Pros: the first line, the sea is nearby, clean, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, the sellers of everything do not bother much. Interesting evening program. Within walking distance of shopping centers.
Minuses:
1. pebble beach. Even with a small wave, it’s problematic to enter, only in calm and even then it’s not very comfortable, so it’s better not to come here with children or those who are overweight.
2. Extremely poor decoration of rooms - cabinet furniture made of chipboard, which for 15 years in Russia has been embarrassed to use even in government institutions (I attach a photo).
3. There is no forced exhaust in the bathroom, after taking a shower it is very humid, so the chipboard rots, there are traces of fungus on the walls of the bathroom (photo attached).
4. Animators don't overwork. During the game of volleyball, 1 time for all the time the girl whistled, but it would be better not to do this. Doesn't know the rules at all. I just liked to whistle. And since passions were running high at times, the arbitrator would not interfere.
5.
Strong alcohol is diluted up to 30 degrees. Not that I'm a fan, but I allow a glass or another as an aperitif. Tried it once, never again. It's not tasty. Plus "this bar is paid, this is free, but until 19.... " in general, you can figure it out only if you really need it.
6. On the bus, the driver broke the suitcase, stuffing it with all his foolishness into the luggage compartment. Turned to the hotel guide - "the driver said - it was. " Although the whole process was under the camera of the hotel. "Your problems, negotiate yourself ... ".
7. In the dining room during peak hours, you can look for a place for about 10 minutes. Therefore, you need to adapt: for breakfast to open, for lunch and dinner - to close.
If you ask for coffee, one cup will be poured full, and half will be poured into the second. Watermelons: when unripe pieces remained, they refused to bring red ones, they say, first eat what was left, the woman tried to insist that they bring a ripe watermelon to her, she was cursed in Turkish and then they threw these pieces into her plate like a pig with an expression on her face, they say, eat. In the restaurant I came up for a glass of wine, there was one poured glass on the counter, with a dirty leg, asked me to pour a new glass, so the bartender convinced me for a long time that I should take this one and that he would not pour me a new one, I barely got my way, after which he told me I splashed so much that I almost doused it and made such a face as if I just asked for something obscene.
The bartenders are like sleepy flies, talking to each other all the time, while there is a queue for drinks, it doesn’t matter, these Russians will stand and wait. Ice is worth its weight in gold, they throw one piece, the second one has to beg. Jokes are always flat to tourists: you ask for a cola, and you get the answer: maybe with vodka? And it's constant. The restaurant is not overcrowded, everything is done as if on purpose to push the foreheads of vacationers. Forks in one place, plates in another, queues for salads, queues for meat, queues for side dishes, and everywhere one barely moving and poorly understanding Russian, but very important and pompous food layer. I have to walk in circles to put food on my plate.
All in all, it's just utter rubbish and horror. I want to note that all compatriots are decent and adequate people, the only pity is that we are all used to enduring such disrespect for ourselves. The area is nice and cozy. But all good impressions were smeared by arrogant and unfriendly staff. And one very adequate Turk from the tourism business told me that such an attitude towards Russians is because the Turks are used to the fact that we swallow everything, and they are kind to the Germans, as they defend their rights and just call the hotel managers, write complaints. This is our lot, unfortunately. . . very disappointing. I've decided to write, after all of the above, I hope at least one of the tour operators will be able to give feedback to the hotel and improve the situation.
Together with my 9.5 year old daughter.
Stepping on the threshold of the Justiniano Club Alanya 4 * hotel for the first time, I immediately got the impression of not being comfortable, in the main living room there were old dirty, sat-out armchairs and sofas, sometimes even wet from swimsuits and swimming trunks, which are disgusting to look at, let alone sit down.
Further, Wi-Fi, which is free, does not provide sufficient connection due to the large number of connections at any time. Paid - $14 take out put.
Deposit for towels $5. In general, having crossed the threshold of the hotel, you immediately need to prepare $.
From the fullness of tourists in the hotel, in the current situation with the pandemic, I felt uncomfortable without sufficient attention and proper service. This applies to staying in public areas of the beach and dining. The fullness was at 150%, and not as it should be 50-70%.
