By the way, we read about the problems of this building in reviews on many sites, so before departure, at our request, the tour operator sent a similar request to the hotel. But despite this, upon returning from breakfast, a surprise awaited us - the Orchid building, first floor. 10am check in is cool, but. . .
Having opened the doors of the room, we tried to quickly retreat from this room, the smell in which was like from a sewer manhole. Which number we didn't even look at. At the reception, we were persuaded to live in Orchid for 2 days, but our categorical refusal was offered to wait for other options. They settled us at 13 o'clock in the Park building with a side view of the sea, with a gorgeous view of the park. The presence of a restaurant on the ground floor is considered a minus of this building, but for us it was not critical. We were in the room only at night, the restaurant was no longer working and there was silence.
Number. Classic style. Bed double + single + in a niche small for a small child. TV with satellite channels. Safe with combination lock. Plumbing serviceable, hair dryer, set of towels, slippers, gels, shampoos, conditioners, etc. Mini bar: beer, Pepsi, fanta, water, straws and a candy bar. Bedding, towels changed every day, mini bar also replenished.
Nutrition. Beautiful. Delicious, varied. Variety of meat dishes. Lots of vegetables and vegetable dishes, Every day there was fish, seafood, a lot of grilled dishes. An abundance of fruits, sweets.
There are opportunities for snacks, a lot of bars. Although there was no feeling of hunger at all. Respect to the cooks. Now a fly in the ointment. At lunch and dinner, there were problems finding free tables, at lunchtime no one wanted to sit in open areas because of the heat, and in the evening they were in no hurry to vacate tables, because it's nice to listen to the saxophone. And yet, a small wish for the restaurant administration (if they monitor the reviews of their guests). There are a lot of waiters, they try to fulfill your wishes, but they interfere with one another, they forget the place of the order, so there is confusion. You can simply divide the restaurant into sectors for the convenience of the waiters. Maybe the tables will clear faster.
And yet, we welcome the availability of a reserve table for the disabled in the restaurant, but in the absence of such special guests and problems with the seating of other guests, this and other reserves can be used. There was a table sprinkled with rose petals, but no one had dinner at it during our entire stay at the hotel.
Infrastructure. Near each building there are swimming pools. Loungers, umbrellas in sufficient quantity. There is no need to run early in the morning to get a place. Towels are issued in exchange for cards that are given at the reception upon check-in. Especially pleasant is the relaxation zone, a swimming pool with hydromassages.
The beach is quite large, according to the description 250 m. Large pebbles, so it is advisable to have special slippers. There is also a pantone, from which the descent into the sea is more comfortable. Sunbeds with mattresses in sufficient quantity. There is a covering with thin awnings. Umbrellas on pantone.
There are bar areas near the pools, next to the Park building is a vitamin bar where you can always drink fresh juice and milkshakes. Beach volleyball, handball, aqua gym, etc.
For children, there are wonderful animators, playgrounds, a baby zone, attractions, children's pools. In the evenings there are discotheques for children, later there are various events for parents.
To sum up, despite some shortcomings, the rest was very pleasant. This is the place where I would love to return. All the time we were surrounded by the friendliness and care of the hotel staff, their desire to surround the guests with their attention and care. I hope that our new meeting will take place!
The flight from St. Petersburg went according to schedule with Ural Airlines.
The road to the hotel was 2 hours, taking into account the transportation of tourists to other places of residence. We were brought at about 09:00, there were practically no people at the reception, only we got off the bus, filled out a questionnaire, received bracelets and cards for towels and went to inspect the hotel itself. Upon check-in, agreed at 12:00, and so it happened. The managers are very friendly and helpful, ready to help, explain and solve any problems.
This hotel has 4 buildings: "Park", "Mimosa", "Orchid" and "Rose", the first three are located almost nearby, the last one is on the opposite side, closer to the hotel "Mukarnas". We got a room in the "Park" building, although we asked for the "Rose".
