So, after much torment, she asked us to come in the morning on the birthday itself to confirm the reservation with a Russian girl. When we arrived, we were told that all the pavilions were occupied, she was not going to agree on an exchange or transfer with anyone, and yesterday no one agreed on anything with anyone. Our anger and resentment can only be imagined. It was lucky that, passing by the spa, the girls saw that something was wrong with us, and dragged us to the hammam. This improved the situation a bit.

You will not sleep with an open window over the highway. The air conditioner works well and is not noisy. The room has a normal minibar, kettle, tea and instant coffee. In the lobby bar there is always natural coffee 50/50 Arabica with Robusta. You can ask for natural milk in addition and build yourself a kind of cafe latte. Alcohol is not of high quality, it is better to take with you from duty free.
The food is frankly not up to the mark. That's what annoyed us the most. Pasta, fried potatoes, ketchups, pastries, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Spoiled chicken wings were served two days in a row. What is not eaten in the evening is mixed into lunch dishes the next day. There are dishes with a smell, I recommend a good sniff before eating. Regarding the service: the staff is very friendly and cool) the cleaning is good in the room and in the hotel as a whole. The beach is clean. When the current changes in the sea, debris is possible. Today I just didn’t swim about this: a lot of garbage bags, cellophane, plastic packaging for food and juices, cups. And on clean days, cool turtles and a lot of fish sailed. Guys, turtles are biting, don't poke your fingers at them. But they are a joy to watch. Lots of fish.
The beach has everything for relaxation, a chic pontoon, very good cleaning. But! In the food and drink area is the cesspool of the adjacent building, so it stinks terribly. I didn’t spoil my appetite, but those first days were very unpleasant. In the heat, it really stinks, I won’t name what. And on the way to the beach, you are forced to pass through this stench, and a pipe with a discharge of sewage treated water exits next to the pontoon and merges into the sea. Purified water, I repeat, it passed through biotal, but there is a sharp smell. So I recommend to go deeper into the pontoon.

The garden is a lawn rug with cute and big flamingos, it looked beautiful. Daily cleaning, replenishment of cosmetics and mini bar. The hotel and the area were clean, although there are enough tourists "pigs". During my stay the hotel was completely filled. A place on a deck chair (traveled together) could always be found, if not on the beach, then on the pier or by the pool. On the beach there were enough people of "Soviet tempering", who occupied the sunbeds with their towels, and themselves for half a day was not. On the pier (there is also a sunset), on the beach, by the pool there are constant lifeguards and video surveillance. Feel safe! ) For children there are water slides and a mini playground on the beach. The sunset is gentle (but 10 steps for an adult's neck), suitable for children.

The hotel was chosen randomly. Now we are here. Somewhere they finish something on trifles. The atmosphere and staff are beyond praise, all trying to please tourists. The kitchen is good, the beach is sandy, but the pier is still closed, as are many cafes on the beach. But they will most likely open in the next day or two.