To take a sunbed on the beach and have a quiet breakfast, I had to get up no later than 6 in the morning, if 15 minutes later, that's it, the crowd and chaos and spoiled mood.
There were also positive moments associated with the rest.
But the big advantage that made me write this negative review was what happened to my daughter: a child was swimming in a children's pool and suddenly ended up in a first-aid post, with a knee torn to the bone, as it turned out, a tile fragment was the cause. The hotel does not monitor the condition of the external facade in general, and the behavior of the hotel guests, whose children take apart this tile, and in the meantime their parents smoke and drink alcoholic beverages right in the children's pool !! ! What is this anyway???
As a result, we ended up in the main hospital of Alanya, where we spent 4 hours, went through 7 circles of hell, a queue, tears, nerves and pain. Returned back at 23:30. Our insurance did not help us much, we had to pay another $100 for honey.
service, medicine and transfer back to the hotel.
The staff at the reception, having learned about the situation, shrugged their shoulders, not offering possible financial or moral compensation!
People, I read reviews and just the last hair on my head is moving, how bad and terrible everything is in this hotel!
If you want to have dust particles blown off of you for such ridiculous money, well, then you definitely need to go to Crimea or Odessa - it’s cheaper there !! ! (and that's not a fact)
So about the hotel - who wants to have a great rest with children, feel free to go and don't listen to anyone, the hotel is wonderful!!!
As it was with us - we arrived at 11-30 in the morning, we were immediately told that the hotel was 100% full, so do not try to "solve the issue" with a quick check-in, nothing will work. Excellent, we filled out the paperwork, changed into swimming trunks downstairs in the hammam, and at 12-00 we were already swimming in the sea. It is super - warm, transparent, affectionate)))
At 13-00 we went to have lunch, at 14-00 we came to the reception, took the keys to the room and went to look. The room is excellent, No. 1032, sea view from the balcony. If you go to bed early, then you need to cover the balcony door, because. music is audible, but quite bearable. During the day you swim in the sea so much that you fall asleep, no matter what )))
Food - for every taste! Fish, chicken, turkey, beef - every day, side dishes - for every taste, potatoes, pasta, rice, vegetables, whatever your heart desires. There are queues, but not critical at all, I specifically noticed - to stand as much as 4 minutes in the longest queue. One moment - now, especially for the Slavs, they took cooks from the post-Soviet space into the kitchen, so the first courses include borscht, soup, noodles, mushroom soup - really very tasty. The only point is that Turkish women are standing on the tap, and they do not work very smartly, there were a little more queues. It’s not critical for us, we didn’t take first courses every day.
In general, to stay hungry - you need to try very hard.
Wine in the restaurant - we liked the white better! But, here already on the fan.
For little money, you can negotiate with the waiter and he will go to the bar for you for stronger drinks.
In the bars near the beach, hamburgers, fries, cola-fanta-sprite, and strong alcohol.
The beach - yes, if you want to lie in the first row, you need to get up early and go to borrow. It doesn’t matter to us at all, we were sitting in the sea)))), but there are enough free sunbeds, it is clear that they are not standing next to each other, but I didn’t see those sitting on towels.
The beach, sand and pebble, is normal to enter when you get out of the sea, after an hour of swimming it is not comfortable (the skin gets wet and the sensitivity increases), but not in the way they write here - which is just horror-horror (corals solve this problem, for those who is very bad). Children that flew into the water, that got out of the water - it's normal))))
Water slides are great! Every day we rode there for one hour, the rescuers are handsome, they strictly follow the order on them.
Children's animation is excellent, Mr. Gogo is handsome, the children are all delighted with him!
Internet - free only at the reception, paid - $ 2 per day.
Beach towels - $5 deposit per towel, you will get a receipt for the amount of your deposit, don't lose it!!!
Money for your towels is returned only if you have a receipt!!!
Ice cream - from 17 to 18, and only one variety on this day, but every day the varieties are different.
In general, do not pay attention to negative reviews, feel free to go here, for that kind of money - here you will have a great rest!
