In our room there were only new beds and mattresses, in the rest completely new furniture. Good windows and balcony doors completely muffled the music from the street. Cleaned every day.
The food is imposed by the staff in masks and gloves. Lots of vegetables, olives, cheese, breakfast cereals, cereals, yogurt, eggs, sausages. Meat is small, mostly chicken, fruit is also a small choice, the fish did not wait. At the bar delicious beer, cappuccino, bartenders prepared delicious cocktails.
The pool is clean, there is one slide with a separate pool.
For children there is a playground and a children’s pool.
The hotel is located on the first line from the sea, has its own beach.
There are enough sunbeds and canopies on the beach, there is a volleyball court. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, and there are stones, it is desirable to have special shoes. The sea was clear, but there were many waves.
I really liked the village of Konakli, on Wednesday near the hotel there is a market with cheap fruit. In stores, mostly paid by Monobank card, even cashback was charged.
Wi-fi is free only from 14 to 16 years by the pool. So paid, $ 14 a week.
In general, the impressions are very good.
The hamamschik is arrogant and even if people gave him money for a normal number, then later they found out that he did not decide this : ). So, do not be fooled, although he is a very arrogant little man.
The rooms are bad, so at the reception for a surcharge of 80 dollars. took a bungalow, although others said they paid 100-120 dollars. It later revealed the following:
1. The shower works, but the drain did not work and all the water went straight to the room, they swam in general in it.
2. Conder worked in mode 1 and buzzed loudly that it was not possible to sleep with him, and without him it was very stuffy.
3. Refrigerator and TV did not work.
4. Ants climbed all over the room and woke up at night because of them, as they were already crawling over us.
In the morning we went to write a complaint to Anex Tour in connection with all of the above. After a complaint, we were provided with another bungalow, where everything worked and all claims disappeared.
The food is normal, in the evenings the grill is constantly, in the morning there are not hearty breakfasts, dinners are normal. In between, there was a snack bar, a bar, and cookies were served for an afternoon snack. You will definitely not be hungry, juices, sodas, hot chocolate as much as you want all day : ) instant coffee : ( .
The shower on the beach does not work well, the beach itself is pebbly, at first it hurts to walk then like a massage. There are stones in the sea, on the one hand, discomfort because of them, but the waves run beautifully, children and adults liked it.
The animators are not bad, the children are occupied, but everything is on time, there is also entertainment for adults (exercise, water polo, face painting for children, aqua aerobics, darts, table tennis, volleyball, disco, shows every evening).
I am glad that you can go outside the territory and walk around the city, go shopping there, there are beautiful places.
The sea is sooooo salty, if water gets into your eyes, then the oven will be for sure, this is the Mediterranean Sea, mind you.
The number of visitors did not match the number of seats in the restaurant, people do not have enough to sit, they have near the restaurant area, there was their cafe, where I once came with a plate, sitting at this table, so they came, kicked out and said that the restaurant there and go there. This was not an explanation for why I could not have lunch here if there was not enough space, it was a resounding "no", so I was very impressed by such unpleasant service.
The hotel itself is not very good, the rooms are also terrible. The beach is dirty, as the impudent hammamist wrote, they demand money for the best room. We were moved three times and don't even know which of these rooms was "better". The food was normal, every evening there was a grill menu, and this was pulled out. The location is also good, near the Migros i Bim supermarket. I do not recommend, I would not come to this hotel again, especially for such a price as now. For comparison, we went in 2019 for 22 thousand UAH. for 8 days.
Upon arrival, they brazenly impose boors on everyone. The restaurant is small. tables. especially at lunch and dinner, not enough, no air conditioning, stuffiness. The food in the restaurant leaves much to be desired.
There are not enough sun loungers on the beach for all vacationers, so you had to come at 7 in the morning to take a sunbed. Beach shower with low water pressure.
Housekeeping is a total nightmare. With one rag, which is wetted under the tap of the sink, they will wipe both the toilet and the room for you. Nightmare!!!!!!
