They checked in immediately, the economy room was quite decent (we expected better), cleaned every day. One minus is that there is no drinking water or electric kettle in the rooms. Drinking water is available in coolers on the hotel premises
You need to take your own beach towels, because they don't provide additional ones for sunbeds or the beach.
The food is tasty, the selection is not large, and they were not hungry (trout was given every other day). Alcohol is red wine, white wine, vodka, gin and raki - quite normal quality.
The pool on the territory is clean, cleaned every day.
The sea is quite close, minus the stony sunset and the pier is deep. But for those who know how to swim, this is not a problem.
Animation is also in the negative, an hour of children's programs and an hour of disco type. But we took our speakers and arranged the program ourselves.
But the largest minus contingent, which consisted of RUSNI for 97%, did not conflict.
- the room we had was Economy but it had everything you need: 4 beds, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, shower, balcony. Initially, there was an idea to pay extra for Standart, but the need for this has disappeared.
- for food: yes, without much variety, but we never left hungry, there was always something to choose for both children and adults. The children did not stick off the cakes (2-3 types, but all were delicious). Plus there is a snack bar where you could have a bite of french fries with slices of pizza between lunch and dinner.
- alcohol: I was pleased with the beer, you can really drink it. For comparison, after Egypt, I didn’t even want to touch beer. Haven't tried wine. I didn’t taste something stronger and I don’t know about their presence, I decided to take something more reliable from the Dutik.
- pools: there are pools with slides, but they are not particularly original. The children's pool is quite good for small children during the period of active slides (from 10.00 - 12.00 and 15:00 - 17:00). When the slides were inactive, the children's pool was very cold. There is also a children's room nearby with all sorts of decorations, but I have never seen at least one of the tourists go there.
- sea: frankly speaking, the beach from the hotel is not very good, but this is not a problem. Go to the beach for 5 minutes through the underpass passing under the road. To the right of the beach exit, 50m from the beach of the neighboring hotel with free entrance. A very good entry from the sea from the shore and a low pier from which children jumped freely (the beach and the entrance to the sea are pebbles). I will not put this as a minus for the hotel, because it is a plus for the location.
- animation: at 21:00 there was children's animation. We were not interested, so I'll just write that there is something there. We were not interested in adults either.
- service: the room was cleaned every day, we had no complaints about the quality of cleaning. The staff treats you the same way you treat them. My wife is very fond of communicating with foreigners, so they saw us off almost with fanfare, like relatives. But I saw individuals who believe that everyone owes them something, and because of this, the attitude towards them was appropriate. Not everyone understands Russian / English, but the idea is not a problem to convey.
- shops for tourists: there are several shops on the ground floor. Although the prices are touristic, but without impudent cheating, it is quite possible to buy something for yourself from towels to diving masks.
- location: right next to the hotel there is a highway, you can go to see the city. By bus number 50 to Alanya 10-15 minutes walk ($ 1 per person or 5.75 lira, which is not the same))).
Of the minuses:
For some reason they don't put bottled water in the room.
I had to buy myself a bottle of water and then go to the bar every time with this container, asking for water to be poured. Very uncomfortable and incomprehensible.
- wi-fi, although free, is exclusively on the first floor: these are lobby areas, pools with slides and tables in the animation area. The speed is extremely slow and completely unstable. There is no wi-fi in the room at all, even for the money.
Adviсe:
- it is better to bring beach towels. Officially, towels cannot be taken out of the room, and they are very small. Towels are not provided on the beach.
- if you want to buy something for yourself - buy up in shopping centers, there the price is for "people".
Summary:
The hotel is good, as for the money, if you do not look for cockroaches under every bench!
1) Food. Not tasty from the word AT ALL: bread and sweets are monotonous - from sweets one honey baklava is different in appearance; soy meat and side dishes; The only positive thing about french fries, from which the stomach began to hurt on the third day, is fatty, and you eat it and eat it because it is the most delicious thing that can be. And also allegedly pizza, which is always plentiful, but these are ordinary warm sandwiches on pita bread. But if you are a vegan, then there are plenty of all kinds of fruits and vegetables, especially delicious olives.
2) Sea. Entering the sea is not for the faint of heart: it was expelled from giant, wildly slippery stones, on which you can only commit suicide or enter the sea from a pontoon, but still, if not from it, then it is so deep that you can immediately drown yourself if you not yet done on slippery rocks. But at the same time, the beach is sandy, there are showers for washing feet, free quality sun loungers and umbrellas, a beach bar, a toilet.
3) Animation. For children in the form of music and dance. .
4) Territory. Geographically close to the Alanya market, so you can drive there by minibus and buy all sorts of souvenir trash.
OUTPUT. The hotel draws on 3 stars, but as a budget holiday for an unpretentious tourist, it will do.
The main drawback is entry into the sea. Rocky slabs. Overgrown with moss. . . Terribly slippery. That is, if you do not want to break your legs, it is better from the pier (which is also not equipped). Or from the beach of neighboring Doganay - the entrance is also bad there, but still a little better.
Umbrellas, sun loungers are available.
