In the hotel, in addition to Ukrainians and Russians, there are many Poles, Germans and Turks.
Transfer from the airport took 2 hours by minibus. The hotel is located between the villages of Okurcalar and Avsallar, this is a small village with a local population. Nearby is a public beach, a couple more hotels along the sea, a small market with shops, a hammam, a couple of restaurants and the village itself. So there is no need to count on walks outside the territory.
The hotel has a huge green, very beautiful area. It can be seen that it is carefully looked after - the lawns are mowed, there are nameplates near the trees, there is zoning for different types of plants. Photo shoots are constantly taking place on the territory (there are several photographers in the hotel). Lizards run along the paths and cats meet (there are even funny signs "Caution, cats cross the road" in the parking lots).
We were settled very quickly, the room was given on the second floor above the restaurant, overlooking the sea and the fountain. Surprisingly, the porter who escorted us to the room did not take a tip.
The room is already tired - traces of operation are visible, the drawers in the cabinets were stuck, the air conditioner did not work (they fixed it the next morning during the time we were at the meeting with the guide). Also, for some reason, we were given a third bed on a folding chair-bed, which we could not assemble (either we did not understand how, or it was broken). The bed is large, mattresses and pillows are good and feel like new. The bed is snow-white, the towels have been used for a year (identification tags are sewn on them). TV with a lot of channels, we only included music for the background. Upon arrival in the room, we were waiting for a pack of masks and two bottles of antiseptic. There are enough trempels in the cabinet (10 pcs. ). There are extra pillows. Curtains almost with a blackout effect, they let the light through, but since the window is "recessed" into the wall, this is enough to sleep off if necessary after the road.
The bathroom is quite spacious, there is a lot of space to place your jars-bottles. The shower box is large, there is a ceiling shower and a hose shower. The bidet is built into the toilet, also already tired, so it was not used.
There are no mini-cosmetics, this is due to the fact that the hotel follows an eco-concept. Throughout the territory you can find bins for separate waste collection, calls to save water and electricity. Tuesday is declared an eco day, cleaning is not carried out on this day, but it can be ordered at the reception if necessary. They cleaned well, they took a tip.
The restaurant is spacious, the choice of food is large, there is always meat (also liver and tongue), poultry, fish in different types of cooking. For breakfast, about 10 types of dishes from eggs, sausages, sausages, ham, cheeses. Pancakes and pancakes, as well as donuts. I recommend paying attention to the open grill kitchen - they also offer a lot of delicious food all day long. Always a lot of vegetables, pickles, snacks. There is a separate buffet with a children's menu.
For lunch, two types of soups, chorba, unfortunately, was only twice in 9 days. One day they even offered seafood - marinated mussels, shrimp salad and stuffed squid. Fruits are varied - watermelons, melons, apples, pears, bananas, red and white grapes, plums. The confectionery is delicious, I recommend the spinach biscuit. Once there was red velvet - very tolerable.
For dinner, they always serve the dish of the day, everything is protected by glass, just show what you want. During the day, you can refresh yourself with a burger, pide and fries in the grill kitchen. You can take beer and wine with food, there were no other drinks in the restaurant bar.
There is always enough space, as there is also a restaurant area for smokers. Tables are cleared very quickly. There are always masks at the entrance, they are with drawings for children, there are napkins and antiseptics on all tables, but you have to ask for salt and pepper separately (often the dishes were undersalted).
The beach is large and long, the sand is fine and soft, the sea is very warm and clean, during our vacation the water warmed up to 30 degrees. Small yellow fish swim up to the shore, they are very curious, they can slightly bite on the heel))) We did not swim in the zone of inflatable slides in the sea. There is also a beautiful illuminated pier and two water entertainment areas. There are changing rooms and showers. Bars are open from 10 am to 6 pm, they have water, juices, beer, tea and coffee. There are lifeguards who make sure that on stormy days people do not swim far (there were waves for 2 days).
In the evening it is pleasant to walk around the territory, there is a promenade along the sea. There are three amphitheaters near each of the hotels. The entire area is available for vacationers. There is also a tennis court, football and basketball courts, as well as an archery range, beach volleyball courts. Along the paths there are swing benches where you can sit with a drink. There are bathrooms throughout the area.
