Arrogant service staff, the bath was leaking in the room, the air conditioner was lousy, the slides in the pool (this pool stank of URINE !!! ) of the neighboring hotel. They screw up at every turn. The worst thing was when I gave the guide back tickets, she didn’t return my ticket and couldn’t find it, citing the fact that I forgot to give it to her.
