Chardonnay white wine is quite decent for ordinary table wine (although they write badly about alcohol in Turkey, but I had to do it, especially if it is diluted with peach juice, almost like a cocktail). By the way, the juices in the packages are really tasty, as many people write.
The cleaning of the rooms is excellent, every day they changed towels, brought beach ones. By the way, you can not pick up towels from the beach, they will bring new ones to the room, or ask for it yourself. But everything was always fresh. Room is ok, bathroom is small. I had a bathroom, if you open the door, the door closes half of the bath, the other half is a glass partition. The first night I woke up from the fact that water was pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom. I went to reception and the issue was resolved quickly. Once we went up to the moon bar, romantic in the pictures, in fact nothing special (IMHO).
We also included one visit to a restaurant to choose from (fish or Italian), this is one restaurant on the beach, which works on different days either as fish or as Italian. The woman from whom you place an order, choose dishes, as a result scores on your choice and we chewed on a slice of pizza, they didn’t bring us fish or meat, because she decided that we would be fine anyway. I can't say why she did this, but be careful. No animation. Various shows in the evenings. but nothing worth seeing.
About excursions. We took outside the gates of the hotel (you go out through the barrier, turn right and there will be a bureau behind the bar). For comparison, a survey at a Pegasus cost $38, at a bureau $15. You will go in open jeeps with music. Also took a safari. Were satisfied. Well, what else to tell? The water in the pools is cold, I did not swim. The sea is clean and warm. The stones hurt my feet, so I bathed in slippers.
Food in Turkey almost everywhere is very, very so-so. If you go to the city, there is one Pasha restaurant there, you will not regret it. Really tasty. And Turkish starters and lamb and wine are not fake. If you want to dance, go to SummerGarden.
Of the minuses of the hotel is a weak Internet in the lobby and the presence of paid Internet in the rooms. As for ultra all inclusive, this is strange. There is practically no imported alcohol, but the local one is of normal quality. The staff poorly understands Russian. But they got out of the situation using Turkish and English words. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. The beach is clean and well maintained but there are stones when entering the water. It is better to enter the water from the pier.
Animation is almost non-existent. There were several performances of dance groups in the evenings.
Overall satisfied with the stay at the hotel. I recommend paying attention when choosing tours. I think I will return next year to this hotel.
The rooms are probably after restoration, everything is new, working, clean! Comfortable mattresses on the beds, lots of lamps in the room, bathroom with modern shower, balcony with table and chairs, free safe, kettle and fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar, cola, fanta, beer, water were replenished every day. There are slippers (however, we only had two pairs for four), shampoos, gels were replenished every day. Cleaning and change of towels daily, while blue towels are for the beach. A couple of times they put a dollar, but the swans did not wait. Maybe this is the influence of covid and they can’t twist the figures? In May, I rested in another five in Antalya, they didn’t spin swans there either. The windows of our room on the fifth floor overlooked the mountains, to the east, and in the morning the sun greeted us.
The food is excellent! Meat, fish abound! From the abundance of cheeses, be sure to choose your favorite. Vegetables, fruits, Turkish sweets, buns, dried fruits, various pastries! Super! Bottled wine, coffee, tea from a vending machine, juices, cola, etc. bottled water 0.5. There are no queues at all, we always came at the end of the meal, everything was full! And if you didn’t have time to eat in the main restaurant, a pool bar opens at 10 and you can drink Turkish coffee there (real coffee is brewed in Turkish) and eat ice cream and cakes. Or on the beach to eat cakes or grilled dishes. There is also beer, juices, water. In the evening, you can eat in a restaurant on the seashore, for example, Italian cuisine (you must pre-register and select dishes), or go up to the roof and admire Alanya at night, sitting in an open-air bar. There are many places to relax in the lobby and there is also a bar where you can have a delicious cocktail, both for kids and adults (alcohol).
By the way, the Internet is free only in the lobby, if necessary in other places, you can buy a day for 2 euros. On the territory there is a pool for adults (also with a bar), a pool for kids 35 cm deep and on the other side of the building a pool with three slides. There is a place to roam for both adults and children! There is an underground passage to the sea, which starts right at the pool and goes to the hotel's beach. Well equipped, with toilets, showers, own bridge, bars and attentive beach workers. Walk through the tunnel for a minute. It is clean, with a toilet and an elevator for people with disabilities. By the way, there are three elevators in the hotel, two more near the pool and one this one in the tunnel. There are enough sunbeds, we always rested on the first line, although we came at any time (my friend rested in Lonicer 5 and occupied sunbeds at 7 in the morning - a nightmare! ).