We wrote down our wishes and offered to come in a day at 11:00 to arrange the move to the Rose building. The "Park" building, for two years, was closed for repairs, respectively, and the meals for visitors took place in the main restaurant of the Delfin Platinum hotel, but since July, after the opening, the food for the vacationers of the Botanik hotel has moved to the restaurant of the "Park" building. There were negative reviews about the change of restaurants by tourists who were resting at the time of the transition period, and this slightly alarmed us, but upon arrival everything turned out to be completely different, more on that later.
The room itself is spacious, large balcony, location on the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard and the neighboring hotel (well, not the restaurant, because the smells would haunt the whole day). There were no particular problems with the room, except for a blockage in the shower room, a ridiculous homemade toilet washer drain and a non-working TV antenna.
The blockage was eliminated promptly, but apparently they had to tinker with the antenna, because within two days they did not succeed in trying to reanimate the normal image of the signal, then we don’t know because they moved to another building. In "Rose", the room was also on the 4th floor, overlooking the sea and the neighboring hotel. The building itself is new, everything is super, the balcony, however, is three times smaller than in the "Park", but this did not bother us. By number: cleaning, replenishment / loading of the mini bar - every day. The sizes are optimal for two people, 1 more child is possible, a larger number is already cramped. All engineering systems worked properly. There are 5 Russian TV channels. Any problems that arise are solved quickly and efficiently. Slippers and toiletries are provided in the room upon check-in. Bathrobes, kettles - on request, brought immediately. There are not enough outlets in the Park building, so it’s better to stock up on tees.
The territory is huge, a lot of flowers, trees and shrubs. Near many trees there are signs with names and where they were brought from. There are 8 pools, not counted, there are separately for adults and for children. The so-called relaxation pool with massage jets, located a little away from the main ones, visiting children under 15 years old is prohibited. Peace and quiet, shouting and talking loudly is prohibited. Each pool has bars with drinks and cakes, a vitamin bar with fresh juices. Gö zleme - every day from 11:00 to 16:00 at the Pool Bar, ice cream there.
We went to the sea in the morning, swam and sunbathed on the pier, until 10:00 it is quite possible to take places, although, again, our compatriots and not only tried to take places from 07:00 in the morning. There are also enough places on the beach itself. I don’t know about the main pools, there are a lot of people, in the evening from 16:00 to 18:00, we only went to relax, there are always places. At the pools, during the day, fruit and drinks are delivered.
Food - there are no words, there is enough of everything, both fried and steamed, and smoked and salted. For breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, the rest from the packages. Turkish brewed coffee and black tea, smoked and salted fish, pancakes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelettes, sausages, and so on. We had lunch at the Snack Bar on the beach - it was enough, the difference is only in fewer dishes, salads and fruits than in the main restaurant. We dined at the restaurant, where there was almost everything that your heart desires. Grill every day: barbecue, fish, chicken, lamb. To list the quantity and quality of dishes is simply not enough patience, you just need to see it for yourself. From seafood there were crayfish, langoustines, stewed shrimps, various fish. There are a huge number of fruits, the head is spinning from a variety, sometimes you don’t know what you want and how it all will fit into you. There is no excitement, everything is calm, the queues are small. Live music is played on weekdays, which is very nice.
We went to A la Carte restaurants twice, by appointment, tried Chinese and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Snack Bar. Taking into account the visit, and this is 19:30-20:00, the air temperature is quite comfortable, especially since it is located almost by the beach. In general, those who are weak on food, so you don’t have to worry, they are fed from 07:00 in the morning until 02:00 at night, and, of course, snacks.
Minor problems with the Internet, not always there and not everywhere catches. According to information received from the hotel staff, new equipment has been ordered and will be installed after delivery.
SPA treatments are free (pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym), can be used at any time, towels are provided free of charge. I also liked the hammam, everything is as usual - washing, massage, tea, time 1:40, cost 50 dollars per person.
