In the bathroom, only 2 in 1 soap is available, no shampoo or hair conditioner (not so scary if you took everything with you). If you have long, thick hair and want to dry your hair quickly, I advise you to take your hair dryer, available in the bathroom heats up very quickly and will continue to work after it cools down. The room is designed for 3 people (a large double bed and a separate bed) but there are no partitions in the room - this is in case you are traveling with someone.
Cleaning in the room is not always present and on top (as the mirrors were stained, they left, but okay, it’s not scary) towels are changed every 2 days. The water in the room is replenished as ever - either every day or every other day.

We bought corals in advance and this solved the problem almost 100%.
About the problems and claims described in other reviews:

The entrance to the sea, as noted in many reviews, is a large stone slab run in by the sea, not very flat, but there are no problems to enter in coral slippers. There is a pier with a ladder for descending directly into the depths. The stone slab has its plus - there is no vegetation, the water is clean.
General conclusions.
Pros: new hotel, modern facilities, close to the beach, good food, friendly staff, spa.
Cons: small territory, little greenery, not very convenient entrance to the sea (for an amateur), paid Wi-Fi.
