Check-in, covered only after dinner, put on bracelets and sent to dine in the main restaurant, after which we were given a room.
The room is quite spacious and we had no complaints about it.
Everyone is interested in food
For me, as for experienced in Turkey more than once - pretty well for the category of the hotel. Chef's lyulas are especially good, but like everywhere else, there is a queue behind them. Fruit is always in abundance, I especially liked the system for preparing sandwiches, I have not seen anything like this anywhere, you yourself - come up and make yourself a sandwich from the products you like - this is a huge plus. For breakfast, as elsewhere - cereals, muesli, eggs. We are on pp- so we always had something to eat - vegetables and Eggs, fish in the evenings - this is quite enough.
As for alcohol, we only indulged in beer) there is a sin - we love it) it is enough, the bartenders also made cocktails for vacationers, but they only went for beer)
The beach - in the hotel itself is not very good, if you go to the right to the beach of another hotel, there is a better entry - sand - I recommend it.
On excursions, we took it at a local agency, found it while still in Russia - tours at Alik, booked excursions through VK, at first we were worried whether they would pick us up on time, but on the other hand we don’t risk anything, we paid back after the fact - on the bus - to the guide, taken minute by minute.
Having studied all the proposed excursions, we chose - Demre / Mira / Kekova or, as they say, the homeland of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker - I liked it very much, an incomparable guide! Gorgeous views! Ancient Temple and Yacht! Everything is great! The tour is long but worth it! I recommend to all! They also took a Jeep Safari tour from Alik! Here everyone will like it! And young, old and children! Drive! Music! Drivers are professionals) arrived satisfied!
The hotel has its own water park, but we are not fans of slides, there were no queues either!
Animation - at the highest level from 10 am, doing - dancing, aqua aerobics, zumba, about similar zumba dances - I learned only here. Liked it crazy!
To summarize. Whether to choose this hotel - our review - yes! For us, the main thing was the good staff and the cleanliness of the room. Everything else is already on the 2nd plan. The hotel deserves this category
Everything is very poor and not the first freshness.
View of the market.
Umbrellas are rusty and dirty. Sticks stick out of them. There is practically no greenery on the territory.
At the entrance, they immediately give a price list of fines (for a towel, taking food out, etc. there is a whole list).
Surcharge for everything - Internet, safe, game room, games, etc.
To the sea is not 400, but 700 m.
Early check-in 10 $ / hour. We arrived at 7 am and pay $ 70 until 2 pm - a bit too much.
The elevators are cracking and the wait is long. There are a lot of them, but they are all very slow. On the third day, one of the two main ones broke down and where to get to became a whole test for the guests. Everyone complains about the elevators.
There is also a bazaar on the territory. Not a couple of boutiques, but a real bazaar.
A la carte there are two restaurants - one of them is paid (for service).
We can’t do another one like that for 6 nights, but we need at least 7 - they also ask for $ 80 for it.
Masks are paid, they do not give free ones.
Mini bar only water daily. Freshes are paid. There was no ice cream at all.
On the beach, the water in the bar is from a cooler, not bottled.
At the bars, especially in the evening, there is a queue. There is always only one bartender working.
The beach is dirty. No one is cleaning. The beach chairs are very dirty. Tables and trash, next to the sunbed - just terrible.
There is no hot water in the room during the day. Slightly warm, normal for me, cold for children.
Towels for the beach are all different and different sizes and different styles. Replacement only once a day.
The towels in the room are also different. Instead of a towel under your feet, they can give you a regular one. The rooms on the second floor were not cleaned even once during the entire stay. Air conditioning, on the second floor room, barely worked, almost no cooling.
Tables are not served, no tablecloths or sets, no cutlery, no napkins, nothing. On the third day there were no appliances - the guests waited for 20-30 minutes. The dishes are almost all chipped.
Pros:
A neat water park and there are a couple of slides for the smallest.
The pool is tidy.
Normal number.
