I went to Turkey to rest. and my family and I chose the city of Alanya, namely the Sole hotel! as we saw on the Internet, there is no description of them at all! as we flew in after we were settled there. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the TV did not work either. There was a mess, and no one was responsible for it. And in the pool, as we were shown from the pictures, there is no slide at all. and the pool water was green! As for the food, I do not argue, it was served normally, but everything was dirty. And we ate not in restaurants, as we were told, but on the terrace. This is generally some kind of horror! not a 4* hotel, worse than a boarding house!
