The hotel in general is not bad, but there are fives much better.
Repairs in the hotel are already worn out, the corners of the walls are broken off somewhere, tiles are broken somewhere, glass is broken, etc. , minor jambs that generally spoil the overall look. The seams on the wallpaper diverge in many places around the hotel.
Cleaning leaves much to be desired. There is always dirt on the floor, on the balcony they often forgot to clean it. Hygiene items were constantly forgotten to put. In the end, I had to go and complain.
The beach is also not so good. To take a place in the "house of Bali", I had to get up at 7 in the morning, then there were no places and there were only places by the pool. We read that it seems that they should remove things if someone books sunbeds, but unfortunately this was not the case.
The only thing that is truly top notch is the food. Delicious, varied, always beautiful presentation.
For children, a good amusement park and children's swings are literally on every corner.
Personally, I do not consider this hotel for a second visit.
5th time in Turkey.
We chose this hotel for a holiday with a group of families - all with children. Settlement was expected, although in the contract, as always, the category of the room is prescribed and the reservation for this date is confirmed in advance. It turned out that there were no rooms available. Instead, they offered in another building - the rooms are a little older, but closer to the sea.
I will focus on the disadvantages:
1. Elevators. There seem to be a lot of them, but in order to go up one floor to the restaurant, you have to stand 5-7 minutes in anticipation. I would love to do it on foot if there were wheelchair ramps. As a result, I took the child in my arms, my husband the stroller, and walked up the steep slippery stairs to the restaurant. There is only one exit from the main building towards the sea, again through the elevators.
2. Beach. More specifically, beds. They, one might say, do not exist for so many tourists. The coastline allows you to increase the rows of sunbeds, but there are not even folded sunbeds to take yourself. I also didn’t really like the canopies over the sunbeds - they are very narrow, it turns out that you won’t be able to lie down in the shade, there is always some part of the body in the sun. The condition of mattresses and awnings leaves much to be desired.
Advantages:
1. Kids club (4-11 years old). It's just a bomb. There is a paradise for a child - a great playground in the shade, a lot of animators who come up with something all the time: golf, bowling, relay races, face painting, crafts, T-shirt painting (for a fee), mini disco, and so on.
Lots of attractions for kids.
2. Good green area
The food, as in any 5, is quite varied and for every taste.
These are the biggest drawbacks for me.
When we arrived at the hotel, everything turned out to be quite excellent: an excellent comfortable room, a wonderful view from the window, there is everything you need. In the hotel you feel like the most welcome guest.
Oh, and a wonderful restaurant. Perhaps the best restaurant of all in hotels in Turkey. And in addition to it - "a la carte" restaurants (Arabic, Japanese). And everything is FREE! In the Japanese restaurant (it is the smallest) everything is cooked in front of you, they give you a very tasty soup, a variety of sushi, and fried fish, meat and shrimp cooked in front of you. The Arabic restaurant has a lot of national dishes, also very tasty and original. The main restaurant has theme nights every day.
The hotel grounds are wonderful too. For children - game zones "by the last word". Any entertainment, evening shows, programs. Well, a well-groomed comfortable beach, of course.
In general, the hotel is very good. Would recommend to everyone if possible.

When we checked into the hotel, we were not given a beach bag, when we asked other vacationers on the beach, they were given to the reception when they checked into the hotel, regardless of the number of times they stayed at this hotel, they turned to the reception, we were sent to the guest relations department. There we were told that bags are given only to those who are not the first time in the hotel, that there are boxes and offered to buy. After explanations with the employee of the department and not entirely pleasant, they gave us this ill-fated bag. We were with my grandson and he really wanted his mother to bring a gift from the hotel. Our friends never got it.
The hotel is not a bad lunopark with cars and other attractions.
It's nice that at seven in the morning you can drink a glass of hot milk or coffee on the beach.
Rooms are well cleaned, staff is friendly.
A very nice girl Tanya works in the leather shop at the hotel, she told us all the subtleties of the hotel.
Everything is not bad, but the hotel does not correspond to its status. Not when weren't on the Dolphin network. Were in hotels of a similar price category. But there is no desire in Dolphin yet.
Service: remember, predict, smile, promptly serve;
food: varied, tasty, super desserts, unusual serving;
animation: foam party, evening shows, animators do not let you get bored, a lot of entertainment during the day;
swimming pools: children's pools, slides, waiters on rollers by the pool, pools are clean, beautiful tents by the pool and the sea;
territory: beautiful and very large, in excellent condition. Met wonderful people. It was a lot of fun. Only pleasant impressions remained. We will definitely come back to this hotel : )
For a long time they could not understand from where the constant clatter and roar was coming from overhead, because our room is on the 5th floor, it is the last one. And this is where the hotel stands out. . .
On the roof of the building there is a playground, tennis court, football, etc. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, every rustle, not to mention the children endlessly running along the corridors. The beach is a stone, the sunset is of course still that attraction. Very dirty, cigarette butts, rubbish. The beds are very old. Sun loungers in the understanding of the hotel are dirty rags stretched over a metal frame. Dirty everywhere. Toilets are a total mess. Like at the railway station in Soviet times. There is a lot of chlorine in the pools, they can be found by smell. Stray cats. Food is basically food and food. You won't be hungry, but you won't enjoy eating either. The floor in the dining room is apparently washed very rarely. Yes, there are often no places to eat. You have to come back several times to find a free seat. A lot of people, extremely uncomfortable everywhere. Just crowds, children, carriages. I want to pay special attention to the staff. Our maid was an extremely uneducated and completely tactless woman. She did not understand Russian or English. I could enter the room without knocking. Don't ask anything to start doing something. And after I refused to take the rose from my bouquet, which was in the room, she, judging by the emotional speech, probably cursed me. I kept forgetting to put toilet paper in. Towels are in short supply. The staff in general are just people who eat on holidaymakers. There were of course a few very sympathetic and friendly, but mostly terrible attitude. There was no iron in the room or in the building for self ironing. The service is paid, in order to get this service you still need to run around and look. Then a man comes and unceremoniously shakes things out of a special package, inspects and takes them away. I have to bring two dresses in 4 hours! One dress didn't look like it had been ironed. And the second one was simply ruined, there was a stain on the back, and it was ironed without turning it out, leaving numerous white stripes from the iron. The dress was new. I tried to make a complaint about this, but after a 40-minute marathon from one counter to another, then I was sent to another floor altogether, then the reception again. I gave up. There is a disdainful attitude towards Russian-speaking people here, the reception is always crowded, and you had to wait a long time, but if English-speaking tourists came, they were served in priority. Mini bar periodically forgot to replenish. At the end, they gave out a questionnaire to fill out, that's just how to fill it out, there are no writing utensils in the room. Honestly, we sat out the last few days in order to leave as soon as possible.
