The three-story villas are located on a mountainside among the pines on two tiers below the main building and all the entertainment and active life. It is quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The rooms in the villas are larger than in the main building. There is a kettle in the rooms. Of course it is better to live on the 2nd or 3rd floor in villas. Balconies are available in all rooms. They settled in the rooms after 2 hours of waiting, despite the fact that they ran asking them when they would be settled every 30 minutes. They didn’t pay any money, they settled on 2 lines. Well, how can I tell you, everything seems to be beautiful, but these climbs make everything difficult. We suffered with them. We lived in a villa on the second line on the first floor, 200 steps up to the main building, but absolutely everything suited us. We were ready to overcome obstacles in the form of steps, they did not bother us at all, they treated them like free fitness, as a result pumped up leg muscles and no cellulite, as the hotel manager says - Utopia is anti-cellulite. In addition, the hotel has excellent food, so the stairs will help you save weight. You had to overcome at least 800 steps a day - at least three climbs of 200 steps to the main building + climbs - slopes on the territory and in the water park. Waking up in the morning and going out onto the balcony, inhaling the fresh air, hearing the birds singing and even crowing (during the day decorative chickens walk around the territory of the hotels), you feel like an absolutely happy person. We had a separate entrance overlooking the bar which played soft music, so we didn't even meet the rest of the villa's inhabitants.
The room itself is very comfortable, the bed was changed every day, cleaned to the conscience, there is nothing to complain about. The only disadvantage of living in a bungalow is dampness. We knew about the problems with the settlement in advance, but we were lucky - we were settled instantly, we did not have time to blink an eye.

Although .... you can "train" your muscles, "work out" on the stairs, living in "paradise" villas: a tour to the VILLA from ANEXTUR on Wednesday, July 29 from Moscow costs 20,000 rubles / person for 7 days of happiness !!!! and in the MAIN BUILDING more expensive by 5000 rubles per person! Arrive, take the keys to what they give you, go look. -vacated VILLAS CLOSE TO THE MAIN ENTERTAINMENTS, HOTEL LIFE CENTER (restaurants-bars-pools-arena-FREE TURKISH BATH and SAUNA (except peelings and massages)) and down to the SEA, or in the opposite direction to the AQUAPARK! If it is possible to change the VILLA inexpensively for a room in the main MAIN BUILDING with an additional payment only at the RECEPTION OFFICER!!! (not at the tour operator!!!) up to 50-100 dollars per room, then feel free to change and forget about the ascents and descents! (in Moscow, tour operators have a difference when buying a tour cost VILLA - MAIN BUILDING = from 160 USD per room)
