Of the minuses I can distinguish the area which is not very large and green, stones in the sea, and outside the hotel there was no place to walk, but it's all individual.
The hotel made a good first impression, everything is clean, tidy, sanitizers are everywhere. The territory is beautiful, many different pools, incl. slides for children, for adults, a water park for children, on the left there is a separate pier with sun loungers from which you can dive, in the center there is a smooth entrance to the sandy sea, but no, no, yes, sharp stones come across, you can see the sand is bulk, once I sailed a decent distance from the shore hit a rock and hurt his toes. The sea is very warm and there are no waves, as the beach is located in the lagoon.
We got a room on the top 13th floor! The design of the room is modern, but not for everyone, in black and brown, because of this you can see all the minor spots, there is a laminate on the floor - this is also not very practical regarding the carpet, probably if there was a sea view, it would not be so critical))) The hotel is designed in such a way that most of the rooms overlook the sea and about five rooms on the road and on the side of the construction site, since we have a standard room without a sea view, our room overlooked the road! With us, the daughter of 2.9 is cool to sleep with air conditioning, and with the door open it is very noisy, both at night and during the day there is a rumble!
In the morning we went to Tamara and asked to change the room, we were offered with a side view of the construction site, and to change with a sea view you need to pay extra 8 euros per person per day, we refused! It is better to resolve this issue when booking - it's definitely cheaper, because in this hotel the view is VERY critical! Outside the territory, in general, sadness and devastation there is nowhere to walk, for example, in Side hotels have a common promenade and there you can either run or just walk along the promenade all the way to MANAVGAT! Yes, on the contrary there is a so-called Outlet supposedly with a bunch of brands, in my opinion there is a frank Turkish counterfeit masquerading as a brand.
Cleaning is mediocre, the floors are only vacuumed because of this, dust remains in hard-to-reach places, for example, under the bed, we have a child at this age, he tries to climb everywhere and, as he wrote earlier on the laminate floor, we paid attention to this))) We asked so that the room is cleaned before 12, since the child has an hour of sleep, and after 15 hours they don’t do the cleaning anymore! Periodically I had to remind, then everything seemed to be fine, but the shift has not changed yet (. In general, I want to note that for such a level as it is positioned LUXURY and indeed for Turkey, where 80% of vacationers are Russians or Ukrainians, very few staff communicate in Russian, and cleaning workers don't even know a little English, so for example I couldn't explain with the word cleaning, cleaning, that I need to clean the room!
The food is not bad, the choice of fruits is large, I have never seen such an assortment anywhere - several types of grapes, strawberries, apples, bananas, watermelon, melons, plums, figs, nyctrines, peaches in general, this is something, I have never eaten peaches in my life, sweet-sweet, juicy! There is a grill, seafood! The only strange thing was that they didn't have a tangerine at that time of the season! This hotel did not have freshly squeezed orange juice, it was factory-made, not critical of course, but I like to swim in the pool in the morning, go to drink juice in a restaurant, and then wake up my family for breakfast!
As for the service in the restaurant, because of the pandemic, all the dishes behind the screen and the staff themselves impose what you ask and how much you ask, I see only a plus in terms of hygiene! It’s easier to go for drinks yourself, as the waiters will take the order and fail, and this does not depend on the number of visitors in the restaurant, sometimes it happened at breakfast, when there were no people at all! And sometimes, of course, they immediately brought it, you can see by the mood))) In terms of snacks, everything is fine pizza, ice cream, waffles in chocolate - we have all this every day!
In room 2622 the ventilation in the bathroom does not work, water is constantly dripping from the ceiling on the toilet!
It is not clear why there is no kettle and hair dryer in the room? !!
It is impossible to sleep on pillows! They can kill someone!
A newborn baby was brought an arena with a soft mattress and a hard pillow with the scent of lavender! ! ! ! ! Have you ever heard of allergies, the formation of the child's body, the sensitivity of the mucous membrane of the child? !!
Gesture is just awful! Hamko! ! ! ! ! ! ! Does not appreciate hotel visitors! My baby and I approached her 3 times, she doesn't work anymore, she doesn't work yet, she doesn't have time, then you can't order an a la carte restaurant two at a time, etc.
I ask the management to pay attention to such an employee - this is a big minus for your team! ! ! !!
Food, sunset - great!
Wouldn't you come here again? There is sediment on the soul. . .
After hearing the positive reviews, I decided
Transfer:
We drove fast, from the airport +/- 1:40.
Hotel:
They settled us at 13:00, before that they offered to change clothes in the Spa and go to the beach.
The design is wonderful, everything is very stylish. A la carte restaurants are generally a work of art.
The staff speaks mainly Turkish. Look for Tamara at the reception, she speaks Russian and will help)
The obsessive behavior of the woman from the Fur and Leather shop inside the hotel was incomprehensible.
She literally stuck and lured on excursions.
Number:
We had a side view, so a piece of the sea was visible.
We were not upset and, after living for three days, we changed the room to one with a sea view for 6 € per person / day.