Tourists from different parts of the world: Russians, Germans, Poles, British, Turks, Romanians, Ukrainians, Slovaks, Estonians, Lithuanians, Latvians, French, Dutch, Serbs, Moldovans, etc. You can look at the hotel occupancy statistics by nationality at the reception .
The staff is very responsive, friendly and tactful, ready to fulfill any desire of the vacationer. Many come not for the first time. Special thanks to the guest relations manager - Nella, a sweet and sensitive girl!
At 400 meters from the hotel, there is a 3-storey shopping center SOHO, where there is almost everything, a little further along the underpass, another center, they take any currency, including rubles.
On Fridays, the market comes, almost directly opposite the hotel, 200 meters, through the underpass. Lots of variety, but the quality varies.
In conclusion, I really enjoyed my vacation. We hope to return here again!
First and foremost - all three times it is a mega super vacation for the whole family. I do not like to write reviews, but due to the lack of fresh reviews on this hotel, I will write in more detail about our stay there, about the changes, about the features, about the huge pluses and minor minuses (the review is purely subjective, please do not comment, because everyone of us, my perception of events, I share my personal feelings, without pretensions)
So, the first two times we went as a family with children and with friends. We lived in the Rosa building with a sea view without any additional payments. The third time we went with 4 children and three parents, a total of 9 people. They settled us in the Mimosa building in a standard and family room. The room stock of the Mimoza building has been completely renovated, now there are no red and gold classic motifs. The standard room, as before, is designed for 4 people maximum, one double bed, one full single bed, and a couch, which is also a full bed. A family room is a two-room suite that can accommodate up to 6 people. In one room there is a double bed and a couch, in the other there are two single beds and a couch. We were cleaned cleanly, every day, without any complaints. However, for some reason, the parents in the family were cleaned only twice. I can’t say the exact reason, I found out about it already at the check-out. According to the guests, if you complain to the reception, the cleaning situation improves. Personally, I have no questions. They often write that the minibar is not replenished... Honestly, I forgot to pay attention... somehow they did not use it. The room has a free safe. The air conditioner works fine, the only thing is that it turns off when you open the balcony door, and turns on automatically later. Found this out by experience. I can imagine how many complaints the reception receives about “non-working” air conditioners.
Regarding the territory of the hotel - it is common for the inhabitants of the huge Platinum anthill and for the inhabitants of the Botanica buildings. As far as I understand, at the very beginning of the season, when there are still few people, first of all they populate the anthill, then one by one they open the Botanist's buildings. At the time of our arrival, the Park building and the main restaurant in the Park were not working, Rosa, Mimosa were open and began to populate the Orchid, as I saw from the curtains and rug in the Orchid, the number of rooms there was not updated. I can't say enough about Rose. Didn't pay attention. In principle, the most unfortunate rooms are in a large building overlooking the highway (probably not much fun, but I think that the prices for rooms should be different because of this, unlike the Botanica buildings, where the room in any case will go either to the park either by the sea or by the pool)
The territory, as before, blooms and smells, full of exotic plants, full of greenery and freshness. Gardeners separate respect for maintaining such beauty.
The pier is now huge, with branches, with a constantly working bar, with a sufficient number of sunbeds, with fresh water showers right on the pier. The entrance to the sea is large pebbles and stones. Not the most pleasant, so we used the stairs from the pier, there are enough of them.
By the time of our arrival, the pool with dolphin fountains was also opened, which is a relaxation area, and entry with children under 15 years old and loud conversations are prohibited there. This is a very wise decision, where you can be in silence and take a break from both your children and strangers. At the entrance there is a huge poster with an inscription about the relax zone, but at least one Russian-speaking couple with their best children intends to swim in this pool, because they have OLGNCLUSIVE and call the chief!! ! No comment. Sad. As soon as the hotel employees manage to control themselves with such guests...