Everything worked in the room, the repair is not super-new, but clean; the beds are comfortable. TV showed some Russian and Ukrainian channels, but we didn't watch it much. No shower gel, only disposable shampoos - they are probably also gel. Removed normally. We don’t need cleaning every day, they hung a sign - clean / don’t clean, outwardly everything was clean, under the bed, to find out if there was any dust there, I didn’t climb.
There was no hint of a tip, but the maid was good, we left $ 1 or a chocolate bar.
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, green. Several pools, but we did not use them, because we went to the sea. Beach: small pebbles, the entrance to the sea - large stones. It is not very pleasant to enter / exit, but 1.5 m from the shore is already a depth, so it will not take long to go)) At the Alara market, we bought corals for $ 5, and the problem was solved. A more comfortable entrance from Litori beach, near the forest itself, we often went there to swim, no one forbade it. Lots of sun loungers, but not enough umbrellas. During our stay, there were not very many guests, and there was enough space for everyone, but when the hotel is full, this is probably a problem.
Sea: it is beautiful, we are the first time in the Mediterranean and were enchanted. We rested in the 1st half of September, the water was very warm, you can swim for hours. There are very few fish, I saw them only near the pontoon, nothing interesting, masks were not needed.
Although they say that sometimes there are turtles. We went for a walk in the forest to the cape, we get cool photos. If gentlemen vacationers weren’t pigs and didn’t litter in the forest, it would have been wonderful in general.
Food: This season's trend is food behind glass. There is nothing particularly inconvenient about this, the waiters work quickly enough, sometimes there were queues for lunch and dinner at some "issue points", but when choosing food on your own, this also happens in most hotels. Chicken, fish, beef in different forms. Several times there were themed dinners. Desserts were sometimes not very good, but more often they were delicious, probably, different shifts of chefs. Fruits - watermelon, grapes, apples, sometimes - peaches, melon, nectarines. Bars on the beach and by the pool - from morning to evening. Tortillas, pizza, meatballs, salads...We didn't see anyone hungry.
Excursions: from the hotel guide bought a survey in Alanya. Caves, Church of St. George, fortress, funicular.
We are in Alanya for the first time, we were interested. Overall impression: a solid four. If it's at a good price, we'll go again. Happy travels everyone!
The first line. The sea behind the balcony, the restaurant overlooking the sea, the sea 3 minutes from the room - it's incredible. Beautiful beach - near Turtle Island - a man dived with a mask and saw 4 sea turtles, one swimming. On the other hand - a small cape with coniferous trees - we had romantic picnics there and watched the sunset.
Food. After Egypt, it is impossible to put into words. Different choice of meat, salads, side dishes, sweets. I was surprised that half an hour before closing, new food trays were delivered. Daily ice cream or strawberries in the evening.
Animation.
The child is delighted, and she is happy - we are happy too. There were foam parties, daily dances for children under 12 years old. then - an adult show. By the way, high-level, not "wandering actors". There were aerial gymnasts, magicians, Arab dancers, magicians, dance shows and more.
Room and service. We were lucky - a bungalow called Lily - the third floor overlooking the sea. After overhaul, expensive plumbing, plasma. Cleaning every day without 1 dollar is good.
Location.
Hotel between Alanya and Antalya. We were there and there - traveled by bus - 1 dollar and 5 dollars, respectively. I do not recommend the zoo in Antalya - it is very poor.
Disadvantages:
Drinks. Alcohol is tasteless, coffee is tasteless. Took their own. No iron free, kettle in the room, the beach can be better cleaned. The guide at the meeting "breed" on the tour for an hour and a half. Do not take - overestimates 2 times.
So, if you are a married couple with children under 12-13 years old - you are here. You can't think of anything better.
Arriving at the hotel at 10 am, and giving all the documents, we were sent for breakfast.
We came to the ? r? e? s? t? o? r? a? n? e dining room at 10:30 and the only thing we had time to eat was tea with donuts already leaving for the kitchen, because. Everything in the dining room has already been cleaned! At the same time, late breakfast lasts until 11 am.
Once I start about the restaurant I will add.
FOOD.
There is food, but not for slaughter as they say in the reviews. The hotel says that it is a family, children's hotel, but there is little to feed the children here.
