We had an interesting conversation, although I had to switch to Russian (which I haven't done for a long time while I'm in Turkey, Egypt, because not everyone understands us very well). But Rashid and I had common topics to talk about, and since he doesn't speak Ukrainian in full, we had to agree on Russian. I think he will study Ukrainian because his wife is from Ivano-Frankivsk, a doctor, and my wife and I studied at the same university as his wife.
