As I understand it, two tour operators from Ukraine carry to Utopia - Coral and Anex. All Ukrainian travel agencies cooperate with them. I find out the prices in travel agencies and directly from Coral and Anex - in most travel agencies it comes out cheaper by 100-200 dollars for the same dates and times than with Anex and Coral.