Pools abound, who do not want to go to the sea. There are enough sun beds everywhere, with the exception of the main large pool, and then, mostly there are towels, and the owners are not visible for two or three hours. The administration has reserved the right to throw off towels from unused sunbeds twice a day at a certain time (otherwise, you can’t manage to occupy sunbeds just in case in this manner), because of this, conflicts sometimes arise between vacationers like: YOUNG CHALAVEK, what... you our things were dropped?? ? finally apupels, etc. depending on the level of culture of the applicants. The young man doesn't know at all. He came, lying free, lay down, and otgreb from cultural guests for nothing. Watching such scenes is not pleasant, I tell you.
The staff is beyond praise. They are just lightning fast. Given the new huge building, unlike the first two visits, there were small queues to the bar for cocktails, but this is about two to four people. There are a lot of people in the dining room. Maneuvering to avoid hitting someone else's plate, or to avoid hitting yours by accident. However, there is enough space for everyone. There are plenty of tables. Even the nine of us always found ourselves a free large table. Food is a masterpiece of culinary art. Truth. Everything is very tasty. With no exceptions. In general, they feed the whole day without interruption. All goodies are scheduled by the hour. They cook cakes with cheese and minced meat, bake waffles, pizza, potatoes with cheese, sour cream, butter. We dined at a beach restaurant, which has no dress code, it's like a diner, but there are first and second courses. For breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, as before. And signed ORANGE JUICE?
Different bars have different food menus, one has ice cream all day long for kids. Sometimes there is a queue for five minutes, sometimes it's free. In the evening, the amusement park is open, there is really a queue for the carousel, but you can ride anyway. Our younger ones went every evening. Cotton candy and popcorn for children, minidisco, miniclub. Our children really went there almost on the day of departure, but they were happy as elephants. Good girls-animators work there. I can’t say anything about the animation, we didn’t have time))) However, Nika’s fitness trainer is smart. I went to all her classes, she gave all the best for the guests. For which I thank her very much)))
Once we went to a night disco from 11 to 2. a lot of Russian-speaking tipsy guests there, then ordered some Russian low-grade music, yelled obscenities, in general, we didn’t get high there, but the hall is decorated well, the bar works. The sound you need.
Free hammam and sauna for those who like to take a steam bath. Our children fell in love with the hammam for the opportunity to collect water and water, for them it was an exotic entertainment, so they ran there two or three times a day. Both children and adults rode with pleasure from all the slides. There is no extreme. Kamikaze was closed this year, but maybe right...
In general, there are no complaints about the hotel at all. All the little minuses are related to the behavior of the hotel guests, and this has nothing to do with the choice of the hotel, unfortunately.
It is difficult to visit a la carte restaurants again because of the queue of Russian-speaking guests who occupy the front desk every morning from seven in the morning to nine, and by the time the registration opens at 9 there is already a long queue. But by some miracle we ended up in Turkish and fish restaurants. And I didn’t really want to go to others, because the cuisine in the main restaurant is excellent. And more choices?
There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, due to frequent thefts, you have to go to the reception and take bathrobes against signature. Because We only slept in the room, we did not take bathrobes. As a gift at the reception, you can ask for a hotel bag, also not every guest is given for some reason)))
In general, I definitely, without a doubt, recommend this hotel as the best. For so many years, not a single gram has lost its position. I think that at the peak of the season it will be crowded near the bars, we need to attract more bartenders, maybe this will be done. In the restaurant, we saw another closed wing, so there will be no problems with tables either. Only the queues for the omelet and the grill will probably increase.
In the evenings, as before, delicious hookahs are free, you just need to register at the reception in the morning. There is table tennis, my elders disappeared there for three hours.
The hotel rule: glass only in bars and restaurants, if to the pools and the beach, then plastic. However, the guests are weird here too, and then their legs are cut on their own broken glass on the tile.
We, four generations - pensioners, middle-aged, teenagers and children of primary school age, were satisfied with everything. Gorgeous vacation. Nice. Delicious. With a pleasant nostalgic aftertaste. Next time only in Botanic!

I want to say right away that the time that we spent with my family living in this building was just hell. The main disadvantages that cannot be tolerated:
1.1. there is no soundproofing, for example, if you went to bed (or decided to rest), then be prepared that you will wake up only because someone is walking along the corridor and talking. Behind the wall lived a family who liked to talk loudly, respectively, were aware of all their problems.
