The service was like in the worst eateries. From this incident left a negative impression of the hotel.
Then I went to celebrate a friend's birthday at the Letoonia Golf Resort. There are top notch events. I advise everyone to visit there.

I liked everything in general, everything was as they said - they said that the beach was sand and the entrance was sand with pebbles !! ! so it was. there were great updated rooms, everything was ultra all inclusive, great pool, free courts! perfect animation!! ! everything was on point!! ! as they said it was, I would even say that it’s better !!! traveled with my wife and 2 kids (mini club for kids) 96 thousand for 10 days!.

Plus the hotel, you can cross a mountain river (water up to mid-calf) and you are already on a sandy wild beach where you can sunbathe topless. during the stay, we never saw cockroaches and other living creatures. The beer is not diluted, the wine is like in all Turkish fives. CONCLUSION: We would love to visit again.

The SPA center is very clean and cozy (I recommend an excellent sauna, free of charge), after the pool you can lie down and relax with relaxing music on the couches.
The rooms are spacious, with a bathroom, an air conditioner by the hour (they know when to turn it on), there is a balcony (I had a view of part of the river, part of the sea), the room is like new (they say only after repair).
The food is very good, as it should be in a good Turkish 5-ke - an appropriate choice of dishes and quality (before that it was in 3 "fives" - "Washington Resort" in Side, "Long Beach" in Alanya, Tekirova Corinthia in Kemer) .

we came with friends on September 15.2010 oh HORRIBLE!!! ! And this is called a 5 * hotel, no, it's like a maximum 2 * hotel or a dirty barn. A restaurant with huge Turkish flies, this is not a restaurant, but a factory canteen with 5-7 dishes, the so-called buffet! ! We settled in a single room (we paid for a 2-bed room) with one bed covered with a waffle towel, the refrigerator does not work , the door to the so-called balcony (exit to the roof-visor above the first floor, that is, there is no common table, no chairs, walk, come in whoever wants and the stink river) does not open, air conditioning works 1 hour after 2 hours, lights in the bathroom we burned out, we returned to the reception without unpacking our suitcases, and that’s where the presentation of the main manager of the hotel began, a thin, unkempt, ugly Turkish woman who didn’t speak Russian, didn’t speak English, started yelling like a victim in Turkish, we called the representative of the tour operator Coral Trevol Alesya, she told us explained that we can’t achieve anything in this hotel terrible staff family contract and she moved us to the chic Grand Cortez Resort Hotel & Spa for an extra charge.