I didn't find anything more positive. )
It takes a long time to drive, there is no service, there is no landscape, the food is so-so, there are no drinks, it’s far from the sea, the hotel itself is not fresh (the rooms seem to be updated, but everything is very shabby, stained, peeled, rests on snot).
Everything is in comparison.
My family does not care, rest. And I had to keep in touch periodically. So it was an unpleasant surprise for me.
Settled quickly. True, we paid a little extra, but we arrived at 9:00, and check-in at 16:00.
Bars on the beach, in the hotel and by the pool, snacks everywhere. Breakfast-lunch-evening - at least crack. Everything is delicious and no heartburn ever.
The hotel has shops without space prices (surprisingly, we compared with others)
There are a lot of other entertainment for a fee: bowling, billiards, children's rooms, etc.
The staff is all polite and friendly, discos, entertainment, animators and more.
In general, we are satisfied. In addition to paid Wi-Fi, but who wants to disconnect from the world for an hour, that's it)
Very disappointed with the beach and the sea. It takes 7 minutes to go to the beach, but once every 30 minutes you can drive half the way in a tractor trailer. Beach, this word is not very suitable for a stretch of coast 15 m wide, which is clearly not enough for a large number of vacationers, has an inconvenient entrance to the sea (three meters you walk on stones, stumbling and falling), the sea is dirty, often a bunch of algae floats near the coast . Lifeguards make sure that vacationers do not cross/swim to someone else's beach. to swim away from the shore where the water is also not allowed to be cleaner, they begin to whistle and ask to return, so I had to wallow in the dirty water, stirred up by a crowd of vacationers.
From the pleasant, it is a small water park, free from 10-14 hammam and sauna. The food at first was not bad, only a modest selection of fruits upset, but with the influx of vacationers it worsened, more often the meat was replaced by semi-finished products both on the grill and in the main hall. Nice bistro bar where you can order pizza, burgers, pasta and fries. The main bar is not bad, the alcohol is local but decent. In the bars near the water park and on the beach, only beer and sour wine, but you can have a bite to eat in them.
The a la carte restaurant was not impressive. For a family of 3 people, we were given 5 breaded squid rings, a small bowl of stewed vegetables with shrimp (not vice versa, there were not many shrimp) and 1 fried fish (dorado).
Animators try throughout the day and until the evening. In the evening they take you to a disco in Alanya.
My conclusion is that you can relax if you did not dream of a luxurious beach and clear blue sea, or you can get by with a water park and a swimming pool.
For this time of the year, it is ideal, the wind is almost not felt, since the main pool and dining room are, as it were, in a recess. In summer it is probably very hot there, as there is practically no greenery.
Many local if it bothers you, consider this nuance.
The rooms are clean in our everything worked, others differently.
The police came several times, as the hotel had paid safes and people lost money and gadgets.
The food suited me and my daughter too. There is a very cool bistro - a feature of the hotel, where you can eat deliciously. The general restaurant also has normal food, no frills, but everything is edible. There is a cafe with desserts in the lobby, a very large selection, they look impressive.
The pool is clean, the gym is not working.
There is a bus to the sea or on foot to the transition for 7 minutes and through the transition for another 3 minutes, but the beach is terrible.
Transfer from Antalya airport took 2 hours. During this time, we covered 100 km on a comfortable bus. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am. The lobby was quiet and deserted. The hotel was still asleep. Only a lone guard at the reception smiled happily at the counter. Our small gift in the form of a box of chocolates and 0.7 of life-giving moisture made his smile even wider)). Having given our passports for registration and received “all inclusive” bracelets in return, we headed for breakfast. At the entrance to the restaurant, we were removed from the “damage” with a thermometer and given disposable gloves, because. food must be collected by yourself. After a night flight and a sleepless night, the scrambled eggs seemed especially tasty).
Returning to the lobby, we took comfortable sofas and got ready to wait: according to the rules of the hotel, check-in takes place from 14-00. The reception staff offered us to pay for the early check-in service (50 euros per family), to which we responded with a kind refusal. But by someone's good will, by 10-00 we were already given the keys to the room.
