One of my children 1.9t naturally we use a stroller. There are no ramps in the hotel. To go down to the restaurant, you need to overcome the stairs with a stroller and a child, to go down to the pool you need to overcome the stairs with a stroller and a child, to go to the beach, again, you need to overcome the stairs, both down and up!
Hmm ...honestly, it caused both anger and rage every time (what the hell are you a family hotel if there are no elementary amenities, the 21st century! ).
Once on a children's theme, then there is a mini club, a playground, a swing, but everything is in a terrible state.
Shabby, dirty.
Rooms (we have a standard room), carpeting, which is high time to change, the furniture is okay old, but all dirty, the upholstery on the armchair and chair is in terrible condition, the lamps and the coffee table look like they will fall apart if you touch it a little, the playpen was apparently brought from the nearest garbage heap (I had to work hard to completely cover it with blankets, sheets, towels, so that the child would not have direct contact, the chairs and the table on the balcony are naturally plastic, everything is dirty and no matter how much I tried to wash - no, it just needs to be changed.
Cleaning - once every 3 days they don’t change the bedding, as stated, they only vacuum if you ask, and then with a disgruntled face (like what? ! You littered, but should I clean it? ), asked me to give me a vacuum cleaner, I wanted to clean it myself qualitatively and well, they didn’t give it and they didn’t do it themselves, they washed the floors in the bathroom with silt, the woman came in with a mop and left in a second, naturally without washing anything!
You need to ask for paper, water, towels and stand straight to watch, they forget in a second and leave if you don’t follow up!
Restaurant and food - I’ll say right away, late breakfast, and eating between lunch and dinner is not my topic, but in principle, fast food is standard here, it doesn’t look attractive, everything is fatty, fried, every day the same thing ...As in other things, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food is monotonous, absolutely the same every day, there are very few vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers, cooked one or two types, rice as a side dish, even such rice lovers like me, honestly tired, and chicken in several cooked forms, from sweets, the most terrible jelly desserts, which are disgusting to look at from the lowest quality sources, not a single oriental sweet (baklava, kenef, etc. ), why, as they say, take a steam bath.
Dishes are a separate art form, glasses are always stained, forks and knives too, plates are chipped and also poorly washed.
Well, perhaps the beach - there are naturally few sunbeds, it would be time to change them all, as well as half of the mattresses, the beach itself with garbage, cigarette butts, candy wrappers, and all sorts of rubbish, but apparently the issue of cleanliness is clearly not here.
Still a bunch of everything that shocked me, but my hand was already tired of writing.
In general, I really hope that this is the first and last such vacation spent in this hotel and in the future I do not want to be in such conditions again!
Up to 5, and even on ultralinks, this hotel has yet to grow and develop!
I understand that charter flights, but not for the same amount ...ordered three months in advance with 100 percent payment for the tour. Departure from Moscow was changed three times, and check-out from the hotel was learned in 4 hours!! ! Draw your own conclusions! We will file a claim for a refund! We will never use these tour operators again!

The room was cleaned every day. The entire hotel (corridors, rooms) is covered with carpet. I do not really like carpet, because. cleaning is difficult. But there is a big plus - silence throughout the day. The beach is nice in the middle of a clean entrance. There are stones on the right, if you stand facing the sea. Having passed the whole bay, in my opinion, the best beach. There were enough free sunbeds at any time. The territory is green well-groomed. Walked in the evenings on the territory. Animation seen only twice for children in the evening. I can't say more about her.
The fire in the district spoiled the rest a little. Smoke covered the sky, ashes fell into the sea, a balcony. For two days, the burning was felt.
I want to say a big thank you to all the staff of the hotel for their hospitality, kindness to all our shortcomings, for excellent food, cleanliness.
If everything goes well, next year we will return with the whole family!

Too bad I didn't read the reviews and chose this hotel. The service is completely absent, there is no bottled water, or rather, you can take a bottle of water that they put you for dinner. There is also no kettle in the room, although why is it if there is no water))))
I personally watched how they wash plastic glasses at the bar: they draw water into the washbasin, put dirty glasses there and just take them out. But there are disposable tableware, I recommend taking drinks in disposable glasses. Lunch until 14.00, at 13.55 coffee machines are already turned off. For 3 people leave 2 large and 2 small towels + foot towel. The room for 3 people has 2 sheets (size 160*200). All this seems like a trifle, but this is the first time I meet this.