1.2. if you open the window, then all the smells, fumes, smoke from cooking went to our room and to all the rooms, the windows of which overlooked the side of the restaurant and the kitchen, plus the splatter of dishes. It was no longer advisable to dry the laundry, as it would smell of acrid smoke.
1.3. repairs in the rooms are simply "homeless" when compared, for example. tiles are laid out the same way as in "Soviet public toilets"
1.4. unlike other buildings of this hotel, only in the Park building, there is no Internet
Therefore, if you are offered a 50% discount on vacation, but with the condition that you live in the Park building, DO NOT AGREE.
This building accommodates EXCLUSIVELY Russians and Kazakhs, Germans and other Europeans, we did not meet in this building.
2. The hotel kitchen just sucks. I love vegetables very much, but I could not eat their food. It seems to be the same tomato and greens, but you can’t take it in your mouth.
If you are a man, then the quality of cooking and its taste is about the same as before in the early 2000s in the army. It feels like the Turks are cooking for pigs. All the food is tasteless, in the reviews they write that it is varied, I would say so, it was better not varied, but tasty. Lots of food, but not much to eat.
The food is prepared by young guys (men) and they do everything "just as if" they do not invest in the quality of the food. As a result, the food is not tasty, third-rate, for cattle.
I would advise the hotel management to invite a chef from Russia to work and cook some of the food exclusively for Russians, since Turkish dishes are not for everyone, but spicy, fatty, mostly fried. Even kebabs are made not from pork and beef, but from poultry, the taste is terrible.
I wanted to write about the bar "Vitamin Bar", I read from the reviews that this bar has freshly squeezed juices. But when I came there for the first time, I would have been just furious, because.

Where there is a building with a reception (lobby), there is a bar in which there is a cocktail, but you can’t imagine how nasty it is, and all then that it is prepared without the addition of ice cream.
Even sweets with the hotel logo are just disgusting, because after the second candy I personally ate (burnt) the mucous membrane in my larynx
If we compare the food of Delphin Botanik Hotel 5 * with food in hotels Gural Premier Tekirova 5 * (Turkey / Kemer), Ali Bey Park Manavgat HV-1 (Turkey / Side), then there are no cakes with chocolate chips, dishes with nuts of different varieties and much more.
There are a lot of varieties of cakes, but they are all VERY fatty and not tasty and the same type.
3. The hotel has tenants who sell different things. One of them is a representative of PONTO leather goods, do not contact these scammers, because our family made an advance payment for sheepskin coats, and instead of the promised seven days, they have not sent us the paid goods for two months. "PONTO" has two stores with leather and sheepskin coats in ALANYA, do not go to them
Pegasus offers to go to a leather and fur store, I don’t remember what it’s called, but it sucks there and what’s most surprising is that someone buys something there. I feel sorry for such buyers, they have no taste for fashion and not for the quality of workmanship.

We were moved to the ROSA building three days later, after our urgent demands to the hotel management. There is Internet in the case, but the Internet speed is 1-2 megabits, in general there is practically no Internet. The shortcomings in this building, as the weekend came, for some reason the hood did not work and in the toilet on Saturday and Sunday there was for some reason the stench from the sewer.
5. The bar should be replenished daily, the issue is that the replenishment service always strove to deceive, namely, instead of the prescribed two chocolates, they put one and this happened when there was no one in the room, i. e. the bar was updated mainly exclusively during the lunch period.
6. Atrations work only two or three hours a day, which is very little.
7. Animation sucks, "stupid" performances are consumer goods.
There is a lot of obscenity, when, for example, half-naked girls of 18-20 years old (namely girls, not girls) danced erotic dances to the music, or the performance of Africans who pestered and flirted with the public in an inappropriate way, in general, we got up and left.
8. Not every day they changed the bed, I had to call the reception to come and clean the room.
