The villas mostly ask for the upper floors, but this is closer to the sea, the views are better from the top. Friends lived on the first floor, they liked everything, there was even a separate entrance to the room. We were in Utopia 2 times, we are going for the third time and understood to live everywhere normally , walk everywhere, everything is interesting and not far away, especially since you are not afraid of stairs. Villas 27 and 26 have super views, but you won’t fall asleep while there is a disco in the lagoon bar.
