Overall impression - 4 stars is too much for this hotel, 2 stars is the best.
The rooms are how you get there - the best are on the upper floors 4 and 5, the worst are on -1 (where the Turkish bath is located and naturally there is a lot of humidity), where they mainly try to settle Russians, who are not indignant and do not pay them extra dollars 10! If you arrive at night, you will not be settled until dinner, wake up to sleep right in the lobby.
The reception staff is outrageously arrogant, despite the fact that we had an accident on the way to the hotel due to the fault of our bus driver, I am 4 months pregnant and my little daughter is 4 years old, we were not settled in the hotel from 5 in the morning until 2 o'clock in the afternoon and it's almost after the daily road! wanted to settle us on the -1 floor! In general, the staff is inhumane and will not go to meet you for free.

Meals: chicken, vermicelli, potatoes - that's all the variety. There was meat once a week, there was also fish and a lot of some kind of strange unnatural soy sausage, all the colors of the rainbow. There was no natural juice at all !! ! One diluted "Yupi", from which the child later developed an allergy! There was a problem with fruits, mostly unripe watermelons, green melons, sour apples and plums. Sometimes there were grapes that were sorted out in a matter of minutes.
The staff loves the Germans very much, for example, at the bar they pour beer into glass glasses, Russians into plastic glasses, which in fact should be disposable, not reusable. I would not say that the Germans leave a lot of tips, behave noisily and unceremoniously, but nevertheless the Turks jump around them.
Room service depends on the girl who cleans your floor. We came across a sorceress who, for a dollar tip, made us swans, crocodiles, etc. Cleaned up well. On other floors, even for a tip, nothing was done.
The pool is one small, one slide and one paddling pool for kids. The territory is not that small, it simply does not exist! There are tables at the bar near the pool and that's it. The mini club (meter by meter room) has never worked, there is a complete mess, broken children's plastic furniture about which a child can be injured, dirt everywhere and there is actually nothing and no one that a child could be interested in and with whom he could be left under lookout!!!
There is no animation, darts at lunch, a mini disco in the evening, which the children did not want to go to, because. it was boring and incomprehensible uncle Turk (animator) with his pants down forever spoke only Turkish and English, although the children were mostly Russian! Then, like some kind of competition, Mr. or Mrs. Lyoness for half an hour. The rest of the time, enjoy yourself! In short, boring and uninteresting, a hotel for German pensioners!
