as I expected, the reviews from people vacationing at the same time in the same hotel are completely different. Well then, let's consider ourselves lucky.
So. we traveled together: me, my husband and 11-year-old daughter.
When we arrived at the hotel (about 12 noon). Other guests began to scare us that they would only check us in at night. Nothing like that, we were settled at 13.30 (I remind you that according to the rules of hotels we should be settled after 14.00) until that time we walked around the territory, went for lunch.

so, we got a room just excellent (117) not with doors to the road and not windows to the pool. Although I know that many swore because of the resettlement. But guys still want freebies. if you don’t want to live in an unknown place - when buying a tour, pay for a specific room (of course, it’s more expensive and everyone prefers to swear at the reception).
By the way, there is a girl Diana at the reception, who speaks Russian quite well, although she works somewhere until 17.00, the rest of the time those who understand English well stand by. The restaurant had such a funny little bald manager. who speaks tolerably Russian, always greeted us warmly and was always interested in our food and service.
about food, believe me there is something to compare. So the food is pretty decent, several types of hot, several types of meat and fish. Every day we tried to cook something new for breakfast and lunch dinner. Of course, after 5 days everything was repeated again, but how could it be otherwise. In general, food at the hotel is constantly (near the beach Snack bar with french fries, etc. ) From fruits, watermelons, plums, grapes. apples, oranges. Of course, our compatriots were touched, who collected the same grapes in huge plates and dragged them to their room. By the way, far from all hotels you will be so calmly allowed to drag any food into your room. And here they are absolutely calm about it. Near each bungalow there are baskets for collecting dirty dishes.
About the previous review about wine, it really ended, but sorry only on the last evening, but they poured Turkish liquor for everyone for free (or you just forgot about it).
Animation is, although quite unobtrusive. there is a children's club where the children were engaged, all sorts of darts, volleyball, water polo for adults. In the evening, a children's disco and then different shows.
The beach is a good entrance to the sea convenient. the cape is nearby. on which there are ruins of a fortress of the 12th century. well, it's very nice.
I will add that I did not give money anywhere (with the exception of $ 1 for cleaning), but everywhere we were treated very well and politely. Guys, maybe the attitude towards us depends on ourselves?
The room was cleaned regularly, in order to change the towels you need to throw them on the floor (well, they are used to it).

The hotel is located on a hill and you have to climb up from the sea and the dining room, but the climb is very convenient and it does not bother you at all.
By the way, I keep thinking why all the tourists focus on the fact that the staff does not speak Russian. and why do you need it? after all, all your global problems will be easily solved by a hotel guide, and they will understand you in Russian as well. the truth is to talk heart to heart, as the Russians love you, of course, it will not work with the Turks.
In general, the hotel is great for families, but for young people and lonely people looking for adventure, it will be a bit boring there.
And finally, on the 11th, as promised, we were transferred to the neighboring hotel of the Justiniano chain in Justiniani club park conti 5 stars. I really thought this was a terrible hotel.
They settled us there quickly, although many of those who settled for one night in a good new building, but with windows on a construction site or a wasteland. I just didn’t say that we were for one night and we got a room in the old building, but with a good view. The furniture in the room was older and somehow unkempt than in our hotel. The safe was for a deposit.
at the very first dinner, I unsuccessfully searched for meat, but it was not found, at dinner they gave one kind of stew, but it quickly ended. Coffee and tea in this hotel was provided only for breakfast, the rest of the time it can only be found in the pool bar, oh how we missed our Club Alanya then. They had more slides than in our hotel, but the pool is so shallow that when you slide down 100% you hit either your feet or your ass on the bottom. The hotel is very big and noisy, which we didn't like, the beach is more glaring. Animation is noisier and there are naturally more animators.
For ourselves, we made one conclusion that Justiniano club Alanya fully meets our requirements in terms of price-quality ratio. So next year we will go only to this hotel.
