The weather failed! . . at the end of May we didn’t expect rain in Alanya, but the rain with small gaps in the sun was almost half of the holiday. Plus was during the settlement. Thanks to Umid, who settled us quickly and quickly resolved the issues that were on the numbers. The weather was not good and the sea too! And here the problems with the numbers began. Towels and sheets were not changed even when left on the bathroom floor. I had to call and ask to bring bath accessories. And about cleaning the room, in general, there was no question. Then, the problems began to get worse. In the neighboring hotel Selekt, money began to disappear from the rooms from the safes and bags!! ! Our hair color was stolen from our room! These are small things compared to money! But how many years we have been resting, but we met with this for the first time! And a big minus for the Odeon operator, who took 2 days from our vacation!!!
I understand that charter flights, but not for the same amount ...ordered three months in advance with 100 percent payment for the tour. Departure from Moscow was changed three times, and check-out from the hotel was learned in 4 hours!! ! Draw your own conclusions! We will file a claim for a refund! We will never use these tour operators again!
