2. In the room: the curtain is torn off all the way, a puddle in the shower room on the floor near the toilet is always wiped, smearing it on the floor of the room, only after contacting the reception. Curved toilet seat! From the ventilation in the room there is a constant smell of tobacco and food type 5 star room! Audibility in the rooms is terrible to rest at night or during the day is not possible
3. The beach is large, but 2/3 are slabs and stones, large pebbles. Every 2 days, waves that bring a bunch of garbage, these days you don’t want to go into the water because of it. People come to the beach to swim from other hotels, they say that garbage in the water is sometimes even worse.!
Constantly 3.4 dogs lie on the beach between the sun loungers, eat up from the tables. They live there.
3.
There is no territory at all, only a hotel and small pools 5 floors down and 5 floors up.
The only place where you can go, that is, climb, is an observation deck with a beautiful view.
4. In a restaurant, if the waiters do not have time to clean up, cats sit on the tables and crows eat up from uncleaned plates.
Of course, there are tourists who still feed cats to the tables.
So maximum 3 stars!
1) the beach, there is a zone where there are waves, there is a children's zone without waves, there is an area with stones, there is sand, there is a wild beach nearby, it's all beautiful and comfortable, even though the sun loungers are just at a distance of 10 cm each from a friend, and you unwittingly lie with a bunch of other people, well, we’ll miss it.
2) the food is more or less varied, tasty. But not every day
Next, the cons:
1) hotel logistics...it's just awful, get ready for the fact that you will either have to walk 7-10 thousand steps up the stairs every day, or spend an hour on elevators, here the territory goes up, everything is very scattered, it's terribly inconvenient and long and unclear.
2) all paths lead through the spa: you take towels there, give them back, go through it to the beach, the sea, and there are hyper-intrusive, arrogant employees who try to sit on top of you at every opportunity and force you to buy a spa. Rude, unfriendly, immediately spoil the reputation of the hotel, horror.
P. S.
it says here that the sauna, jacuzzi are free, yeah, it wasn’t there, from 13 to 17 maximum you can do it for free, for everything else the boorish spa employees ask you to pay extra.
3) there are a lot of surcharges in this hotel: milkshakes, popcorn, children's machines, imported drinks, help with things, officially $ 2, etc. , etc. , there is a surcharge everywhere, expect that here you can leave a lot of money on top, especially with children.
4) drinks in this hotel are EXCLUSIVELY LOCAL. Even Baileys, which they are actively smelting, is also moonshine. In general, do not count on the norms of drinking here, Turkish shmurdyak.
5) at the reception no one will smile at you, not friendly either. They just do their job and that's it.
6) read a lot for good animation....hmmm, didn't see it at all. They only draw with children, or rather there is a table and pencils, and a couple of girls just watch and that's it. Evening about the same animation, but on stage. Boring, 20 minutes, monotonous, nothing, in general.
The evening show is more or less the norm, the dancers are mostly, but good.
7) the hotel is full, there are not enough tables for food, 1.5-2 hours are given for dinner, from 18:30 to 20:00, people stand with plates for an hour and a half, in the end they never found a table. The only way to find a table is to come at 18:00, stand for 30 minutes and wait for the restaurant to open in order to take it yourself. Otherwise, you will be on your feet.
8) the rooms are normal, but something is broken everywhere, despite the fact that the hotel is relatively new, and there are already a lot of breakdowns. And when it rains, even the roof on the floor is leaking and there are buckets.
Bottom line: the hotel is not worth the money at all. This is not luxury status, as they present themselves. This is a solid three on the first line, on all fronts. Therefore, I will return here only if there are simply very large discounts on it.
Pros:
1. Great beach with sand and a breakwater. Even if there are strong waves, then everything is calm on the beach (unlike other hotels). The guys want to finish the beach by next season.
2. Chic private beach called "Turtle Beach". OOOoo. . . It's still that beauty. My recommendations.
3. Good cuisine.
4. Great animation by the pool (for both children and adults)
5. Nearby there is an interesting location in the form of an observation deck. The sunset there is incredible.
6. The reception team works great. Everything is resolved very quickly.
Minuses:
1. Housekeeping do not have time to clean the rooms. But this is a solvable issue. It is enough to go to the reception and the issue will be resolved.
2. There is Wi-Fi, but the Internet is in question. The hotel needs a normal specialist who can set everything up normally.
Point of contention:
1. To comply with all regulations and to avoid mass gatherings in one place, the hotel has limited the time for dinner in the main restaurant. Most of the guests treated this with understanding, although there were also emotional comrades.
2. Water slides are ancient, but they are watched. All seams are finished. Really lacks modern slides. We hope that new slides will appear soon.
Summary: Great hotel to stay. I would be happy to rest there.
- 1st floor, until late at night a little everything that happened at the bar, no soundproofing!
- The balcony looked straight at the wall, looking nowhere.
They asked to change, to which there is no answer to move because everything is busy.
- the food is quite monotonous, the sweets are delicious.
- there is no cleaning in the rooms, and when settling there was an impression that after the previous guests, not cleaned (photo attached)
- The staff at some bars are friendly, some had the impression that you are asking for food, there were visitors of Turkish nationality, so for them the portions were appropriate.
- don't even wait for the Wi-Fi, because it's missing!
It is a pity that after the long-awaited vacation, you write such reviews!
You still have room to grow!
+ it is a warm, clean sea.
I do not recommend!
Irons are not in the room, they want a dollar for one thing to iron.
The food is monotonous, tasteless, the same every day.
Elevators live their lives, you can drive 15 minutes.
The hotel is incredibly hot.
The food is good, we are satisfied, although they themselves are quite picky. Alcohol is OK. Of course, it’s a long way to go from the airport, I wouldn’t go to Alanya a second time with a child, it’s hard, it’s better to look for something closer, 2.5 hours of travel after the plane is a so-so test, but we knew that it would be so. I will say bonally, it was the most budget hotel for our wallet at the end of June, when prices jumped and let the Russians in, i. e. it is not the most expensive and therefore the price-quality ratio is super!