Near the pools I saw points for issuing swimming diapers for bathing children, there are locker rooms and sheds. Pools maximum 1.60 deep, there are shallow ones for children. There are two points with ice cream of three types in unlimited quantities.
The hotel has a spa (they also give out beach towels), entice with complex hammam, peeling and massage procedures, and offer a $ 20 discount in honor of arrival. I took the cheapest complex for $ 40 - I liked it, it released the pinched sciatic nerve after the flight. True, then they tried to get additional massage sessions, but they can be understood, this is their income)) Near the spa there is an indoor pool and a small gym.
The hotel has a first-aid post, a beauty salon, shops for clothes, shoes and haberdashery, souvenirs and jewelry, as well as fur and leather. But it’s better to go across the road (if you don’t need clothes) to the Alibaba market store, the assortment is very wide and the prices are affordable. They accept lira, dollar, euro and you can pay by card. If there is a need to skimp on clothes - the nearest mall is in Konakli, about 15 km by bus, the cost is 9 lire per person.
There is also a children's entertainment area - sand drawings, slot machines, electric cars, cotton candy. There are several water slides for adults and children.
Hotel pros:
1. good soundproofing of the room. There were no neighbors behind the wall, there were no activities under the windows, so if you wish, you can go to bed early and nothing but the sound of the surf will be heard. If the doors are reworked a little, then there will be no sounds from the corridor.
2. territory
3. beach
4. food
5. Buddha bar near the Royal building. Very nice place with good music and service. We went there with pleasure, there is one very active and cheerful waiter who quickly remembers your preferences.
6. eco policy of the hotel
7. unobtrusive animation. No one ran and pestered with invitations to participate in activities. Everywhere you could meet the schedule with the location of the event, if you want, you go and take part. Yoga, zumba, step aerobics were held. The rest, apparently, did not occur to us.
Flaws (not cons):
1. It is stated that during meals, waiters will serve you drinks. In fact, we were offered drinks only a couple of times.
2. tasteless beer. Of course, we did not go there to get drunk, but we would like better quality.
3. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and on the terrace of the restaurant, and with a large crowd of people, it "falls". Paid wifi is expensive.
4. Asian a la carte restaurant, which we chose from a list of Italian, Turkish and Asian. Almost everything was tasteless and even disgusting, especially sushi. The Turks of Asia either do not know how or do not want to cook.
5. soundproofing of doors.
6. In a restaurant, a Turk will serve you first, you will have to put up with such discrimination.
7. sand on the beach is not cleaned or sifted, small debris remains in it.
8. slides, except for one, all old and absolutely not slippery, require restoration.
The disadvantages are not the hotel itself, but related to it:
1. there is no pharmacy nearby. Because of the air conditioners, my throat hurt, I had to stomp 2 km towards Avsallar to the nearest pharmacy. So stock up on all possible medicines.
2. Some contingent occupied sunbeds with their things and left for the whole day. The sunbeds are occupied, but not a soul in the sea or in the pool ((and the Europeans did it too. But most of all, the situation was outraged when we met some lady urinating under a bush 15 steps from the toilet and a German who changed swimming trunks on the beach. . . free Europeans could also stand outside your room and talk to their friends at the other end of the corridor or come to dinner in wet swimsuits.
Late check out cost 25€ until 15:00 (i. e. 3 additional hours).
In general, I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday, but I myself would choose something in a more lively place like Side.
The room is clean and very nice. There is a refrigerator, TV, hair dryer (but I recommend taking your own, overheats and put your hair is almost impossible). In the bathroom soap, shampoo, paper and all.
Of the minuses about the room: it's no kettle and not a very good hair dryer. Also paid safe. But we did not buy it, did. Things are in place, there were no thefts.
Cleaning is high quality every day except Tuesday.
Of the disadvantages include: happy birthday. On the bed twisted only a duck))) or not even clear what it was and a postcard. All! With their range of pastries and cakes, they could bring a piece of cake cut from the common table to the room for a tick. But...
The beach is gorgeous! The sea too!
We had enough skis, but people took skis and were not present on the beach… I do not understand such. The bar on the beach from 10:00 to 18:00, sometimes it was not convenient, because I wanted water at 8 am, had to take water from breakfast. But these are all trifles. Non-carbonated water in 0.5 liter bottles.
