But you can perfectly enter (or dive) from the pontoon. 2. There is a feeling that there are too many people in the hotel. And this is in May, when the hotel is far from full, but what will happen in the season? It seems that there were not many queues, but there was a feeling that it would be crowded in the season. Well, we quarreled a little, and that's enough. Now about the good. And everything is good!! ! 1. Number. They settled us in the main building above the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Despite the proximity to the restaurant, there was no discomfort at all. On the contrary, they spent a minimum of time on food. The room itself is a little cramped, but we only changed and slept there, so it was not annoying. Everything worked in the room, the bar was replenished regularly, the air conditioner is good, so for the room 4+. 2. Service is just great. The waiters are smart, rustling like ants, attentive, smiling. And without a tip. Everyone at the bar is very friendly too. Everything is done as you ask. . Everyone speaks Russian, who is better, who is worse. All day long, after 10 minutes, a guy carries a cart with cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks among the sun loungers, and every 10 minutes. There is a janitor who cleans all the garbage from the tables and around. There were some pleasant moments. Well, imagine: the heat of the afternoon, my family and I are sitting near the beach bar at a table, we have a snack. I feel they put something ice on my neck and begin to massage my neck and shoulders. I thought the jokes of the animators (there were such funny people there). And this, it turns out, is a whole team of personnel on a huge cart carrying frozen wet towels and laying them on the shoulders of all vacationers and massage them. We were just delighted. 5 points. 3. In general, everything is clean, there is nothing to complain about. Even on huge lawns, on which crowds of guinea fowls run, there is no dirt. The food is not as varied as you might wish, but there is always a choice and you won’t leave hungry, especially since something is being prepared all the time throughout the territory. Either pita bread with meat, then pizza, then kebabs, or baked potatoes with cheese, you can’t list everything. We were not very lucky with fruits, maybe not the season. There were apples, pears, oranges, watermelons, melons, sometimes apricots and peaches. But everything is not very good, except for melons. Melons are just great. It is not so easy to find such delicious melons in our season. After dinner, I specially came later to eat only melon. And in the evenings in the garden bar they made a cool cocktail in a melon with sparklers. Very beautiful. The food is also 5 stars. 5. Animation. Very good. Who wants, he will not get bored. All day long, some activities, then water polo, then volleyball, darts, football, shooting from small things, though not shot, On the large pool during the day, cool contests, aerobics. Some interesting program in the amphitheater in the evening. Conducted in 3 languages. The animators themselves are all cool guys, they speak Russian well. In the kids club, the girls are generally great. At first our son did not want to go there, he hung out on the water slides, but then the slides got fed up and he got into the habit of going to the kids club, and when they painted a spiderman mask on his face, he was generally delighted. In general, there are some activities in the kids club every day. . Either costumed games, then competitions with the subsequent distribution of prizes. A REAL magician came! So there were more adults than children! In general, the impressions were the best. We will definitely go to Botanik again. And we advise you.
