TO TUI. Departure on August 4 from Domodedovo a / k Kolavia at 5.30 am (the tour was booked already in April and Vnukoko was indicated in the application, since we live 10 minutes from it). The adventure began on the plane. All passengers were seated, they began to close the doors and it turned out that the door lock had broken, which was being repaired for 1.5 hours. After an hour of repair, when people began to resent sitting in a stuffy plane, it was decided to tell the passengers the reason for the delay.
We were brought to the hotel around 11.30 and the second stage of the adventure began. By reservation, we have Suntopia Pegasos Royal 5 * - number: family room land veiw. After an hour of waiting, it was decided to remind about its existence at the reception. After another 5 minutes, a hotel employee approached us and offered rooms in the neighboring Resort (on the territory of 3 hotels: Royal 5 *, Resort 5 * and Club 4 *). Before agreeing, they asked to look at the replacement. We looked and agreed. In total, we received for the resettlement: 2 adjacent standard rooms with balconies, a free safe (it costs 1.
5 euros per day), free internet in the room (wi-fi is free in the lobby, paid in the rooms), 2 massages in the local spa center and bracelets allowing you to use all the restaurants of the three hotels.

Rooms: The furniture is in good condition, there is a mini-bar (or rather a mini-fridge), a safe. Plumbing for a good 4ku, everything worked. Shower gel and liquid soap in special dispensers, it is better to bring with you from home. Towels and bed linen are clean and without holes. Air conditioning is a separate story: it works on schedule (you can take it at the reception) and is extremely bad in both rooms. Of course I understand, central air conditioning ...but still. Room cleaning is just terrible, you have to personally tell the cleaner 2 times to clean the room, just did not come. Even tips did not help, in the end they stopped leaving them. On Mondays there is no cleaning, the day off.

Beach: This is a huge plus of this hotel. The cleanest sea with a gentle and sandy sunset. Great for kids.
You can’t look for sun loungers on the beach at 10.00 in the morning, everything has been occupied since 6 in the morning, both by our compatriots and by the Germans (shawls, pareos, home towels, children’s inflatable circles ...everything is used). I really didn’t like that such a large hotel has one point for issuing towels, and even on the minus 1 floor in the spa center, where it’s very stressful and scary if your feet (stairs) are wet, walking every day. At 10-11 in the morning there are sometimes no towels.

Meals: during the stay, we were in 2 a-la-carte restaurants (Italian and Asian), which you need to sign up at 9.30 in the morning near the reception (the next day you go to drink). We ate mostly in the main restaurant. Food: chicken was every day and 3 times a day and in 3-4 dishes and types! ! ! ! 3-4 times in 12 days there was turkey, lamb and beef. Fish, such as herring, was every day. Once there was mackerel on the grill. This concludes the selection of meat. There were also cutlets - semi-finished products, quite spicy.

From fruit every day there were watermelons, melons, apples, oranges. Rarely plums, peaches, grapes. Juices in vending machines, or rather juice concentrates.

Territory: Very well-groomed and green territory. There is a playground, children's slides in the water park for the very young. On the territory there is not a bad water park with slides for adults and older children.

The flight back was on August 15 without delays and adventures.