The food is delicious and a wide range. Bring +5 kg))
Breakfast from 7-10:30. Large selection of eggs (boiled, fried, various omelets), pastries, pancakes, various fruits (watermelon, melon, peach, plum, pear, apple, oranges…)
Lunch from 12-14, dinner from 18:30
Here the choice is already greater. Lots of cakes. Stewed potatoes, french fries, mashed potatoes, assorted vermicelli, meat (chicken, veal), fish (mackerel, trout once, like sea bass, but not sea bass), burgers, pizza, rice, fresh and stewed vegetables… great choice and delicious.
Alcohol in bars from 10 o'clock. Local free, foreign paid. Coffee from vending machines (black coffee, cappuccino, lat, chocolate), cola, sprite, fanta - free.
The staff is all very polite. Everyone in masks.
Masks and gloves are served in the kitchen. Everything is very clean. Cutlery is placed on the table in kraft paper (envelope).
Ice cream near the beach from 11:00 to 18:00.
Towels could be taken from 08:30, not very convenient if you go to the beach until 8 o'clock, so we always did not hand in 1 towel in the evening (handed in until 19:00). Rent in order to take fresh / clean in the morning. You can not give up at all.
Water park: slides are open from 10-12 and from 14-17 hours. We rode the whole homeland.
Public toilets on the territory are always clean. The taps are automatic, it is very convenient. There are hand dryers, soap, antiseptics, paper towels. Not disgusting to go. Constant cleaning.
The animation is great. The only thing that the children's disco, I would like to be a little longer, the child was not enough)))
The adult is also wonderful. They were surprised with pleasure.
Free internet is available on the lobby. But the quality is not very, it is difficult to connect.
The most negative moment was with "shopping" from our guide. Don't listen to them!
Don't go for souvenirs for free, as they say. We went and were very sorry, we were very angry. After all, we were taken to the mall… but it was a jewelry mall. It was fear. We were with a child. It's hot, she's bored… while waiting for the car to drive back. In short, half the day is gone. And not only were we so lucky to bring here all the tourists who pecked at the "shopping center". Upon arrival, we told all this to the guide, who pretended to be a "fool. "
There is a bazaar across the street from the hotel. Buy there. The lowest prices, verified, because they went (2 km to the side) to another larger bazaar, the prices are many times higher for rahat lukum. We bought $ 5 and $ 8 per 1 kg, and there from 15 prices start and up to 25-30 per kilo. But very tasty. What is sold in boxes and next to it did not lie, so buy that by weight. Delicacy is not real.
We did not go on excursions, we were not up to them.
The flight home was postponed for us. and took fruit from the evening and pastries from breakfast the day before.
The transfer took about 3.5 hours. So far we have gathered all the tourists from other hotels… and there were as many as 7! ! ! ! ! Then we got tired while collecting them, and then drove for an hour. The stop for the toilet was 15 minutes.
In short, everything is very good, except for small flaws, because they are everywhere. If you ask the question "Will I come back here? ", Then definitely my answer is yes! ».
The hotel itself is very hot, stuffy. It is impossible to wash hands in public toilets due to lack of water. There are no mattresses on the sunbeds, it is rare to clean.
On the plus side:
- Many thanks to the bartenders on the beach for the undiluted juices and delicious coffee
- delicious cuisine, but when there is a large influx of people, they start to tinker
- waiters are attentive, good, fast
- quality cleaning every day, except Tuesday
- sandy warm, calm sea
- animation works 100%
-small spa (massage professionals)
Regarding guides. Attentive, but foolish at every turn.
Do not buy from them tours, preferably across the road or yourself.
In Turkey, the 9th time, the hotel was chosen by the reviews themselves, and did not lose. We got what we wanted.
The hotel is part of the TT Hotels chain. The hotel is very well maintained, everything is more or less new, serviceable, nothing to complain about. The rooms are modern, clean, everything in the room is in order. The territory is very well-groomed, although not large in length, but it is wide, as much as 3 hotels (as already mentioned, 3 hotels of the chain are united by a common territory and infrastructure). Lots of different greenery.