The entrance to the sea is wonderful - sand, there are large stones in the depths, we swam with masks and watched the fish. It was stormy for a couple of days, it was forbidden to swim on neighboring beaches, because stone slabs stuck out close to them and you could get hurt when the wave was big, but we calmly jumped on the waves. Every evening, except Sunday, the guests were entertained by animators, they danced round dances with the children for half an hour and made performances for adults for about forty minutes. Our kid after one such show is still learning the moonwalk of Michael Jackson. By the way, there is also a bar with drinks. Since the hotel is located 5 km from the center of Alanya, the hotel's free bus runs according to the schedule, and we took it for a walk around the city a couple of times. Very convenient, well done!
And in conclusion, I want to write about the cons, in my opinion, of course. A long road to the hotel turns out, from the airport for another three, four hours with the delivery of other tourists to their hotels. Given this path: the road to the airport, waiting, plane, road to the hotel - well, it's very hard, especially with children. It’s not the hotel’s fault, I’m talking about the trip in general... And one more thing: the hotel stands between two roads, one of which is six-lane, our window just looked out on it, cars roll day and night, I wanted to sleep with an open window, but I didn’t always succeeded. Therefore, I would rate it 8.5 points. People, please write reviews!
The description of the hotel can be found in my previous review. I recommend going to the Luna bar located on the roof. Works from 22.00 to 24.00. Very beautiful panorama of the city, Alanya fortress, the sea. A fabulous sunset will be remembered all year long!
Shops and market nearby. In the pharmacy across the road, the staff speaks Russian, they accept all our cards.
Thanks to the hotel staff for the birthday wishes! Very nice! Given the difficult time, I really want to relax in the hotel this year too!
The rooms were cleaned daily, the bar was also replenished every day. Wi-fi in the room did not pull at all. I paid extra 10 euros and everything began to work fine. Safe in the room for free. Restaurant - a lot of food: meat, vegetables, fruits, pastries. You won't be left hungry.
Sea - through the underpass, On the beach - sand, clean, good bar. The animation is quite lively and interesting. First for children, then for adults.
A special conversation is the embankment. We went to Alanya on foot, in the heat you can go down to the sea, swim and move on. You can take the bus from the hotel (schedule at the reception). Just tell the driver that you will then go to the hotel according to the bus schedule. City bus 101 is most often full. Travel 3 Turkish Lira. You can walk along the port, go to the Kyzyl-Kule tower.
On the other side of the mountain, you can take the funicular or go to Cleopatra Beach.
For lovers of oriental bazaars, on Monday and Thursday there are bazaars at a distance of 500m from the hotel. Deniz bank accepts our Sberbank cards (Master). You can withdraw Turkish Lira almost without interest. Dollars pay high interest. The downside of the hotel is the long road to the airport. After staying at the hotel, even this minus is a plus - you can enjoy the sea view all the way.
Yes, the hotel is on the outskirts, that is, it takes a very long time to drive - 2.5-3 hours (this is along with the resettlement of tourists from other hotels along the road). Perhaps this was the only negative.
The territory of the hotel is small - there is nowhere to walk.
The food in the restaurant is insanely delicious. Very large selection of everything and many different delicacies.
The booze is mediocre: the beer is tasty, but everything else is watered down.
Wi-Fi is free and works throughout the hotel. In the rooms, the signal may be a little weaker, but for communication via Skype it is enough in full.
The staff does not speak Russian. They understand English and German well.
This is because this hotel is mostly visited by Englishmen, Dutchmen, Swedes, Frenchmen. There are very few Russians. But the animators know Russian.
There are two pools - one is large and deep (next to the bar), the second is smaller (without a bar, but they play volleyball here, animators work), but with three slides. Both adults and children enjoy riding.
The sea is impeccably clean and transparent. Be sure to take a mask. Here, as in Egypt, you can also admire fish and underwater beauties. Carefully (!! ! ) there are a lot of reefs and sharp stones under the water. It's very easy to get hurt. Do not rush to plunge into vacation with a vengeance, carefully study the places where you will swim. There is a pier/pontoon. You can jump from it.
Rooms. We had a great room on the 4th floor. The minus of the fourth floor is that if there is a disco on the roof in the evening, you will hear dancing until late at night. The ceiling is still shaking. Almost all rooms have a view of the sea from the window
. The room has a safe, a TV (mainly with Turkish TV channels, there is one Russian), a mini-bar (if the system is Ultra All Inclusive, then everything is free and supplemented every morning). The room is quite spacious, there is where to turn around. On the balcony you can spend your evenings pleasantly. They clean up well. True, each time at a different time. They can clean while you have breakfast, or they can come almost in the evening. Or don’t come at all, even if the sign “Please, clean my room” is on the door.
In the evenings, a children's disco, and then, depending on the schedule of the animators: discos, various competitions, theatrical performances.
Games and entertainment: darts, French balls, water polo, volleyball, pool games, table tennis, etc.
In general, I liked everything - from and to. Usually, I don't go to the same place twice, because there are so many interesting places in the world. But I would really come back here again.
I recommend this hotel to young couples and families with children.
The child will certainly like it, children are always welcome here and all conditions are created for them.
