Animators work here all the time. It's never boring, you're always busy doing something. Show every night. Very fun!
I want to pay special attention to the Spa salon. We bought 1 complex (sauna, hammam, scrubbing, foam massage, regular full body massage) for 25 USD and 6 massages for 20 USD. each time clay and algae masks were given as a gift. You can choose a massage therapist girl or guy. My sister and I were made by the guys Murat and Silchak. They did a very good job, considering that upon arrival I had a backache and my rest was in jeopardy, Murat just lifted me up. There was no back pain after the second massage.
In general, I will definitely come back here! ) I recommend to families with children.
Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies for small children (handrails are too wide. The child can easily fall out).
1) This is the worst beach I have ever been to. Coarse sand mixed with pebbles, all the rest were crying from pain in their feet. Without exception, everyone walked along the beach in slippers, they also went into the sea. Some fled to the nearest bazaar for clogs, others, those who were smarter brought them with them, others did not find clogs at the bazaar (since there are many who want to buy) went in their usual slates and flip flops.
2) Food - HORROR WILD! I swear to God I have never seen such a disgrace! THERE IS NOTHING from the word AT ALL! With the exception of vegetables, herbs and cakes. Imagine huge queues for boiled chicken breast! Every single day! From delicacies and delights, “local” vomit cutlets were fried 3 times, some slices of meat similar to beef in color and turkey taste, for lunch and dinner they also fried mackerel! Horror wild! All vacationers among themselves called the main restaurant "dining room" and someone even said "-Dining room? Ha! Maximum buffet! For the money we were just hungry. Thanks to the children's menu, it always had chicken noodles (although not always with pasta, sometimes it was just water with parsley), otherwise we would definitely die of hunger. Since the adults were offered every day the so-called Russian-style soup, which included water without salt and meat, a little carrot and 1 cabbage leaf. No one even dressed or dressed up properly for dinner, everyone was literally in beachwear.
Imagine a picture when you have absolutely nothing to eat, but the body still requires food, you come to dinner at 20:00, although the restaurant is open until 21:00, and half the tables with food have already been cleaned. No scrambled eggs for breakfast, no toast. Eggs are boiled and fried. Porridge is a separate story, not breakfast, there are 2 types of them: rice and oatmeal. I take rice porridge for a child, and they pour me a cup of milk, in which 10 grains of rice float at most. Is it generally kaaaak? Everyone was shocked! Everyone was happy to go to a restaurant for their money, but there is absolutely nothing near the hotel! Only a bazaar with clothes, a pharmacy and 1 sweet shop! Not even souvenirs! I have never seen such a disgrace and a pitiful spectacle!
in 2019 I rested in 3 * well, so that you understand in 3 * every day they served 7 types of meat !! ! 7 your mother! I made a video, my relatives were also shocked, they see such a 5 * for the first time! After a couple of days of rest, and we rested for 11 days, my husband generally refused to go to lunch and dinner. The customer service is just awful. I stand in line at breakfast for their local hot pink dyed artificial sausage, I ask for it, they give me 1 thin piece, I ask for more, they look at me with a surprised look and put 1 sprig of parsley, I ask for more sausage, they put me with with a dissatisfied mug, 1 more piece, I ask for more, since I take both myself and my spouse, they look at me with surprise and repeat aloud “more more” well, the local Turkish waiter is shocked that I need 3 pieces of 5 gram sausages! Can you imagine?? ? No gravy, kebabs, barbecue. No seafood except for stinky mackerel. Why smelly? Because without marinade, salt, spices. . . Just like alive! Mashed potatoes from a package diluted with water, pasta with tasteless tomato paste, boiled rice without anyone! That's the whole menu of the main restaurant.
True, zucchini and dough in oil are fried every day, as well as cakes cut into pieces, hello fat and cholesterol! People, like crazy, gathered mountains of vegetables and fruits, everyone was afraid that there might not be enough food. A la carte restaurants are a pitiful sight. We hoped that at least there they would give us something tasty... Oh, how wrong we were! We came to the barbecue restaurant, and we were served soup and salad, which we had for lunch in the main restaurant! WHAT A SHAME!! ! In the queues, almost to the point of fights, who occupied whom, and so on. One day I went to a bar near the pool, asked for coffee, and I was rudely sent by a barmaid named Olesya, pointing to another bar, they say, go and get coffee there! Of course, I immediately complained to the senior hotel Irina, thanks to her for understanding every situation and not being indifferent to us!
