Hello! We were in Turkey for the first time, we rested in INOVA. Several times the room was not changed “not stinking” and “not crumbling” we did not come across))) except for the fact that initially we had to settle in the neighboring hotel Turtash, which has the same owner since the spring of 2010 as in Inova. Our guide Intigam explained to us that this is due to the fact that some tourists could not fly out of the Inova Hotel at their scheduled time, that is, in short, there are no available rooms. But for us it turned out to be a kind of plus, since we were able to see two hotels. In connection with this temporary hitch, we were picked up a room in Inova on the “higher” floor with a sea view, in the room we were presented with wine and fruit as an apology. We did not make any additional payment for the best conditions. By the way, we liked the Inova hotel more than Turtash, despite the fact that Turtash has a larger area. The guide himself seemed to us quite an adequate and sociable person, of course we were very surprised when we found out that the vouchers that he offered us could be bought three times cheaper across the road, but... everyone earns as best they can, we don’t hold grudges for this, we ourselves "fucked up". Moreover, later we learned that, in principle, many guides make money on tourists there. Intigam often just talked to us about his home, gave us his personal laptop (!!! ) when we needed it. But still, Intigam showed himself... a little later....)))) We liked the hotel itself, it is very cozy, the animation there is really cool. Children and adults are always busy: they draw, splash around to the music in the pool, play various games. Most of all, it’s not even the games themselves that are remembered, but the attitude of the animators, they treat each of the tourists as if they were their best friend or brother! In the evenings at "Show time" they tried to occupy every vacationer in their competitions, it was a lot of fun. As for food, I understand that there are different chefs every time... because I look at the reviews, they write that the food is tasteless, then spicy....when we were tasteless))) but this, as I understand it, is just to make it easier for vacationers, each had salt and pepper on the table and could “finish it off” to your liking. In general, variety reigned - both fish and soybeans for lovers), and lamb and chicken, all kinds of pastries, fruits. The only thing that did not please, is the lack of fresh. Juices are like powdered Yuppies. But coffee, tea, cocoa and even TAN are in abundance! At least get drunk on them. It is better not to experiment with local drinks, they are not only paid at the hotel, but also not tasty. Better stock up at duty free. The beach is clean, the hotel courtyard is well-groomed, linen, despite the fact that we left a tip only once - $ 1, changed every day, towels every other day. We decided to experiment there and somehow, instead of money, we left cigarettes as a tip. Cigarettes are very expensive there (an average of $ 5 per pack), so they took them away and the room generally sparkled! ))) all sorts of hearts immediately appeared on the bed from the sheets)))
So, how did Intigam show his “muck”! He finally gained confidence in us and we did not expect a dirty trick from him, and then he tells us that we are not flying to our hometown of Rostov-on-Don, but to Krasnodar (charter flights and this does not depend on the operator anymore), for such inconvenience, again, Intigam himself provided us with a FREE bath with all kinds of massages and masks, and upon arrival in Krasnodar we should be met by a car that will also take us to our house in Rostov for free. We said goodbye to Intigam with a strong handshake and how we remembered him when we arrived in Krasnodar....no one met us! ))) The operator Anex-tour at Krasnodar airport is not known at all and they have never heard of such a thing))) When we called the director of the operator, his first question was “who told you that you should be met? ” to our answer to “Intigam” he replied “Bl, well, everything is clear. ” But everything worked out, we took a taxi and money there - namely 4.000 rubles, the director of the Anex-tour personally returned to us himself. True, we still had to try to find a taxi to Rostov for such an amount))) usually it costs at least 6 thousand rubles. )))) In general, spent money, but still satisfied)))