Rooms: we lived in a standard. By default, it provides accommodation for 2+1, but if necessary (as in our case), they put an extra bed (cot) for 2+2. The condition of the room is five. The furniture is in good condition, everything is clean, works flawlessly. A minibar is available (filled once upon arrival with water and non-alcoholic drinks in the form of fanta - cola, water is replenished on the following days). There is a safe, but it is for an additional fee - 2 euros per day. The bathroom also does not cause any complaints: everything is clean, the shower is behind glass, the plumbing is in good condition, there is a hairdryer and the necessary set of cosmetics (soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc. ). For more comfortable accommodation of large families, the hotel has two-level rooms. They are all located on the 5th floor. In terms of interior, they are the same with the standards. On the first level there are two single beds, and on the second level there is one large double bed.
A few words about the hotel in general: it was located on the second line from the sea in 2013 and since then it has occupied an area of .22, 000 square meters. 7-storey building, in the courtyard of which there is a swimming pool. Wi-Fi is paid (2 euros per day), but there is not only in the lobby, but also in the water park, and by the pool, and even on the beach.
Floors:
-1 - here you will find the main restaurant, a number of shops, billiards (extra charge), a photographer's corner, a bistro with a bar (you can have a drink and a snack), a game park and a hairdresser (extra charge) and a kids club;
0 - there is a reception in the lobby, a la carte restaurants in the right wing (free fish (for stays of 7 nights or more) and Italian for 20 euros per person), in the left wing a gym (small, 5-6 simulators);
1-5 - residential floors.
The hotel water park is located through an underground passage under the road. It has 5 adult slides and a pool with children's slides. The water in the pool is already warm enough. Works so far with time restrictions: an hour before lunch from 11 to 12 and an hour after lunch. There is an amphitheater nearby, but because we were during the Turkish lockdown, then evening shows and mini disco were held near the central pool, and the amphitheater was empty. Immediately behind the amphitheater there is a tennis court and a mini-football field, where leather ball lovers sometimes met.
Sea… Mediterranean… Already warm)) Degrees 22-23. To get to the beach, you need to walk along the road past the hotels in front of 300-400 meters. The road takes 5-7 minutes. Well, 10 at most if you're sun-weary. For those tired of the bar, a transfer is provided. The shuttle is a blue tractor with a trailer. Well, so that it was convenient to carry “firewood”)). The hotel's beach is sandy, narrow and extended into the depths of the land. Equipped with stationary awnings and plastic deck chairs (some are broken) with mattresses. The sand is fine dirty yellow. Because of this, the sea is often cloudy. Sometimes the wind brought rubbish ((. The entrance to the water is gentle with a narrow strip of small and medium pebbles. A lifeguard is on duty on the beach. There is a volleyball court between the water's edge and the first row of sunbeds: during the game, the dust is a column). Non-alcoholic drinks are served in the beach bar , ayran (diluted with water), beer and wine. Fast food is also present, and in a fairly wide range.
Animation - in my opinion the best feature of the hotel. The team got together cheerful - will not let anyone get bored. It works fully, as in the best "pre-Covid" times. Morning exercises, water aerobics, water polo, games near the pool, darts, shooting from the air, volleyball, football, kids club and children's competitions, evening shows and mini disco…
And finally, about food)). The food in the hotel is good. It would have been worse without food... In the main restaurant you can taste traditional dishes for hotels in Turkey. Turkey meat, chicken, several types of fish, salads, vegetables, sweets and fruits are all present in abundance. If they tell you that there is nothing to eat in the “hotel”, know that they are lying. Well, except that there were not enough fruits: apples, pears, medlar, oranges. In any case, you can always satisfy your hunger)). If you did not have time to eat in the main restaurant, then there is fast food on the beach and a bistro cafe. In the bistro you will be offered various options for pasta, pizza, burgers. It is quite possible to eat deliciously and fully. In addition, as I mentioned above, the hotel has two a la carte restaurants.
