Ужасный отель, никому не рекомендую Terrible hotel, would not recommend to anyone

We stayed at this hotel with our daughter in July 2019. I have rested many times in Turkey and in other countries, but I have never met such a terrible hotel. The rating for this hotel is 4.6 We arrived at the hotel at one in the morning. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, but when we entered the room, our surprise knew no bounds from what we saw. The room is so small, the furniture is old, but this is not so bad, but the fact that it was not cleaned at all led us into a state of shock. Until three o'clock in the morning they solved the problem with bed linen. In general, bedding in this hotel is a separate issue. The linen is all washed out, gray in color, stained. It seems that it is not washed, but simply rinsed in water. Terrible dirt everywhere in the hotel itself, on the beach in the restaurant. The shower stall is so small. that I don’t understand how a person with large dimensions can fit there. If you want a more decent room, then you have to pay at least 20 dollars, which I did the next day. Housekeeping is a total nightmare. With one rag, which is wetted under the tap of the sink, they will wipe both the toilet and the room for you. Horror!!! ! Therefore, the sign "Do Not Disturb" hung on the front door of our room for 10 days.
Upon arrival, they brazenly impose boors on everyone. The restaurant is small. tables. especially at lunch and dinner, not enough, no air conditioning, stuffiness. The food in the restaurant leaves much to be desired.
There are not enough sun loungers on the beach for all vacationers, so you had to come at 7 in the morning to take a sunbed. Beach shower with low water pressure.

The territory is almost not illuminated at night.
Animation in the hotel can be said no.
For 4 stars, this hotel does not pull at all, a maximum of 2.3.
A couple of times we rested at the SAFIR hotel, which is located 500 meters from this hotel and is also 4 stars, but compared to SENZA HOTEL INOVA BEACH, heaven and earth. Hotel SAFIR generally pulls 5.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and all the positive reviews about this hotel are more of a trick of the hotel managers themselves or written by the one who, as they say: "I did not eat sweeter carrots"
I wish you all a good rest, but only in a good hotel, which really corresponds to its star rating!
