First impression: our room was located on the 6th floor and therefore we had to take the elevator. The elevator in the hotel was broken and we were offered to use the service one. We were horrified. This is not an elevator, but a garbage pipe - a terrible stench, dirt. When we went up to the room, we noticed that there was no TV and telephone, the air conditioner did not work,
and bathroom accessories and towels were out of the question. When we were indignant about the air conditioner, they brought it to us and after that it began to work with a terrible noise, while maintaining only 15 degrees in the room, as a result of which we were guaranteed a runny nose. During the period of our vacation, the air conditioner worked with varying degrees of success - it constantly broke down, but there was no one to fix it, so we had to start the air conditioner ourselves again. The room is damp because there is no ventilation. The shower stall was leaking and as a result there was always a puddle of water on the floor. Since we have never had a cleaning done in 10 days, we also dealt with this problem ourselves. Towels were given to us only on the 3rd day, and then we asked to do it every day. When we began to demand, already in a raised tone, that they clean up our room, then at the reception they said in a rude manner that they should not raise their voice at them. And they only say this to girls,
and men are weak? Probably afraid to get in the face. The bar also made an indelible impression on us. Of the drinks, only soda, Turkish vodka, wine, in comparison with which our port is just delicious, beer. In the dining room, whose permanent inhabitants are flies, every time a real massacre for food begins. If you came at the wrong time, then get ready for the fact that you may not have enough food or plates. During breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are often interruptions in tea and coffee, so you often have to limit yourself to some water. Cooking, to put it mildly, is not tasty, and if you have a child with you, then you will have to demonstrate miracles of ingenuity in order to somehow feed him. When you eat at this moment, hotel employees walk between the rows with some kind of cart where they put all the waste and this is rather unpleasant. Sometimes in salads you can find meat - a fly, a worm. On the 7th day of our holiday, we noticed
that the water in the pool is not just dirty, but black. It turns out that they do not change the water in the pool, but simply add all sorts of reagents such as bleach, etc. , so sometimes swimming in it is unsafe. The beach also wants to leave the best - a very unsuccessful descent, the umbrellas are torn, there are not always enough sun loungers, there are no mattresses. The bar is not open on schedule. Sometimes you have to stay there for 2 hours without drinks, despite the fact that there are children on the beach. We had to find a way out of this ourselves - to bring drinks with us. Hotel guide Ilyas, if you can call him that, did not solve a single issue. There was only one answer - well, that there is no TV, some do not have air conditioners at all, so rejoice. Or so - in this hotel it's normal. They are all stupid here. Then it is generally not clear why he is needed there, only for that. To sell more tour packages and make out with the girls by the pool?

When we went there, we also thought that some picky people were dissatisfied, did not believe many reviews and realized that it was in vain. When they write in the comments that you shouldn’t expect anything else for that kind of money, and if you want to have a normal rest, buy more expensive tours, then apparently they didn’t ask how much other people paid for a vacation in this hotel. Hotel Sole is designed for recreation of local residents. (Turkey, Georgia, Dagistan, Ossetia, etc. ), well, at least there are 97% of them in the hotel. When our arrival settled, there were no air conditioners in the rooms, no TVs (begged for on the third day! ) No refrigerators, no blankets, and at night in May it is still quite cold there! In general, there is nothing that is promised in the description of the hotel! Hot water never came to the fifth floor, although they say it was on the third floor in the morning. The elevator was constantly breaking down, so they ran on foot, the young were fine, but the elderly went up with shortness of breath. The pool slide is broken. The beach is terrible! There are not enough umbrellas, whoever had time, he took it, they didn’t give mattresses at all, even though I asked! They just lay on the sunbeds, and in fact the mattresses were also promised. Tired went to bed, the next morning I washed the floor, because everything was covered in concrete dust, including laundry. The nights are cold, and they only have cotton blankets, I never asked for warm blankets. In the morning, a meeting was scheduled with the guide - Reseda Galimova, by 9.30 she did not come up, I left a note for her, my child and I were next to the pool, but she did not appear, she was generally only interested in those who were ready to buy additional tours from her, I caught her much later, as a minute of attention begged for alms to fill out the necessary papers, in general, an extremely unkind lady (I try to express myself intelligently). So then I washed the floors, looked for workers who at least brought a TV and a lamp. The maid came to us the last 2 days. They explained everything that was happening, that their season starts from 22.05!! ! There were many tourists who organized rallies in the lobby and were transported to other hotels. It was hard for me and my child to move around, I tried to look for joy in nature, the sun, and so on. The local people were pleasantly surprised by their kindness.
By the way, there was practically no hot water, I washed my daughter under cold water. , The linen was changed 1 time before leaving.
The food is poor, colleagues on vacation called it "everything is excluded", there is no children's menu at all, there is practically no meat, there was no baking. I ate vegetables, and the child had eggs, brought cookies and bread, and also oranges that were given in the dining room (I can’t even call it a restaurant). By the way, the dining room is now outside under a canopy, in the rain there were puddles and it was so slippery that you could easily fall - again I was worried about my child. Drinks are standard, only there was not enough tea for everyone, and I didn’t want to drink powdered coffee drinks from the machine. It was very tasty beer.
Beach: 50 square meters - a platform at the top and 50 square meters below the sea in stones, there is a bar, but it looks so unaesthetic that it is better at the most shabby station. From neighboring beaches (they are absolutely normal) they drive with a filthy broom, even if you do not occupy a sun lounger. We swam on the last day, because there was a strong wave and it was dangerous to go down to the sea in the stones.
There are 2 pools, one at the hotel with a children's pool and a small slide, and the second - in the complex of buildings opposite with a large slide, there was sun all day, and in the middle one - only until lunch.
I don’t know how people will perceive my review, but I am a simple person, without strong claims. She took the child to bathe, eat and sleep in warmth and cleanliness, but in reality it was a complete extreme. It is clear that no one will return the money to me, but maybe at least someone will read it and will not spoil their vacation. And tour operators will stop sending people there. DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL!! ! We found a pleasant company and tried to see more positive. And how great it would be if the atmosphere was like in my previous travels!! !