The beach is almost perfect - uniform fine sand from the very beginning to the bottom of the sea. The entrance to the sea is very uniform, completely sandy and predictable. That the beach that the sea is VERY clean.
Food - compared to other 5 * hotels is quite good and varied. Fish and natural meat (veal, lamb + chicken) are always available. The dishes are delicious, there is ice cream, desserts are also delicious. Fruit is everywhere. Drinks are the same as everywhere else - local vodka, raki, whiskey, brandy, gin, white, rose, red wines, beer, juices, colafantasprite, ayran, as well as various cocktails on the menu.
Animation for children at a height during the day Toucan club, slides, rides, ice cream all day, mini disco in the evening + general animation.
Cons of the hotel:
1. The rooms are mostly there either with a sea view or on the other side - on the road. So the location of the latter neochen - darkish and small balconies.
2. The village of Inchekum - well, there’s nothing at all, you have to go 3-5 km to the big Avsalar there are already a lot of cafes, shops, bazaar, etc. Any minibus in the direction of Alanya for 1-2 dollars.
In general, if you go to this hotel, then 100500% will be satisfied with your stay!
Planet Pegasos are TUI operator hotels, so you won’t find them anywhere else, TUI representatives are always sitting in the hotel from 10 am to 6 pm.
Transfer from the airport: an old bus, goes straight in the direction of Alanya, in time from the airport took about 2.5 hours. By the way, a much more modern comfortable bus drove back to the airport.
Check-in: arrived at 12 o'clock, settled us exactly at 14:10, immediately put on bracelets, so that all hotel services could be used upon arrival.
Room: we paid for the Sea View standard, the room has a double bed and a folding chair for a child. The small balcony has a great view of the sea, but there are restaurants downstairs, the smells from which are sometimes annoying.
I want to note that the hotel building stands on a rather narrow strip between the sea and the Antalya-Alanya highway, so the rooms with windows on the highway (Garden View) are even noisier, I heard many people complain.
The room has a bottle of drinking water, an empty mini fridge. Safe for a fee, Wifi for a fee, iron, kettle for a fee. Television: many English, German, Russian, Ukrainian channels. Of course, there are no slippers or bathrobes.
Territory: there is nothing to complain about here, the territory is huge, there are three so-called hotels on it at once. Pegasos Planet: Pegasos Royal, Pegasos Resort and Pegasos Club (a map of the territory is in the photo), and, accordingly, a huge wide beach, a small water park with slides, the pools of the Royal and Resort hotels also have their own slides, smaller, 3 amphitheaters in each hotel with their evening performances to choose from. Long promenade area, pier, many bars.
The beach is sandy, wide and large.
There are sun loungers under a canopy, there is shade all day long, they are occupied from early morning; there are sun loungers under umbrellas. here you can find a free sun lounger almost at any time. The beach has changing rooms, showers, beach bars with light drinks.
Restaurants: there are 2 main restaurants, but during the season they work as one, there are tables in the premises. are on the terraces. The choice of dishes is large, for different tastes, a lot of greens, snacks, different meats, fish every day, from fruits, watermelons, melons, there were cherries, apricots, apples, grapes and much more. Simple ice cream is offered on the waterfront as well as at lunch and in the evening in the restaurant.
Once we took an A la carte Asian restaurant, I don’t recommend it, they cook Turkish food better : )
Animation: adult daytime animation goes on all the time: aerobics. yoga, volleyball, darts and more. In the evening, each amphitheater has its own evening program, of course it is quite small-town, but still a variety.
Children's animation is in two clubs: Pirate Club - for English-speaking children, Poles, Arabs, in general, there are multilingual animators. For Russian-speaking children there is a Tukan club. The program in the clubs is scheduled for a week, it is repeated. I didn’t like a little that before lunch the children sit in the club almost without getting out, they make something, draw, play, but the club is located in the same complex with the water park, there are a lot of people, it’s very humid and hot. Every evening a children's disco with exactly the same scenario.
Service: leaves much to be desired, cleaning consists of changing beds and changing towels. It somehow strangely coincided with us that on those days when we left a bill on the bed, they cleaned it, and when they didn’t leave it, there was no cleaning for 2 days ...The waiters and bartenders are different - some are friendly, some not very, in general, as usual . The waiter was left for tea in the evening, the next day a separate served table was waiting for us, which is nice.
