Somewhere I read about bracelets of different colors for vacationers. It really is. Yellow and green bracelets in Resorts and Club. In the Royale: gray for the British, blue for Ukrainians, Russians and Poles, red for the Germans, pink, I'm not sure, but, in my opinion, the Swedes. And another interesting fact that angered me very much: on the day of the theme evening, people asked not 1 portion of the dish from the chef, but 2 (for example, because one of the couple is sitting with the child, and the second one takes food), so they were not given !!!! ! 1 person - one serving! Just imagine: you stand in line for 15 minutes, you take a portion for yourself, then you change your spouse and he also goes and stands in line for 15 minutes. How is that in general?? ? Is it in a 5* hotel? You didn't mix anything up? ! I have never seen this anywhere!
Fruits are all green, it was impossible even to eat watermelon and peach normally.
In general, the food is very, very poor. Believe me, this food cannot be compared with food in a 4-star hotel in the same Bulgaria, where you could find anything and anytime for a child.
2. Spa employee. This is tin! How in a 5 * hotel can you so impudently, impudently, tactlessly fill yourself with customers ? ! We did not have time to arrive yet, go to the beach, as he had already sat on our heads! He just got it! Wherever you go, you stumble upon it and rush...."And try a massage, and go to the sauna, and something else....why? why think? what is there to think? let's already. " And he even came to the beach and sat on his ears there !! ! This is some kind of horror!
3. TUI, which is in the hotel. Organization 0!! ! They offered to go shopping in Alanya for free. They promised a PERSONAL transfer there and back. I agreed to go at 8 pm with a child, because. I expected that a personal car would pick us up late and take us without any problems. They really took us there. BUT! Firstly, you are taken to certain stores with which they cooperate. Secondly, in many stores there are no prices!! ! They really don't exist!! ! When you ask the price, they answer: if you like it, we will postpone it for you, and then we will talk, we will agree. WHAT DO YOU MEAN TALK? ! Am I counting on something or what? Or only millionaires go to you? ! Thirdly, we were taken back by a HUGE bus, where besides us there were 10 more people and they were all taken to hotels (so you understand, this is much longer, because we stopped at the reception and it’s time for people to get out! My child vomited on the bus (we didn’t get the bus dirty) it was all on her. I had to strip the child down to his shorts. So the driver didn’t drive under the hotel, as promised, but dropped us off near the market across the road from the hotel, and we sawed from there for a long time with a sleepy child in our arms, who is still sick!!!

In principle, the elder liked everything, the teachers are good. But even the mothers who rested here in past years spoke. that this kid's Toucan club was cool. own program, professional educators. present. contests. liked everything. Across the road from the hotel there is a small market, we went there for a walk, the elder bought a very good quality T-shirt, and the younger one ruined the store with toys))) the Turks are very hospitable, so much attention to children, so all over the country. Nutrition - everything was enough, yoghurts, cereals without spices, stewed vegetables. gave buckwheat to the kitchen, cooked buckwheat for children. cream soup is also a godsend for children. mine were dying so much that I had to cook at home now, they came and demanded that green soup from Turkey)))) and the beach --- well, this is SOMETHING ! ! long, wide and SLOW ENTRANCE. I calmly rested on a sunbed, and did not stand over the children so that they would not be swept into the sea. there are water sports, but they are on the edge of the beach and did not interfere with our rest at all. I will note right away that the check-in went quickly, they met in twenty minutes, everything is fine here. As for the room - clean, fresh, it can be seen that it was recently restored, the condition is above average, good, unworn. The view from the balcony is wonderful. But as for the size - the usual standard, like everywhere else, nothing stunning. The air conditioner is working. Further - worse. There is no tea set in the room. There is no mention of slippers and bathrobes. Washing - liquid soap on the wall next to the sink and universal shampoo for head and body on the wall above the bathroom. The bathroom does not have a hydrobox, but a bath with a shower, which is closed with a curtain. The shower is firmly attached. When taking a shower, the curtain does not save, the floor of the bathroom turns into a pool. Towels - two for the face, two for the body and one (why one in the double room? ) for the feet. Food is ok. Everything is like in the average Turkish five. No frills, but decent enough. What surprised me a little - in the morning for breakfast, coffee is only from coffee machines, you do it yourself, the waiter in the kettle or coffee pot does not bring anything. There are no teaspoons, we interfere with wooden sticks. Of the fruits, they were always present and did not end - watermelons, melons, apples, oranges, apricots, cut grapefruits. There were no vaunted Turkish bananas. Strawberries have been seen as pieces on cakes. Well, the cakes and pastries are excellent, as always.
Now for what I didn't like at all. The hotel is large, there are a lot of people, and the pool is one and small. I'm not talking about noise at all. It is very "pleasant" when at one in the morning children begin to rush from room to room along the corridor, while squealing loudly and slamming doors. Then their mother is drawn and starts to disperse them in places at a high volume level. Just some scribe. In short, we did not have peace for the entire stay at the hotel. And I’ll say right away - I was hoping to rest in peace - it didn’t work out. In search of peace, I went to hell knows where, to the relaxation pool of the Resort, but the sonorous red-haired Irish boys got me there too. In general, we did not have a rest. Another disadvantage is that when leaving early in the morning for an excursion or somewhere else, the reception will give you only one sandwich. Everything. The concept of a lunch box in this hotel does not exist. Therefore, in order not to stay hungry in the morning, take care in advance, collect food in your purse the day before in the restaurant, we did this and did not fail. I also did not like the fact that the restaurant closes at 21.00 in the evening (usually everywhere until 22.00). So there is a risk when returning late from an excursion to also remain hungry, we barely had time for 15 minutes. Then, that's all, there is nowhere else to eat at the hotel until the morning. Also bad is the case with daytime snacks. There is something cooked in the afternoon on the veranda of the restaurant, but going there from the beach or from the pool is extremely inconvenient.
