elevator in the hotel, but then I was only happy with this location: the view from the room is simply awesome - the sea, the pool, and after constant gluttony it was not superfluous to walk up the stairs .

The reception is on the street, but it didn’t bother me, the safe was paid, I paid $ 30 for a week, although then I calmly left both the money and the camera in the room, it was possible not to take the safe.
The hotel is small, the territory is stretched along the sea, the territory is well-groomed, very beautiful, many flowers. There is a tennis court, basketball court, table tennis, swimming pool and paddling pool. Everything is very well located, I could not figure out where their households are. buildings, etc.
The contingent is Germans, Turks, some Russians. There were few pensioners, mostly families with children.
Beach song! Huge, clean, sunbeds quite far from each other, there are always a lot of free sunbeds, mattresses are paid, but almost no one took them, they put a towel on a sun lounger, left keys, a phone, and a camera on the sun lounger, when they went to eat, to the pool, nothing is missing, the guard is vigilantly watching the beach. On the beach there are toilets, changing rooms, showers, 2 table tennis tables. Since the hotel is small, there are no large crowds of people anywhere, neither on the beach nor by the pool, everyone is relaxing without interfering with each other.
The pool is wonderful, little bleach, calmly dived with my eyes open. The slide works by the hour, it is not extreme, but adults also ride a lot.
The food is very varied, the food is very tasty, a lot of fruit. During the eight days of my stay they gave: peaches, apricots, watermelons, melons, cherries, plums, cherry plums, grapes (alternately two or three types of fruit), and grapefruits and lemons were constantly. A lot of sweets, they say very tasty, I have not tried. Lots of meat and fish. For dinner, they set up a grill near the restaurant and make all sorts of goodies from meat, fish, bake pancakes, fry vegetables, etc. True, there was always a queue at the grill, but they served very quickly, I was too lazy to stand at the hot grill, I was content with dishes in the main restaurant. A lot of drinks: fanta, cola, sprite, local lemonades, coolers everywhere, coffee only in the machine, tea in the machine, but for breakfast they brew and natural (very tasty), white, red wine, beer, ayran (sour milk), a lot of alcohol ( tasty gin with tonic ice and lemon : -)). You can eat around the clock, if they turn off the feeding in one fattening, then they start in another. If you don’t want to go to a restaurant for lunch from the beach, you can eat in a cafe on the beach, there is also a lot of food, they bake pizza in the oven, some other pastries, and next to it your grandmother bakes national cakes, also yummy.
The room is very simple, but everything is there and working properly. But the shower cabin is a nightmare, what a tiny one, although I saw normal in the standards, it was probably possible to change the room, but I was too lazy. Air conditioning works by the hour, I had enough. Cleaned the room every day, towels changed daily, bed for 8 days once. At the entrance to the room, they put a large bottle of water in the refrigerator, since I occupied a double, they put me 2 bottles.
The service is wonderful, everyone is smiling, they don't speak Russian well, but they always try to understand and help. I never had to contact the guide, and at the reception, too, it seems, everything is so debugged there, nice. The restaurant promptly removes dirty dishes, refreshes dishes, all without delay.
The animators are great! 3 girls and 2 guys worked, well done. During the day, games were played on the beach and by the pool, I went to water aerobics both in the sea and in the pool, I liked it. They work with children in the miniclub, in the evening every day there is a children's disco, the children are so enthusiastic, you are touched. After the children's disco, wonderful shows, a lot of fun.
On the territory there is a Turkish bath and a gym (4 simulators). Went for a massage tour. bath - not impressed. The beach also has a massage room, they say a good massage.
For 8 days of my stay at the hotel, I never went beyond its territory, I enjoyed the sea, service, and food, of course! After talking with Russian vacationers, I did not meet those who were dissatisfied with the rest in this hotel! I have already rested in Turkey in Kemer in a hotel of greater stardom, this is heaven and earth! This time my vacation was a success!
And if the rooms are renovated, how much will a tour to this hotel cost? Maybe let everything stay as it is!
I hope that I will definitely come here again!