Hotel guests: 50% of hotel guests are from the former USSR, with all the ensuing consequences, but it's nice that the majority try to be neutral, respectful. A lot of Poles, English, Germans, Dutch...
General impression: a decent hotel that is worth going to for a week, then the animation gets bored, the food gets boring. The hotel has a lot of hidden costs: safe, iron, wifi - for inadequate money. Normal coffee, orange juice, good ice cream - for a fee ...But you can do without it. If you do not pay attention to minor flaws, then the hotel can be given a solid 4, of course it does not pull on 5.
As for food, it is monotonous, you will not be hungry, but I wanted something special! If you want a more careful attitude of the waiters to yourself, get rid of the tip! Be sure to bring antibacterial wipes because baby food chairs are not particularly wiped there! And for the child I want the best! there is a kitchen for children, but there is a lot of fast food and spicy! We had our food with us! and it saved a lot! Lots of fruit and delicious! Many people took food with them, the waiters did not pay attention to it!
The beach is gorgeous, nothing to add! The only downside is that you need to take the skis at 7 am if you want to sunbathe in the first line!
Children's animation is also good, we went to a mini disco every day, there is a toucan children's club! The animators are cool, especially Dima and Sima!
The area is large and well-groomed!
The holiday is suitable for couples with children, or for 40+
Many Ukrainians, Russians, Poles, Czechs and Germans are among the vacationers! All (except) Ukr.
And one color grew here (((they give bracelets of different colors when settling! )).
In general, everything is at a favorable level! And you already forget about small inconveniences!
We rested in the TT Hotel Pegasos Resort 5 * from 23.08. until 08/30/2018 by a family with a husband and a child of 11 years old (the child was abroad for the first time).
Transfer
A comfortable air-conditioned Tui bus took us from the airport, the journey took 2 hours (there was one stop for 15 minutes at a gas station store). Our hotel was second only to Giuliano.
We arrived at 5 pm and were seated very quickly. We paid for a room with a sea view, and got it on the second floor right above the main restaurant. We wanted to agree on a higher room, but maybe the season and the hotel was packed - we were refused.
Number
Our room was standard with a bathroom, TV (plasma, there are Ukrainian and Russian channels), a balcony, a double bed. For a child, a sliding chair-bed, hard, the child could not sleep the first night, so they put a blanket under him and everything was good.
In the bathroom from cosmetics shampoo, liquid soap.
I warn you that the hair dryer in the room is bad - it works for a couple of minutes, and then it cools down for another 30 minutes ((. This is the first time for us (before that, we always rested in fives). I read that some contacted the reception and repaired the hair dryer, but I didn't think of it before.
They clean the rooms every day except Tuesday (they have some kind of ecology day), only we received shampoo only on the first day, then, despite the tip, the shampoo was not updated. But we corrected this injustice - we just took a couple of jars of shampoo from the maid's cart)).
The view from the balcony is a separate conversation! Sea, palm trees, greenery! For the first time in all our travels, we slept under the unique sound of the Mediterranean Sea... It was not hot in the room, we did not even turn on the air conditioner, despite the fact that there were all 35 outside the window.
Grounds and beach
The hotel is big and beautiful. The area is large, green, very well maintained, all plants are signed. Even the paths near the pools are washed with shampoo? You can walk and use the bars of all 3 hotels. For example, a disco after 23.00 starts in the Royal (there is also a free bar with cocktails), and you can smoke a hookah in the Club bar (8 euros) - by the way, very tasty.
Throughout the territory there are tables for dirty dishes (if you suddenly decide to take a walk with a cocktail), local cute cats and dogs walk)).
Service at the highest level - the staff is friendly, knows Russian, does not speak English very well, but you can agree.
The beach is just amazing! ! Every morning, a flag is hung on the lifeguard tower depending on whether there is a storm and if there is one (yellow, red or yellow-red flags), very convenient. Rescuers do not just sit, but really watch the vacationers, walk along the beach, whistle, forbid children to enter the water in a storm, and so on. We decided to swim at night, but they also caught us and calmly explained that it was dangerous and that you can swim only during the day. We have never seen such organization and work of services in any hotel.
