The staff, including the waiters, generally walked around the hotel in casual clothes. The food is delicious, but the variety is far from even a triple. The staff is rude at every turn. Swimming pool. In principle, nothing bad can be said: the slide worked when needed, there were enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Animation is missing. There is one animator who constantly invites vacationers to Alanya and other places for paid night parties. Beach. Everywhere is rubbish. The entrance to the sea is terrible. You can get hurt. The beach bar is only open between meals. The bartender is resting separately on a sunbed. Therefore, in fact, the principle of self-service is here. The underground passage was being repaired all the time of our stay, there was no lighting, there were blockages of construction debris everywhere. The only entertainment in the evenings was shopping. True, you will have to overcome a distance of 2-3 km to the center of the village. The area is unkempt. Vegetation minimum.
Hamam on site is recommended to everyone. This is the only thing, besides the sea itself, that brightens up the pastime in this hotel. Also, one of the advantages is a side view of the sea (room 414), we were not poisoned and we did not catch any infection.

We arrived at the hotel at 2 am. Immediately began to provide numbers. We were first placed on the 5th floor. The room had tiles on the floor and 2 single beds, rested with my husband. Immediately there was a question about one double bed. The staff, represented by the administrator, does not speak and understand Russian well. They offered us to move the beds for one night, tomorrow we will give another room. Having moved the beds on the floor, they found dirt, hair, clouds of dust. The room didn't seem to be cleaned. The husband immediately went to solve this issue. Having given a couple of dollars to the hand of the administrator, the number was immediately changed. Moved to the 3rd floor. There is already linoleum on the floor and cleaner, but also 2 beds. The bathroom is also not clean. You can't walk without slippers. In the morning they met the maid, she doesn’t speak Russian at all, they gave her a dollar and asked her to clean up, she cleaned up. The watering can was broken in the shower, water was pouring everywhere, but not on you. We turned to the administrator for help, they replaced it on the 2nd attempt. The furniture in the room is old but not broken, working refrigerator and air conditioning, there was a balcony overlooking the sea.
Nutrition. I won’t say that it’s bad, but they didn’t show off either. They gave semi-finished products, there was chicken from meat every day. Salads and lots of vegetables and herbs. The dining room is not very clean, but the guys tried very hard, for which special thanks to them. They didn't leave hungry.
The sea was across the road. You can go either through the ground or through the underground passage. The underpass was being renovated, but it was possible to walk there. The beach is dirty, you can't reach the sea without slippers. If you arrive earlier, you can take a sunbed under a canopy. The beach had its own small bar and drinks. In the course of the sea PLATES! It was terrible. First time in my life I've encountered this. Great chance of breaking or injuring your leg. I swam in special slippers. All 6 days the sea was dirty.
The area is very very small. There is a pool and a slide. The pool is not big, but there was enough space for everyone, you could always find a free sunbed. The slide worked regularly. Depth 160 and on a small piece 120. The water is clean and smells a bit of bleach, but one day the husband took out a fragment from the bottom, almost injuring his leg.
Our conclusion: the price corresponds to the quality. The rating of the hotel is 2.8, but not 3.