The food is typical Turkish. They saw people swollen with hunger, always for breakfast scrambled eggs, rice porridge, cottage cheese, pancakes, vegetables, for lunch - dinner - chicken, turkey. A lot of vegetables) For children - nuggets, rice, pasta, the same chicken. No packaged teas, water in the cooler (no bottled)
We don't drink alcohol, I can't say anything.
The room was cleaned well, we left a dollar. The territory is small, there are 2 pools - one with slides and a children's one with a children's slide, the second near the restaurant without slides. Cleanly.
There is no animation, only a mini-disco, and then a disco, where vacationers amuse themselves.
There is nothing to do in the evening, there is nowhere to walk, since the hotel is on the highway, there is nothing around, we went by minibus to Alanya and Konakli for a walk.
Conclusion - for a calm, quiet, budget holiday, lie down on the beach, lie by the pool - that's it. People with pretensions and high expectations are not suitable.
Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed.
They fed well, but not like an amateur, I’m not picky, so I liked everything, the only thing is there is no milk, only for breakfast, and the child constantly asked for milk and you can’t buy it in the vicinity.
Wi-Fi in the lobby, free of charge.
The receptionist, Albert is very polite.
The entire staff speaks excellent Russian. In the evening there is a disco for children, then a program for adults.
The pools are cleaned every morning.
The shore is rocky, but 5 meters away at the doganai hotel there is a pebbly beach, we were not kicked out of there, we sunbathed at home, swam with our neighbors.
My husband and I arrived at the place at about 2 am, we were met, given a bun with sausage, 2 bottles of water and settled. Was given a room with a view of another hotel. Even tired and from the road, we did not like the room. They changed it without any problems, to a room where you can see a little bit of the sea from the window.
The room has: a hair dryer, towels, a safe ($ 2 per day for a fee), soap, shampoo, a shower room, a toilet, 2 single beds (we moved them and made one big one), a cabinet with a mirror, a refrigerator, 2 plastic chairs on the balcony and a table.
As for food, do not count on beef, lamb, salmon, trout.
From the food will be: chicken, soy sausages, soy cutlets, sweets, a LOT of vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, corn. Well and accordingly dishes from these products. I draw your attention to the fact that if, for example, a lot of scrambled eggs were cooked for breakfast, and they were not eaten, then you will see a salad of this scrambled eggs seasoned with parsley for lunch.
From fruits, only green apples, oranges, and watermelons are given.
Jupe juice. Not any fresh, even for money. Water in coolers. Soda "Fanta", "Sprite", "Cola".
Alcohol. There is red and white wine, but it is so disgusting that it is even difficult to compare with our wine. Also vodka-rakki, gin, beer. There are no snacks for beer, only what you buy in tents. Near the hotel there is one tent where you can buy souvenirs, seeds, chips. Pringles cost $2, seeds $1, lace $1.5 a big pack.
The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
Beach and sea.
The hotel has its own beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, mattresses and a pier. The beach is pebbles + sand, and when entering the sea there are huge growths in the form of stones, pebbles and sand. Sunset in the sea, to be honest, not a fountain. Very uncomfortable, the waves knock you down. With children it is better to go to the beach of neighboring hotels. If you are an adult, then in general you can go where the waves are, or go down into the water from the pier, everyone does it. I got used to it, and came from the shore.
Animation. There is no animation for adults at all. During the day, music plays in the bar, that's probably all. Adults are presented to themselves. There is animation for children, but it is from 20 to 21 hours. Not all children are involved, but only those who wish, the rest of the children go about their business. Adults can go with the animators to the club in Alanya at 23 o'clock, until 3 am. This pleasure costs $10 per person. Entrance to the club 5$, beer in the club 0.5 liters 9$. Expensive pleasure.
Turkish-local music, once in the evening the song "Hey, why are you so bold, huh? '. Girls alone there definitely have nothing to do.
From entertainment, perhaps, everything. There are NO cafes, restaurants, tents with shawarma near the hotel. My husband and I went to the village of Konakli and Alanya during the day, to the markets, just to take a walk, and diversify the vegetarian food of the hotel. The places are beautiful, the cuisine is an amateur.
Currency. Everything is accepted for payment. Dollars, euros, lira. It is most advantageous to pay in lira. 1 lira = 17 rubles. There are 3.5 liras in one dollar.
Definitely do not recommend the hotel. It is better to choose the option where the hotel is in the city and closer to civilization. This hotel is not suitable even for the elderly, because next to the Blue fish hotel is the Angeliq hotel, they have very loud adult animation, music yells until 3 am.
I will add about the service. The boys who work there are always very friendly and polite. The sheets are torn, the bedspreads with which to hide are also with holes.
The room seems to be cleaned often, but we didn't have to wash every day, we hung a "do not disturb" sign.
We went to the sea. BUT, the sea is there, but there is NO beach !! ! Do not go into the sea with a child, do not splash in the water! Yes, and it’s a problem for an adult to get into the sea, you can remain disabled (well, I turned it down a little, of course : ))), but you can get good injuries. From 10 days of staying at the "sea" for four days we were in fuel oil, for two days it was generally forbidden to swim and it was not possible (huge waves). The attitude of the staff towards vacationers is even, at any moment they can get nasty just about anything. In disputable situations, the staff has one answer: - I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!!