There are free sunbeds early in the morning and in the evening. In the village near the hotel there is EVERYTHING for sale, you don’t need to go anywhere for shopping. Beach with stones at the entrance - but we got up on the stones with glasses and looked at the fish, turtles. There were no waves in the bay at all, not even once.
So what are the cons of this hotel?
The hotel has a small, but quite beautifully landscaped and well-groomed territory. The hotel was 100% full during our stay.
The room was cleaned well, the swans were spinning (do not regret leaving a tip).
From the food was: chicken, veal, lamb, fish, very tasty baklava, delicious rice, a lot of vegetables and fruits. Not tasty food was much less than tasty (there were no problems with digestion).
The staff is quite friendly, addressing them with a smile and politely, always went to meet.
The sea is very warm and soft. For me, the only negative was the entry into the sea - stones, but if you go to the left, then the entry is normal. If you swim further and take a bun with you, you can see beautiful fish on the rocks. If you're lucky, even a turtle.
And I can't help but mention Rostik-handsome - mega-cheerful)).
Since we did not go to look for cons, our vacation turned out to be just wonderful.
The dishes in the restaurant are dirty, in the bar too, there are not enough appliances. There were queues everywhere, for meat, for garnish, the kitchen was not so hot, it was poor, the salads had a sour smell.
Bar staff are rude.
The beach is not bad, sand. There are few sunbeds, you have to borrow at 7 in the morning, then you won’t stick anywhere, some are laid on the lawns!
In the evening there is nothing but animation. The music is the same every day, you already know what track is next.
More than 3 stars this hotel does not pull.

- the chef preparing scrambled eggs for breakfast does everything deliberately slowly, "gives" 2 small portions to each on a plate, if you specifically ask - put 1-2 more with a displeased look, regularly leaves somewhere, he is not in place, although there is a queue waiting
- coffee in vending machines - instant - still that muck, there is no other coffee, only Turkish in the lobby for $ 2
- in the bars on the territory from time to time the beer runs out and it is not available for 2-4 hours
- in bars and lobbies limit - 2 drinks per hand
- no snacks (nuts / crackers, etc. )
- in my presence, the bartender took water from the tap into a 19l "cylinder" and connected it to the coffee machine, after this I no longer risked drinking coffee

- there is no baby club as such, a tiny playground under the scorching sun, a stuffy room with almost no inventory toys (I have more at home), the animators rule the schedule - they set it up as it suits them, see photo
- for 9 days on the beach animation 1 time, it was aqua aerobics, then they announced after 10 minutes, actually an hour later a "foam party", they pulled out a barrel of water, one gun, turned on the music - and everyone was foamed. the fun ended there.
- evening animation (children's) for drunken "ryusky tourist", with appropriate greasy jokes -quote "boy, where is your dad? -sleeping in the room -and with whom does he sleep? "
- after the mini-disco there is a waiting period "in 10 minutes there will be a show", at least 40 minutes to wait
- "show" - tourists entertain themselves, competitions from 2005 with disgusting music, host of the level "tamada of the dining room N22"
- DJ is just fire
*before the children's mini-disco, he plays "warm-up" Turkish motives in half with hard techno
*before waiting for the "show" for the DJ, in the order of things, turn on German chanson (Germans in the hotel are five percent) then Turkish tunes, add jellyfish and shake with leps
*I can’t say anything bad about the DJ during the day, we spent time by the sea, the infernal sounds didn’t interfere
- on the penultimate day (evening, on a mini-disco), one of the animators was clearly either drunk or under substances, the behavior was very inadequate

- enrage "amateurs", take 2 loungers, 1 person comes for an hour for the whole day

- chefs of the "first line" who cook in front of you - everyone is extremely negative towards tourists (with the exception of grandmothers on flat cakes)
if you are in the process of choosing - do not choose this chain of hotels (Inzhekum, Select), take pity on your nerves, a sofa is better
The reception was quickly checked in 30 minutes after our arrival.
The room is standard, clean enough, everything works. Balcony overlooking the territory and the sea (not visible because of the palm trees).
The food is not always tasty, but quite varied. The best breakfast and dinner. Lunch is very limited.
The hotel area is relatively small, but cozy, green, a lot of trees and shrubs. Good lawn.
The sea is not very clean, a little muddy. There is fine sand on the shore, but at the entrance to the sea there are stones and large cobblestones. If you swim away from the shore, it becomes normal.
Animation is below average. Animators are not charismatic, they do not know how to capture people with fun. Children's discos are monotonous. There are a lot of kids, everyone wants to dance, it’s crowded downstairs in front of the stage, but they don’t let anyone on the stage, they even drive them.
The staff is not intrusive, but not friendly enough.
In general, the hotel deserves 7 points on a 10-point system.
