I am resting, if I can call it that, at the moment in this hotel. I want to express my bewilderment from the service at the hotel. The first time I encounter such rudeness, and permanent, throughout the rest. Almost all the staff in cafes and restaurants (Turks) treat and communicate with hotel guests very impolitely. Firstly, they always pretend that they don’t hear you or don’t understand something, although the requests are simple, pour a standard drink, put a salad and the like. You could learn the basic set of phrases in Russian if you work in a hotel where 99% of Russian tourists rest. But here the point is not even in this, but in the fact that everything is done very reluctantly, carelessly.
If you ask for coffee, one cup will be poured full, and half will be poured into the second. Watermelons: when unripe pieces remained, they refused to bring red ones, they say, first eat what was left, the woman tried to insist that they bring a ripe watermelon to her, she was cursed in Turkish and then they threw these pieces into her plate like a pig with an expression on her face, they say, eat. In the restaurant I came up for a glass of wine, there was one poured glass on the counter, with a dirty leg, asked me to pour a new glass, so the bartender convinced me for a long time that I should take this one and that he would not pour me a new one, I barely got my way, after which he told me I splashed so much that I almost doused it and made such a face as if I just asked for something obscene.
The bartenders are like sleepy flies, talking to each other all the time, while there is a queue for drinks, it doesn’t matter, these Russians will stand and wait. Ice is worth its weight in gold, they throw one piece, the second one has to beg. Jokes are always flat to tourists: you ask for a cola, and you get the answer: maybe with vodka? And it's constant. The restaurant is not overcrowded, everything is done as if on purpose to push the foreheads of vacationers. Forks in one place, plates in another, queues for salads, queues for meat, queues for side dishes, and everywhere one barely moving and poorly understanding Russian, but very important and pompous food layer. I have to walk in circles to put food on my plate.

All in all, it's just utter rubbish and horror. I want to note that all compatriots are decent and adequate people, the only pity is that we are all used to enduring such disrespect for ourselves. The area is nice and cozy. But all good impressions were smeared by arrogant and unfriendly staff. And one very adequate Turk from the tourism business told me that such an attitude towards Russians is because the Turks are used to the fact that we swallow everything, and they are kind to the Germans, as they defend their rights and just call the hotel managers, write complaints. This is our lot, unfortunately. . . very disappointing. I've decided to write, after all of the above, I hope at least one of the tour operators will be able to give feedback to the hotel and improve the situation.
