Everything would be fine if it weren't so sad. We went on an excursion to Ephesus-Pamukal for two days, we didn’t hand over the keys, we didn’t inform anyone except the travel agency, AND AT THIS TIME THEY HAVE FAMILY TURKS IN OUR ROOM FOR THE DAY, AND WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING US!!!!!!!! ! Upon arrival, we find all things folded into bags (including, as they say, panties). And excuses begin: 1 - there was a terrible downpour, everything got wet (it didn’t pass, we knew that there was no rain), 2 - urgent engineering work was needed behind the closet (there is a clean wall), then more and more. As compensation - a bath (Well, like, but you wouldn't go to the BANYA). And then after they wrote a claim to our manager. Already in the process, so to speak, the investigations found out - everything was done with the knowledge of the travel agency, only they offered the hotel to coordinate this issue with the guests, but they did not consider it necessary. By the way, not only with us.
In principle, there are no special comments to the hotel itself - quite fresh, cleaned almost daily. A big minus is the very close location to the road: it is impossible to sleep with the windows open, in principle, neither day nor night. With closed, too, not a fountain, noisy. On one side of the hotel there is a construction site (they are still building exactly the same), on the other - a river-g... a estrus, in front of the hotel there is a meager area with a pool and a bar and a road... The beach is nearby, but very small, you need to take up space, otherwise there is a chance to lie down at the very river.
FOOD for a very undemanding public, as well as booze. From meat - almost only chicken, cutlets either from soy, or from something else like that. Vegetables, greens, salads - there is, but for two weeks the assortment has not changed much. Sweet table - not bad, but also "stable" in terms of assortment. Fruits - watermelon, melon, apples, peaches, pears, plums - can be said at a decent level.

Bars - a separate song. No matter how I thought - five only with a minibar in the room is obtained! And then - on the beach only "upi", at the disco drinks are paid, so they can be deleted from the list. The first time I met with the fact that with "all inclusive" I CAN'T TAKE TWO COCKTAILS AT ONCE! Despite the fact that he came up for the first time in a day and absolutely sober!
The wine, though not UPI, but cloudy and somehow not fresh, several times came across beer as in the good old days - sour and with sediment.
ABOUT EXCURSIONS
Everything that the guides sell at the hotel is twice as expensive as in the city (5 minutes walk to the right from the hotel). The same sauna in the hotel is $30 per hour, in the city - $15 for 3 hours.
Buy on excursions - pay extra for the guide. Examples: pomegranate wine at the "factory" - 25 dollars, in the city 12-15; one glass of onyx at the "factory" - 60 Euro, in the city - 50 dollars for a set of 6 pieces.
One thing I can say for sure - we are in this hotel more than a foot. And I won't recommend it to my friends.
