But for some reason, for a family of 4 people they give only one key card, which is insanely inconvenient. Cleaned the room very badly. . . three days in a row they came at the time when the children were sleeping, they forgot to put towels and air conditioners. On the balcony, no one washes the floors at all. After cleaning, there was often a dirty sink. In short, very bad! We chose the hotel to have a rest for children. But this is a problem!! ! The mini club is open until 5pm!! ! This is nonsense!! ! We have been resting for 10 years in Turkey (Rixos, Sun Gate, Xanadu, Eli Quality, etc. ) so there mini-clubs work until 21 or even more. My child sleeps during the day, he is from kindergarten. It is clear that the schedule shifted and we fell asleep not at 13 but at 14 and slept until 16. While we got up, we got dressed.....came and the club is already closed. It was very stressful. It's like that for everyone. . in the morning at the sea, then lunch at the pool and in the evening again at the sea. So you have to choose either the sea or a child in a mini-club. Near the beach there is no cabin with a toilet and towels. It is very uncomfortable. To go for a dry towel you have to go through the floor of the hotel. And in order to use the toilet, you need to go through the pool area. My 4 year old child ran to the toilet (we were sitting on the pier). And the guard did not let him in without slippers, so that he would not slip on the tiles (pool area). My child could not stand it (it was necessary to return for shoes) and rolled away. It's a shock that there is no toilet near the beach!! ! And after the beach with wet towels, you drag yourself across the floor of the hotel to hand them over. Why can't you put a cabin with towels near the beach? as is done in all decent hotels. The hotel was in crisis.... nowhere in Turkey in vacation hotels have I seen fresh orange juice diluted with Yuppi (or some other chemistry) in the morning. And this is the famous Dolphin!!!!! shame!!! The food is delicious but not varied. For 2 weeks everything got tired. Shrimps were once for a halo dinner and that's it. What can I say.....Before Botanik, we rested in Delfin Deluxe, but my husband wanted to go to Botanik because of the greenery, and when we arrived, we were disappointed because we cut down a lot and built a new Delfin-Platinum hotel on this territory. Hotel within a hotel. Dark people!! ! Less green!! ! Yes, I also forgot to write that the child of 11 years old was very toiled and bored. Since the mini-club is from 4 to 13 and the junior from 14 to 18. He was not interested in the little ones. and the big ones too. So the holiday was not entirely successful. Parents can relax when their children are attached. I also complained about the water park in the hotel. In the children's area there are 2 slides open and 2 closed.