In general, we went to the sea, splashed in sea water, and got a smelly chlorinated pool nauseously !!!
Very BORING, just kapets! , if you come without a cheerful company. Animation pulls with difficulty at 4 to 10 b. There is simply nowhere to go for a walk.
The food is monotonous, BUT the shaft. This is perhaps the only plus!
Wi-fi is only in the lobby and near the pool, and it works very poorly.
Personally, I have only one disappointment and ruined and so short my vacation!
I'll make a reservation - I'm a person. unpretentious, not capricious, without antlers, but before that he had a rest only in 5 * UAI.
First impression.
We arrived at 5 am. For some reason, they brought it from the "back porch", passing by wastelands-garbage bins, seemingly abandoned greenhouses. Not a soul. The territory seemed tiny, the beach was dirty and this stove. Instantaneous sensations of arrival in the outback. Waiting for check-in from 5 to 13.30. In the first 1-2 days the food seemed terrible. Heaps of soy meat with a powerful smell of an old horse - in Russia there is probably nothing like this anywhere. As one aunt said - "pig food. " (Subsequently, the opinion about the "stern" cardinally changed to a confident plus. ) The staff did not shine with cordiality. In general, the first impression is sad. Later it turned out that everything is not so bad. But with 5 * Turkish and with real 4 * the difference is palpable in absolutely everything.
The building, the hall, the rooms, the well-groomed territory - quite well. Probably the strongest point of the hotel.
Canteen (no, not a restaurant) and bars.
Absolutely nothing, you can live. Of course, there are no frills there - fries, variations of chicken, watermelon and ordinary salads - this is the peak. But edible, a lot. Normally, I was satisfied. From drinks, cola, beer, cocktail, some kind of vodka and yupi, which they call juice. There are coffee machines. There are not enough tables. Picking up plates and hanging out in a packed hall is a common thing.
Beach.
Yes, life-threatening, like a creepy slab covered in oil. I witnessed tangible injuries, those who nevertheless dared to enter. One girl had both knees bandaged on the very first morning of her stay. According to the stories - one guy badly broke his elbow. He tried to get compensation, but he was immediately sent for a blood test, they announced that alcohol was found and the compensation was refused. Don't try again!! ! Thus, the hotel does not have its own entrance to the sea. But this is not a problem, you can go through the next one. Even better - from the pier. There is a ladder, you can jump, 2 m is a good height! ) The water is very clean, a lot of fish, for lovers with a mask. At 250 meters a cool wild beach.
The pool is very small and there is always a terrible smell of chlorine.
Service.
From the first minutes it became clear that the staff would not indulge in courtesy and strong hospitality, after 5 * it just hurts the eye, but personally I didn’t really need it. Politeness is not a corporate standard there, but a personal matter of each employee. Someone is polite, smiling, kind and even sings, someone can easily be rude in the best traditions of Soviet vegetable shops. 2 uncles were especially distinguished in cooking and distributing scrambled eggs and pancakes. I personally witnessed the disgusting scenes they performed. Sometimes I just wanted to throw their own scrambled eggs at their faces. Hama and cattle.
But in general, for the unpretentious, tolerably, although problems are visible.
Animation and entertainment.
This is the weakest point of the hotel. It's very boring there. During the day, animation is only for children, which one - I don’t know. In addition to beach joys, there is absolutely nothing to do there. All gaming - at a minimum. A volleyball field with cracked pits, broken-down ping-pong to the limit. A short dull animation in the evening, a disco, which you can’t even call a disco, and at 23.00 - lights out in the camp. You can't even find fresh water. Life is turned off. Only the lobby bar is open, more like a cafeteria in an 80s deli. There is never anyone there. There are 2 Russian channels on TV. Wi-Fi only in the lobby, often does not work. MTS is not caught at all, Bee-line is excellent.
So, if you do not intend to fall in a layer after 11, take care of your evening and other leisure time yourself. Bring books, magazines, MM players (Tulpan TV connector), etc. Make romantic and other acquaintances on the beach, in the dining room. Sometimes in the evening the neighboring hotel Catching up a little pleases, you can go. In general, sadness.
Especially about excursions.
"Fuckers buy in hotels" - says the inscription in pure Russian on one travel agency in Alanya. In principle, it is. E. can be bought at the hotel, but it is possible nearby in travel agencies. The difference in price from our Pegasus is about 2 times.
The main trouble of all e. - diligently drag you to some "best" stores. Where, of course, everything is the same, but more expensive by 5-10 (real figure) times than you can easily find yourself. You have to be a complete idiot to buy something there. The extra 1.5 hours of winding, when the forces end anyway - it's unpleasant. I bought e. , with a firm promise from the manager that there was no shopping - they brought it to 2 stores. Ancient Alanya can be perfectly explored on your own. There, on the spot, you are taken both to the fortress and by sea, the savings are tangible.
Outcome.
Solidly a 3* hotel, with some 4* "extras". There are a few shortcomings, but they are tolerable. The main thing that spoiled the rest - in the evenings it was very boring.