The rooms are beautiful, you can see that everything is new, large balconies.
Cleaning and replenishment of the mini-bar every day.
There are Russian TV channels.
What I didn't understand:
1. Why is there no hair dryer in the rooms?
2. Why do beds creak in a new hotel?
3. Why is Wi-Fi so weak in a huge hotel?
Nutrition:
Good, you won't leave hungry, but if you want more tasty, come within an hour after opening.
There is a lot of food and different, there is fish, seafood, beef, duck, diet and a bunch of sweets.
There are many bars and food courts throughout the hotel and grounds.
Near the hotel, by the pools, there is a large food area with pizza, nuggets, kebabs, ice cream and waffles.
On the 7th floor there is a nice bar with a terrace.
Territory:
Large, it is clear that it is still being completed and a lot is being completed at night (no noise).
Large warm pools, a lot of sunbeds, be prepared if you want to take a sunbed right by the water - you will need to get up at 6:30 and, ahead of the Turks, take it.
The beach is good, the water is clean, the bottom is sandy, but there are stones.
Lots of places.
Separately, away from everyone, the pier, there are no children and there is a bar : )
There is a water park for adults and a separate one for children.
In general, the area is nice and green.
Animation:
Turkish, we were not interested, but for us animation is the last priority)
What is nearby, what to see?
Close to outlet with lots of brands. We never got there, even though it was a 2-minute walk.
Nearby there are pharmacies, souvenirs, etc.
My advice: rent a car. There is right in our hotel, 45 € per day. We went on our own to Alanya and shopping. It will be much cheaper than a taxi.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest, the hotel is new, stylish, there are no these designs of the 00s, the staff is helpful and helpful. We would love to come back here next year!
In general, everything is fine, except for one thing - a young Turk with open rotting wounds swam in the pool, of course, we didn’t swim in this pool anymore. In response to our appeal to the hotel management in this case, the answer was received that, according to the parents of this child, he has a genetic disease and it is not contagious. In order not to check the likelihood of the truth from the words of our parents, we no longer swam in the pool. A request to the hotel managers not to believe the words of the parents and demand a document confirming the non-contagiousness of any diseases, since you are responsible for your visitors and the hotel's image will suffer from this. You can’t take it easy that a sick person with current wounds swims with healthy people. At least this is not a medical boarding house and not a hospital.
Problems start from the doorstep of the hotel, the reception practically does not speak any language other than Turkish, a few words in Russian and a little more in English. You can forget about such as offering you or your children water to drink.
We went to a standard room, asked that they give us a family for an extra charge, they paid 20 € extra for each day (only 140 €), everything here suited us super. On the very first night, we practically did not sleep, in the room there was constantly the noise of a household technical air conditioner, which is located outside the room. At 7 am I brought a representative of the reception to make sure that something was wrong. Then some senior technician was brought in and confirmed the problem. And then our adventures began with the replacement of the number. We were promised to change the room before lunch. At 13:30 I met with a representative of Anex tur, told about all the problems.
Time goes by, they can’t change the number, but the person who corresponds to it has left somewhere and will be no earlier than 20 minutes (looking ahead, I’ll say that we waited more than 1:00 with two children! ).
Then the most interesting begins, they give us the keys at the reception, they say go see another room, unaccompanied yourself, we went, open it, and someone lives in that room, other people's things are laid out, etc. , I will add that it was the 2nd floor , on which there is a lot of mold on the walls in the corridor, on the first floor it is even more and the characteristic smell of the basement. I have asthma and I know how bad it is.
I return to the reception, I say I won’t live there, give me a room upstairs. And here a dark-haired Russian-speaking woman tells me in a rude way: you must have a standard, and we already gave you a family when you settled. I was really shocked, I say dear, we paid extra for the room, this is not your handout, now I'll show you the receipt.
She did not immediately apologize, but answered like: well, ok. It was a complete shock, I have never seen such an attitude anywhere. As a result, we were settled on the 3rd floor, where everything should have been ok.
More about staff. This is a separate story, he is terrible here, no one greets, no one comes up and asks if everything is ok. There is a special attitude towards the inhabitants of Turkey, they are served here, and they are seen, it seems that we do not exist. In a restaurant, you can wait a long time until someone brings you something or asks. So everyone has to go and ask. Through the coronavirus, the waiter throws food into the plates behind the glass, almost all of them do it as if you are taking the last thing in them, the grill (on the street) is generally so slow, as if they were specifically given such an order to slow down the process. We met people from Ukraine here, they confirmed the same about the service.
Beach. The sunbeds are dirty in the morning, sometimes there is food from the previous day, which stinks.
There is no service, the toilets near the water park and the kids club do not work. There is simply no place to drink water, or go to a snack bar, or to the pier (to put it mildly, this is not convenient with children).
There are also pluses. The design of the hotel, rooms, etc. is top notch. The pools are also ok.
It's a shame that someone invested money here and because of the staff the hotel will have a bad reputation and tourists will not come here.