Fine sand, the sea is shallow and very warm (+30), there are always enough sunbeds. There is also a bar with juices, coffee drinks and beer. There is no snack bar on the beach. By the way, the beer in the hotel is very tasty Efes.
Slavs like to spend time on the beach, foreigners prefer the pool. By the way, we were pleased that there are a lot of foreigners in the Resort (Czechs, Germans, Poles), more only in Royal.
Food
Food at the hotel, without exaggeration, the sea! In the hall of the main restaurant there are cold appetizers, vegetables, fruits, sweets and a children's table, and on the street on the site there is a hot shop - side dishes, meat, fish, a snack bar.
Breakfast: five types of eggs (3 types of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled), delicious pancakes, buns with cheese, cottage cheese, chocolate, jam, cheese, milk oatmeal, 10 types of yogurt, hot milk + 5-6 types of cereal, vegetables, sausage, butter, a bunch of fillers of jams, chocolate and so on. The vending machines have very tasty coffee, cappuccino, mocha, hot chocolate, tea bags (there are also herbal ones, we made chamomile for the child and gave them in the morning for the stomach).
For lunch, cold snacks - various salads with yogurt, couscous, cheese, etc. Usually 2 types of soup (vegetable, dairy, borscht), but we didn’t like the soups - like from a cube, so we rarely took them.
A lot of meat - chicken, turkey, veal, offal. Grilled fish, rolls in sauce (optional). Vegetables stewed in different types, groten.
Of the side dishes, rice, several types of pasta. Mashed potatoes for a week was, for some reason, only 2 times.
In the snack bar - burgers, fries, potato wedges, chicken nuggets.
Dinner is a real feast! As much as I didn’t want to limit myself and not eat in the evening, but it was not possible - a huge amount of meat, and, according to tradition, whole grilled chickens, pieces of veal, etc. were butchered on the street, shawarma and several types of pizzas were spun.
Sweet - cakes, traditional Turkish sweets, panna cotta, puddings - everything is tasty and not monotonous. I especially remember the baked pumpkin and stuffed pears mmmm)))
Ice cream is distributed free of charge on the territory of hotels from 11 am, but it’s more like frozen juice, we didn’t like it, but in the evening they served excellent ice cream for dinner!
In general, it is extremely difficult to stay hungry in the Resort)).
Entertainment and alcohol.
I repeat that the hotel has delicious beer (there is everywhere - in the restaurant, on the beach, in the lobby), the restaurant serves pink, white and red wine (I liked white). They make delicious cocktails in the lobby, if you encourage the waiter with a tip (they gave a dollar), they make very cool cocktails from good alcohol. We were not stingy and tried a lot of all sorts of sweets, while we never felt drunk or had a headache. You can easily take drinks to the territory, to the beach, to the room - no one swears.
The slides are very cool and work from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm. There are no big queues. We tried to come at 14, while the children were sleeping - at this time there were no queues at all. Workers closely monitor the slides, you can go down only after the whistle, everything is very organized. It’s not scary to let a child go there himself, but we, nevertheless, went with him and even rolled ourselves)).
The Tukan Kids Club is open daily, but we didn’t give the child away - we had fun ourselves.
The pools are clean and warm, jumping from boards, bridges, etc. is prohibited. In the mornings there is aerobics, Pilates, in the afternoon water football (I don’t know what it’s called correctly)). In general, the animation is frankly rather weak, but unobtrusive for that.
We are not fans of excursions, but we decided to take a ride to Alanya (30-45 minutes from the hotel). The fare is 6 lira (do not take dollars, otherwise they will say 2, and this is much more expensive). We exchanged dollars for lira at the reception 1 to 5.5. In Alanya itself, you can pay both in lira and in dollars. We walked a bit and went to a large supermarket to buy home olives, wine (pomegranate and cherry), nut and chocolate paste. We were highly advised to visit the castle on the mountain in Alanya, but we didn’t dare in such heat. We'll definitely go next time.
In general, you can write a lot more good things about this hotel)) We really liked the rest! We ourselves do not like to go to the same hotels twice, but we recommend visiting the Resort to all our friends and relatives - high quality, tasty and very organized, what else is needed for a wonderful holiday? )))
In general, I can’t even remember anything bad! I'll try to come back next year!