3) Beware, thieves work in the hotel! On the 1st day upon arrival, my husband in the pool bar forgot the children's circle. In theory, the staff should not have taken it, and if they did, they should have put it on the table of forgotten things. But one of the bartenders decided to appropriate our circle. I went with our guide, the head of the security shift, the manager and the administrator to watch the cameras, and that's how we found out that it was the bartender who whistled him. And the day before, he and the older bartenders claimed they didn't take our circle, others said they didn't see him, still others yelled at us. I shed a liter of tears, because our circle was specially for children under one year old and it was impossible to buy this at the hotel, we went to the bazaar there, too, it wasn’t there, we went to the famous migros and there wasn’t such a thing! We bought the child a mattress in the form of a typewriter, a vest, a new other circle, but he could not swim in any of them, as he was like a float. The child was constantly crying, he still does not even know how to keep his balance, and the vest turned him over on his back. From the typewriter, he rolled onto his side. Brought is called a child to swim in the sea! In general, I made a scandal twice and just roared!
We didn't expect our first vacation to be like this! As a result, they bought us a circle for their money, but not the one that we had. We refused it, but we were told to leave it to ourselves anyway, after a couple of days, finally, in another city (in which we were not specified) there was a circle such as we had and they brought it to us! So for a week the child could not even swim. Parents will understand me. We held him all week in our arms and armpits. The child beat his hands on the water and salt water flew into his eyes, but in the circle he did not have such an opportunity (to get to the water). Therefore, we suffered! Also, 2 times after dinner, beach towels were stolen from us! Deposit for every $5. Wi-Fi is paid, $ 3 per day for 1 device. Free only in the lobby reception area, but because of those who want to sit in it for free, the Internet does not load absolutely anything. You can sit quietly in it only at night when there is no one. By the way, I forgot to mention the number.
We were in the largest bungalow not in the moonlight building, but a bungalow, I don’t remember the name, something like bengliv or bengoliv... The building is at the head and in the center of other low-rise bungalows and is distant from the main building with reception. Walk to the reception literally 100 meters. I don’t know whether by the will of God or because of the child, or just luck, but we were settled in this building on the 4th floor. I noticed that it is in it that there are races for strollers and an elevator. I don’t know anything about 3-storey bungalows and won’t say anything. Maybe they don't even have an elevator. In general, we had a number 7401 - just gorgeous. Clean, large, stylish, new, with a balcony and a magnificent view of the garden, cedar trees and all the other bungalows that are spread out on both sides of our building. The room has one 2-bedroom, one 1-bedroom and a vestibule, we were most pleased with it, since it was there that we put the crib and the child slept peacefully in the dark and without air conditioning. The air conditioner is installed in the room itself. I'm adding 1 star per room. But from the minuses I want to notice that there was no shampoo for 3 days. Shower gel is not provided at all, had to be bought at the pharmacy. There is also no glass for toothpaste and brushes. And the main disadvantage is the terribly working old hair dryer! The bar has free cola, fanta and water.
The hotel has a children's disco and the so-called animation for adults. Everything ends very early before 00:00. Therefore, the territory is always quiet and calm. There is a night club until 2 am, but it is in the basement of the main building. In general, it does not cause inconvenience. Regarding the children's club - imagine the animators came up with some kind of entertainment for children - they gather all the resting children, they bring them to a restaurant for dinner, they previously agree with any of the resting men so that he sits until the end of dinner and waits for the children. Here we are sitting at dinner with the whole family, a crowd of kids comes into the restaurant, they come up to this man and start yelling some kind of chant at him. Imagine entertainment? My 10 month old baby was so frightened by these screams that in addition to crying and hysteria, he began to shake. There were 20 screaming kids right behind him! What kind of moron came up with such indoor entertainment?? ? Why can't this be done outside?
Another minus - on the day of departure it turned out that there was nowhere to weigh the suitcase. The scales are broken. But after a while, a guy came and for $ 1 weighed our suitcase with some kind of instrument like a canter. I will also add that at 7:00 there are practically no free sunbeds on the beach and the toilet, by the way, is the only one on the whole beach and it is not in the center of the beach, but at the very end. In conclusion, I will say that I will NEVER return to this hotel in my life and will NEVER recommend it to ANYONE! So disgusting and lousy, I have not rested in any hotel, in any country! The sediment was insanely unpleasant! Impressions of delight caused only: the warm sea (but nature and climate itself tried here) and the green territory.
