And this is only the first day.

1. The staff is eerily lazy, there are absolutely not enough people, there is no Russian-speaking even at the reception, and until they serve tourists from Turkey and Europe, they won’t come to you.
2. Level 4 cuisine, and even then it’s in advance, everything is focused on fast food, french fries and nuggets, what you need for breakfast, chefs just spoil food, burnt mackerel is most memorable, there is very little choice, there was enough choice for alcohol at the level. Well, on the beach and in the pool there is the same fast food where it is, in principle, relevant. The staff pours the food himself, it is basically normal if there was a person behind each dish, and since this is not the case, get ready for huge queues.
3. The rooms are good, but the nuances have already been described above. 5* Slippers do not wait. Wifi in the room is good.
4. Room cleaning is basically normal, but one of the days we just forgot to clean it, although they gave a tip on the first day)
5. Do not expect animations for both adults and children! ) For 10 days there were two gestures from animation and then when Russia opened the border to Turkey.
6. If someone eats the promised gifts for a birthday, do not wait, they ran to the reception several times and the guide wrote zero reaction.
7. Bars did not always work on schedule, they wanted to close earlier.
8. Specify the conditions of departure, they do not inform at the reception, and then they charge 5 euros for each hour.
9. If you are placed on the upper floors, get ready to walk, because there is a huge problem with elevators, there are very few of them, not enough for tourists.
10. The spa services that are indicated in the description as free are nonsense, everything is paid, from the free they will offer only a sauna.
In Turkey, we have been many times in fives and fours, but I do not recommend this hotel.

We were impressed by the previous reviews, but what we saw and experienced, really experienced, shocked us. I hope everyone who reads the review to think and refuse to travel to this terrible place!

Check-in at the hotel after 14.00, but we were lucky. We arrived at 12:30 and we were given a room almost immediately, and on the 10th floor overlooking the sea.
Nutrition. Everything is very delicious. Food for every taste. The waiters are great, they will help, clean, pour wine or water. In addition, in this hotel you can eat around the clock. Anytime and anywhere. Breakfast-lunch-dinner-night dinner + constant snacks near the pool and the sea + in the lobby you could always drink coffee / tea / punch, etc. , along with a cookie or a cake.

I regretted 100 times that I didn’t take corals or something like that with me. But the sea is gorgeous, clean. The swimming area is fenced with buoys, but it is enough. We went for a massage and peeling for money, but you can visit the bathhouse and hammam absolutely free. I really liked the relaxation room.
The service here is not bad, but they do not always understand Russian, sometimes they had to speak English or German, especially at the reception.
The rooms are cleaned every day, but we didn’t really sit in the room, and if there was nothing to clean or didn’t want to be disturbed, they just pressed the “Do not disturb” button near the bed and didn’t come to us.
By the way, the Wi-Fi in our room was great.
Even the lobby and the restaurant were worse.
Separately, it must be said about the elevators. That's horrible. There are three elevators, but leaving the 10th floor is unrealistic. Whenever the elevator opened on a floor, it was already packed to capacity, people “rolled” even from 5 floors to 10, and then down. It ran wild. We often ran on foot. At the end of the holiday, they found an elevator for the staff, spat on everything and called only him.
Well, the highlight of this hotel is a rooftop bar. You can come at 19:00 and enjoy the views, but the bar itself is essentially closed, you can only make coffee and pour juice. Well, order a hookah ($ 10). At 20:00, a bar opens and you can already order delicious alcohol there and enjoy the views became more fun ^^
In general, I liked everything very much. From the huge bowl of delicious punch in the lobby to the incredible views from the room and the bar. If we go to Alanya again, then only here.

And now about the good: the food is excellent and varied (meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, salads, cheeses, sweets, ... and even crayfish, shrimp, mussels, sushi), drinks are many and quite tasty, not diluted as many write. The sea is clean and warm, it takes 2-3 minutes to go to the beach through a tunnel under the road. Every evening the entertainment program is very interesting!!!
Excursions of your choice - the guide offers many options, there are also signs on the beach and on the street near the hotels. We went on one excursion from the guide (since there were only 6-7 days to rest). There are mini markets nearby, but we only bought souvenirs there before leaving. Because there was enough. I really liked the rest, but the road is tiring - it takes 3 hours to go to the airport, although it is a comfortable bus, but far away. I recommend!! !
In the evening, there is a rooftop bar, a view of the whole of Alanya, all the same, the 15th floor, while all the other houses are from 3 to 7 floors. And what is most interesting is that there are no mosquitoes, no flies just do. After that, for three days they didn’t clean the room at all, even though we pressed the cleaning button every time. Removed only when called the reception. The following days were cleaned every day, if it could be called cleaning. Linen and towels for 9 nights changed 1 time. In the last 2 days, 2 pairs of new, children's shoes have disappeared... only we and the maid were in the room. they don't even understand English, let alone Russian.

Desserts suck, all the most delicious were sorted out at once, there were pies with different dyes and fatty cakes. There are very few Turkish sweets. There was enough fruit, except for strawberries. She was not every day and little. Juices are terrible, it is unrealistic to drink them. For breakfast, for 1 euro you could buy a delicious orange juice and that's it. Alcohol (wine, cocktails) cheap! You can drink water, cola, fanta. Coffee, naturally, instant Nescafe. Teas are normal. The waiters are disgusting, except for one nice person who always smiled sincerely and treated all guests with respect, not only Europeans. Russians are not favored there and this is striking, although they are there for the most part of the guests. One waitress was especially nasty, reminded me of the bespectacled teacher everyone hates. We once sat down at a dirty table, after someone. ". It's terrible to see this in a 5 star hotel!
The beach is clean, there are umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, trash cans, but towels were given at the spa for a very expensive deposit, we basically bought new towels for this money.
If you need a pool, it's small compared to other hotels. The slide by the pool is closed. The animation is very weak. In the evening, the playground is dark, children play in the twilight. Elevators are something! Very slow, buggy. One time the janitor asked us to go out, with two children, because he urgently needed to wipe the mirror.
The balcony in our wing stank! It feels like they dumped waste in the trash cans below us.
There are a lot of pensioners, a little less family and few young people.