For BREAKFAST, there were sometimes scrambled eggs, sometimes there were pancakes, donuts, rice porridge was half overcooked, half undercooked and still liquid like soup. They gave sausage (tasteless), cheese, vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams
DINNER. As in the restaurant, I can’t say, because we ate in the SNACKBAR.
They gave: French fries, vegetables, fruits, cutlets, buns (to make a hamburger), salads. In the same place they made cakes with meat, cheese and potatoes (very spicy). And they also fried mini chebureks on the grill.
DINNER. Dinner is something. No matter how many times you come, there are always no places. At 7:00 you come there are no tables, at 7:30 you come there are no tables, at 8:00 you come there are no tables, and at 8:30 the food is already being cleaned...
Dinner is either chicken or fish. Once they gave "shawarma" (meat on a spit) it was delicious. Once they gave some kind of breaded cutlets, they spoke with a turkey, fish (once the fish was terribly smelly, that when they went into the restaurant they wanted to eat, and all because the grill is for some reason in the restaurant). Also grilled vegetables, chicken stew, chicken breast, rice, 2 times gave bulgur, powdered potatoes, vegetables, fruits, cakes. You can eat but not to the point. Also, much that is presented in the dining room, children will not eat.
ROOM.
We were given a room in bungalow 19, which is near the reception, we had an excellent view, of the sea. There were beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The rooms themselves were in good condition in general. It can be seen that the floor, walls, ceiling were recently done, half of the furniture is new. The built-in wardrobe is old, shabby and with a hole in the door, apparently handles. Also an old shower cabin, firstly, in order to close the doors, you need to squeeze them together so well, because if you just close it, there is a gap from the middle and down.
So in general the room is decent.
But cleaning is something. In fact, she didn't exist at all! The cleaners came and made the beds and…
And that's it! The floors were washed extremely rarely, even taking into account the fact that there were stones and dust.
ABOUT THE TOWELS! DO NOT THROW THE TOWELS ON THE FLOOR, THEY ARE CHANGED EVERY 3 DAYS!!!
And no, I wouldn't need to change them every day, but the sign in the bathroom said "if you need to change towels, throw them on the floor under the sink. " The towels were terrible, washed out, torn, somewhere not even washed.
BEACH TOWELS for a $5 deposit, that's fine, but a replacement costs $1 for what? For giving us the same towels??? ? For $1, you can buy a hammam at the shop in the hotel. They are better than the ones they give out.
By the way, when you arrive, you will be offered to go and change in the spa. So there is nowhere to change clothes!
The room that is intended for changing clothes is not equipped for this. It has 2 sinks, a toilet, a shower, lockers that are closed and without keys and that's it! No table, no bench, no chairs where you can put things. Also, the janitor entered the closed door of the WOMEN'S locker room without knocking and began to scrub the sinks!
BEACH.
The beach is small and large pebbles, it is better to go swimming in special slippers.
The entrance to the sea is sharp, literally 2-3 meters and you do not stand.
There are not enough sunbeds on the beach! The smartest take from the evening! Although there is a sign that the administration will remove all things from the sunbeds, they do not!!!
Also for some reason they said that it is forbidden to use the deluxe BEACH! But we went there when we couldn't find a place.
There was another great case in the lobby, when we took 2 glasses of beer per person, and the waiter took everything along the way, spilling it on us with the words “NO”, when asked to show where it is written, he left without saying anything. Apparently he was afraid that he would not get it. Actually, this is due to the fact that all the staff openly approaches the bar counter, takes beer and drinks! Half of the staff are generally unfriendly! There were complaints like “well, work for 12 hours”, apparently they don’t know that in Russia they also stand and work for 8-12 hours!
In the SNECKbar, Demir was standing behind the bar. Forever with a dissatisfied face! When I came up for a cola, he was sitting on the phone watching a video. When I asked for a Coke, he openly said "FUCK"
By the way, from the beach to the reception, the road goes up a small hill. This is also not indicated anywhere.
As an employee of a travel agency, I have no desire to recommend this hotel.
Many thanks to the ANIMATION who gave all the best to 100% and pulled out all this game!