The room is standard (nothing good but nothing bad either - I'm talking about the furniture and the view of the room itself) - pool view (third floor, there is a balcony), air conditioning (it worked, but either the batteries in the remote control are very bad, or the remote control is like that, we they couldn’t set the normal temperature in any way... and at 18+ it’s cool to sleep at night), a TV (many Turkish, 2 Russian, 1 Ukrainian channels - it was enough for us)), a refrigerator - it was not in our room at all (although the cabinet stands under it, and in other rooms there were refrigerators (although maybe not in all), shower and toilet (also good, but not for 4 *), safe (for a fee of $ 2 per day, and very small). As we were told, the bed should be changed every a week, and towels every three days... so... no one has changed anything for us for 8 days....(towels that spread under our feet near the shower on the 4th day we took it ourselves and asked to be replaced, only one towel was replaced and garbage was taken away at the same time... ) on the fifth day we hung a sign asking us to clean the room - we were swept up or they washed the floor only in the room (no one even went into the shower room !! ! And on the balcony too) (towels and bed, respectively, too, no one removed! )!!!
It’s dirty and miserable in the corridors..... the elevator (this is a completely different story) is slow . . you go up and down at the same speed on foot... (we rarely waited for it) and the dining room is on the seventh floor !!! ))) We had a couple of days with an electrician interruptions.

Bar - fanta, cola, sprite and iced tea (all powdered) (my child drank so much of this shit, because there is nothing else), water, vodka, Raki and gin (sometimes), you make coffee and tea yourself from the machine. (during opening hours, the pool bar is closed)
There is WI-FI near the reception (which was especially pleasing, you can at least contact your relatives))

The pool is not big, but the children are pleased that there is a slide... at least one entertainment for them..... because. animation is not good! (every evening the animation starts at 21-15 for only half an hour, only dancing is the same every day... that's the whole animation! ) in the evening at the hotel you don’t know what to do except watch the animation....and people wait until 23-30 for departure to the disco for 10 dollars (but you can say “I’ll go to the disco only for $ 5 and it passes) (I didn’t go there, I don’t know what is there)...
The sea - the beach from the hotel is something....) from the sea you need to climb the stairs to the sunbeds in order to sunbathe normally or sit right in the water... when a wave blows you (it’s hard to resist) go into the water too (very large and slippery stone slabs, people they did that knees, elbows knocked down... I saw how the guy came out all covered in blood, broke his eyebrow (((. . . ) very slippery !! ! But we tried to go in anyway, otherwise we came to the sea and didn’t swim....There are a couple of sun loungers, which the water washes... you have to put them yourself, they are just a mountain... near the stairs....Nearby there is a pier, you can go down the stairs directly into the water and swim there normally... or go to the left side of the beach to the rock there are no stone slabs in the water... but also sun loungers, respectively...
We also went to Alanya to the "Bazaar", the sellers pulled their hands to themselves....the prices are two or even three times too high at once... so you can immediately divide by 2 and understand how much this or that thing costs... in the store while bargaining ( and this happens for a very long time) they invite you to sit on the sofas, pour tea . . the assistant girl comes and massages the arms and shoulders))) everything if only you buy) bargain on everything... even on water and chips, ice cream... and if you buy not one thing, all the more so... say that there is not so much money, there is only so much... and they will sell it! (it is advisable to take small dollars, otherwise, at the sight of 10 or 20, they will not throw off... )

We were met by a tour operator, the transfer is pretty good (with air conditioning), we drove for two hours to Alanya... but as it turned out, we didn’t reach Alanya itself for a couple of kilometers. (Konakli village). The hotel (only 4000 sq. m. ) is located behind another hotel (I don’t even know if there are rooms with a sea view). At the reception we were greeted by Turkish-speaking staff! and our guide helped us to communicate. We were escorted to the room by a guy who carries suitcases....showed us how to turn it on, took a tip and bowed...
The room is standard (nothing good but nothing bad either - I'm talking about the furniture and the view of the room itself) - pool view (third floor, there is a balcony), air conditioning (it worked, but either the batteries in the remote control are very bad, or the remote control is like that, we they couldn’t set the normal temperature in any way... and at 18+ it’s cool to sleep at night), a TV (many Turkish, 2 Russian, 1 Ukrainian channels - it was enough for us)), a refrigerator - it was not in our room at all (although the cabinet stands under it, and in other rooms there were refrigerators (although maybe not in all), shower and toilet (also good, but not for 4 *), safe (for a fee of $ 2 per day, and very small). As we were told, the bed should be changed every a week, and towels every three days... so... no one has changed anything for us for 8 days....(towels that spread under our feet near the shower on the 4th day we took it ourselves and asked to be replaced, only one towel was replaced and garbage was taken away at the same time... ) on the fifth day we hung a sign asking us to clean the room - we were swept up or they washed the floor only in the room (no one even went into the shower room !! ! And on the balcony too) (towels and bed, respectively, too, no one removed! )!!!
It’s dirty and miserable in the corridors..... the elevator (this is a completely different story) is slow . . you go up and down at the same speed on foot... (we rarely waited for it) and the dining room is on the seventh floor !!! ))) We had a couple of days with an electrician interruptions.

In general, I liked the rest! The hotel staff is very friendly. But there are a lot of shortcomings in the work. They don't clean the rooms, even tips don't help. You can really clean the room if you catch the maid in the corridor and bring it to the room.
