Vacationing with my husband. There was no time to choose. This is not the first time in Turkey, so there is something to compare with. The check-in went quickly, however, they immediately gave a room with a view of the road, but there is a terrible noise from the road. They asked for another room, and within an hour they moved to another with a sea view, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to pay extra for it. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, the room is cozy, the beach is clean and well-groomed, the sea is awesome!! ! The staff is polite. Suggestion for tour operators: include the fee for the safe and Wi-Fi in the price of the tour (it's not that much money) so as not to run to the reception with surcharges and extensions. You can put 10 for everything, except for cleaning: cleaning - 0! Even when towels are changed, there is rubbish on the floor!! ! For a week we did not see that the floor in the room was washed or even swept!! ! We went shopping in Alanya from the hotel : ( leather (Fashion Show) - excellent, a textile store, if I'm not mistaken, Euro Mall - complete crap, things on the market are much more decent and better. Special thanks to the guides on excursions: Gursel (Pamukkale) and Altan ( overview of Alanya). So I advise everyone this hotel, I hope the cleaning problems will be solved. We were satisfied with the rest!
