We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, at 5 o'clock (we registered, put on the bracelets immediately), but since the check-in was already at 14.00, we had to wait. While there was enough time to walk around the hotel.

What I didn’t like very much was that they settled not at 14.00 as promised, but closer to 15.00. And since we were very tired, we dozed on the sofas near the reception.

When we arrived home, I noticed the strange behavior of my wife, she began to walk with the phone and would not part with it 24/7, I became suspicious and wanted to know what was stored on the phone. One morning I managed to pick up the phone and I found in Whatsapp my wife's correspondence with the same masseur "mami" and there was a correspondence like "mami" wrote about intimate relationships with his wife on the massage table, how good it was for him.
After that moment, the wife set a lock on the phone so that I would not find out about the correspondence, and this continues to this day. I learned from my son that he had saved his wife the money that she sent to "mami" it came to a divorce and division of property.
I called the hotel in the lobby there at the reception desk works by the name of Nadia from Ukraine, asked for help, but they refused me.

Receptionists just talk to you like hell, I had the feeling that I want to stay here for free and they pay for it all for me, I had to kindly ask to get anything. Speaks in vain: ? Turk bespectacled, ? girl from the picture that I put? And it's just awesome - the "manager" of the Receptionist Russian-speaking girl Elena "Guestrelation" never saw how she kindly addressed anyone - she always went with an angry and gloomy face. (sorry I couldn't take a picture of it).

The room in the Theador building deserves special attention - we were on the 2nd floor with a view of the Trash and a generator that turns on every 2 days when there is no current in the hotel (photo attached), and what a sound it makes with my 1.5 year old child is just a buzz. And this idiot bespectacled Turkish receptionist how could he give such a room for guests with three small children such a room?
In general, the fact that the existence of such rooms in a 5 * star hotel is a gross violation of the rules and norms of five-star hotels.

Food ....oooh from meat only 2 types of chicken meat, sometimes beef similar to chicken meat (wrapped in soy sauce to make it look like beef), well, sometimes 1 time in 4 days there was long-awaited beef 1 kind of dish something similar to beef stroganoff . You can forget about Turkish shawarma - the shaurma machine was always empty, I don’t know why they put it there. But drinks that are made from Yupi powder cherry, apple, orange can always be found at every step.
5. Cleaning - well, this is something instead of cleaning. About the decorative shape of a crane, hearts or the like in a bed that is left after cleaning, one can only dream and see in dreams ...

Alas, the holiday was spoiled by tasteless cold food, disgusting service. There was an impression that they were trying to get rid of visitors as soon as possible, when asked to bring a glass of orange juice, they brought a glass of water, painted over with something yellow, odorless and tasteless. We have never had dinner as quickly as in this restaurant. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, mainly thanks to the masseur ANNE, the sea, the sun.
Cons: No refill shampoo-shower gel at all. It was in a 5 hotel I had to go to the reception several times so that my family had enough detergents? The room is cleaned badly, everywhere a dusty coating after cleaning. Great manager Elena - security, can you stop showing off and get down to business?

The administration worked very clearly when there were more visitors - they opened another snack bar.
In fact, there is a main restaurant, 2 snack bars (pizza, burgers, Frieda potatoes, pita…), Turkish flatbread. There is a confectionery. 2 à la carte restaurants.