Paid services. In addition to the mentioned Internet and a safe in the room, for an additional fee, you can play billiards, visit the game room (for small tourists), get relaxation (massage, peeling, etc. ) in the SPA center. At the same time, visiting the sauna, steam room and hammam is free of charge. There is a tent near the pool bar where they sell cotton candy, strawberries, melons, corn (all for 2 euros), and you can also order a hookah for 12 euros.
That's basically it. Rest flew by unnoticed and in one breath. All our expectations were justified. And even a little more)). If you have questions - ask. I'll try to be helpful.
Wonderful weather combined with the same service, food, weather, cleaning, impeccable sea and bliss, did their job: positive, good mood and irrepressible desire to repeat the Turkish fairy tale, settled in the soul and dreams. With thanks to all the staff and wishes of prosperity.
Maria and Natalia from Mariupol.
I liked the food. The beach is not very good in the water, very biting fish gnaw to blood.
If it wasn't for the noise it would be great.
In order:
The rooms are in excellent condition, we had a view of the sea, side and Haydar Pasha) and the water park.
The hotel itself, although it seems to be new, does not look very nice inside, the elevators are broken, and it was stuffy to ride in one elevator, and it also picks you up and you go up, it doesn’t matter what you need to go down, go to the top then go down)) like this elevator.
The lobby is cool, with a huge terrace and delicious Turkish coffee, in general, the first hotel in Turkey, where delicious coffee is even in the canteen, cappuccino is real cappuccino.
Food: food, well, there’s simply nothing to complain about, even if I wanted to, I didn’t even try everything, you can eat there 24/7, so that you understand we ate pizza and drank champagne at 3 a. m.
Alcohol: the first hotel in Turkey in which I got drunk, yes it is local, but everything is of high quality, champagne - Seco like Proseco)) different cocktails)
The territory is small, but given that there is also a water park and a huge amphitheater, there is where to go))
Now about the sad. If you think that you are going to a beautiful green place, then choose another hotel, it's just a village, a desert without greenery and anything beautiful, if you take our Crimea, then it's somewhere near Evpatoria, although there are beautiful beaches in Evpatoria.
But okay, it's their own fault for choosing such a region.
Now for the worst. The beach, everything in the hotel is good, music, beautiful pools at first glance, but when you come to the beach (by the way, the beach is not far away, the tractor goes very rarely, but this is a plus, because if you go to the beach, there is at least some then palm trees, bushes are beautiful, you somehow feel like in Turkey), the sun loungers are broken, old, the garbage is not removed, the beach itself is small. There is only wine, beer, water, ayran at the bar, there is food, but fast food, the entrance to the sea is generally hard. When we saw the beach on the first day, we just wanted to cry, not only is there no nature, but the sea is dirty and with cobblestones, which is unrealistic to enter, but due to the fact that there are a lot of stones, a lot of fish that bite on the legs, in general, it’s natural we went to the neighboring Haydar Pasha beach, they always cleaned it, cleaned the beach, it was nice to swim in the sea. But the sea was still marsh-colored.
Well, with cons like everything.
Now another plus for the hotel is fat. Service, staff - just sweethearts, the attitude towards tourists is just on top. By the way, speaking of Wi-Fi, bargain at the hotel, it’s 3 €, but you can pay 10 € for a week) plus they’ll immediately settle you if you arrive in the morning, just buy the Internet and all issues are resolved) so of course no one takes bribes, and so they are pleased and you have the Internet and early settlement.
According to the coronovirus, everything was clear, they measured the temperature in the dining room every day and at the entrance to the hotel, masks in the dining room, but ate without them, well done waiters always managed to put everything on.
Animation is a great respect for the guys, they work like bees, and I have never seen sadness on their faces. Mot, Masha, Zhenya love you. Well, in general, everything. For those who are going to recover, take a break from the gray days for a ticket 300 € per person. - I recommend, but if it's more expensive, and you want the nature of a beautiful sea, then definitely not here.