Cleaning in the rooms could be more frequent (in 3 days they cleaned it once, when I came to the reception, they started cleaning it every day), besides, for 10 days of rest they never added shampoo or shower gel (although 2 people lived in the room) adults and 2 children, and a tip of 1 USD was left each time), when he turned to the reception, they said that the shampoo and gel were over (ridiculous. . . ). The food is enough and tasty, but there is not much variety, few side dishes (there was no buckwheat, no bulgur, no brown rice, no oatmeal, no chickpeas), although this is strange for Turkey.
Rooms with good repair and furniture, swimming pools are good and well-groomed, bathrooms on the territory are clean and cleaned on time, the beach is cleaned, the territory is well-groomed and green, there are 3 A la Carte restaurants, up to 10 days of rest free access to 1 restaurant, from 10 days - 2 restaurants . For the money the hotel is good. We took an excursion on the beach - a walk on the Rainbow 07 ship to Alanya, the cost for adults is 20 USD, for children from 4-12 years old 10 USD, up to 4 years for free, in principle, a normal excursion with swimming in the open sea in life jackets, a ship worker jumped from a cliff, they are fed on the ship: vermicelli, salad and chicken cutlet, water, soft drinks on the ship for free, alcohol for a fee, in Alanya 1 hour of free time, the only minus of this excursion is the old bus, which carries to the ship, although the air conditioner worked in it.
Regarding the animation... Near the pool and in the pool all day long action. The animators try very hard not to let anyone get bored. Evening concert or disco. Always fun!
The most important thing is the cleanest sea.
The staff is constantly rustling both on the beach and in bars, of which there are many on the territory. In short, I'm happy as an elephant. I really liked the hotel, the food and the service. I recommend!
Of the cons. . .
The food is terrible... (we are in the category of undemanding), the feeling that he was in a mid-level sanatorium. For lunch 2 kinds of soup every day, the same ones. Grilled herring (a lot of bones), there are burgers, shawarma, stewed turkey and chicken with vegetables. Two types of pasta, rice and vegetables.
Dinner is a little better. But also sad.
There are long queues in the canteen (restaurant), and not because there are a lot of people, but there are few employees at the distribution (they also cook and distribute), especially for breakfast, one person for breakfast cereals, vegetables and fruits. Although they are great, they try to help each other.
We won't come back here again (was expecting a little better).
Due to quarantine and a small number of tourists, the markets are very well traded!
So, from the pros:
- no need to cross the road to the beach, as in most hotels in Alanya;
- a large green area, everything is clean, tidy;
- peacocks and guinea fowl walk around the territory;
- large rooms (we took a two-room apartment with a surcharge of 70 euros for 9 nights, because 2 children), but in principle they would fit without problems in the standard;
- the rooms are cleaned well, cleanly, I won’t say that it was impeccably clean, but there was no dirt;
- from the room a beautiful view of the sea (both standard and family);
- clear sea, to the left of the pier entry into the sea is more pleasant (less pebbles);
- a lot of fruits (cherries, watermelons, melons, peaches, apples, oranges, nectarines, plums, pears, grapes);
- the water park is weak, but it worked, the children liked it.
Of the minuses:
- on the beach and in the toilets on the territory it is dirty, they found an awl in the sea, right by the shore, it’s good that no one stepped on it;
- the food is monotonous and tasteless for some reason (all desserts are the same taste, the coffee is terrible, there is almost no meat and fish), for 3 days the food was really varied, but this is due to the Eid al-Adha holiday and a large number of Turks among vacationers during this period;
- the animation is very, very weak (no shows, the mini-club is boring - the children didn’t go there at all, the animators don’t entertain);
- the disco is terrible (Turkish motives or remixed songs from 2000 and that's it!!! ), so it was boring in the evenings;
- terrible drinks (instead of juices, bright Yuppies, which are scary for children to drink, and Cola, Fanta, Sprite, which is also not a healthy drink for children);
- beer tastes good, wine not so good, cocktails only a la gin and tonic and whiskey-cola, I haven’t tried strong drinks - why can’t you make at least some cocktails, the same Mojito (after all, the restaurant has both mint and lemons)?
-Internet only in the lobby is free and it did not work very well.
My opinion: if there was a good animation, it would cover all the other disadvantages. But alas (((
Would not return to this hotel again. It is interesting to look for something new.
