Briefly (hopefully)...We checked in at the hotel in a great mood, at the reception they accepted normally, then the horror began...They supposedly settled in the best room with a sea view, but after checking in, problems began....No cleaning (which for us it was very important because we were with a 9-month-old baby who was crawling everywhere), the room above the pool, it was noisy from early morning until late in the evening .

Drinks are local bullshit ....The beach is dirty, there are never enough sunbeds ...The only plus is the polite staff, (the weather is beautiful and the sea is warm, which does not belong to the hotel) ....
In general, for 10 days we enjoyed the sea and the sun ....Everything !!! ! We strongly do not recommend.. .

It all started with settlement. We arrived at the hotel at about 8:30 in the morning and there were administrators at the reception who did not speak Russian. We communicated in English. Lost our voucher and said it was our fault. It turned out that when filling out, the administrator gave our voucher to another guest, since the guest returned it to us.

Lost our voucher and said it was our fault. It turned out that when filling out, the administrator gave our voucher to another guest, since the guest returned it to us. Before check-in, our things were told to be thrown directly into the lobby somewhere (there is no left-luggage office or just a security guard). We were supposed to check in at 2:00 pm, but we were able to check in at 4:20 pm. The room is terrible, others said no, they even offered money for the best room - still no. Everything is visible in the photo. The food was also so-so, for 8 days of rest for dinner they gave 2 times fish, 1 time turkey and the rest of the days - chicken wings. For breakfast, cheap sausages that are impossible to eat (in shops in the city they cost about 17-25 rubles per pack), eggs, weathered cheese and most likely spoiled yogurt with soaked cereal. At lunch they gave everyone fruit, but very little. For the first 3-4 minutes of lunch, the guests sorted the fruit, as a result, we only managed to snatch watermelon and peaches a couple of times. Juices at the bar were very diluted with water. There were not enough places in the restaurant, often you had to go to the room with food, because there was simply no place to sit. There were not enough appliances, the plates were almost all beaten. In the pool with slides, the water is very cold, out of 4 slides only 3 worked, to our question why the slide does not work and when will it be opened? They answered us: "problem" and simply went away from us. The entertainment program is even worse, I don’t even want to remember it. Hellishly loud music and a bunch of drunken Russian guests lying on the tables in the bar. From entertainment: darts 2 times a day, aqua aerobics in the sea once for the whole vacation. Nothing more. Sunset in the sea - stones, huge and sharp stones. There are few sunbeds and they are very dirty. For 8 days, we changed bed linen and towels 2 times, and it is doubtful how clean it was. The mini bar was never replenished. When checking out at about 03:40 in the morning, there was no one at the reception and no one saw us off, they prepared a "lunch box" for us - 2 sandwiches, all with the same cheap sausage and that's it!

I am a girl. Sent back to Land of Paradise. When I checked in, I came under the end of lunch, not only is there nothing to eat. The maximum number of stars for this hotel is 3*! The food is tasteless, there is not much to eat. As many have written here, this is a breakfast consisting almost of eggs. Rude staff, before that I had a rest in 4 * and I liked it more. They don’t want to pour alcohol, you come up to the bar until 00.00 at 23.30 everyone already says, finish. The rooms are very dirty, there is a smell, the shower and toilet are rusty. From entertainment, nothing at all, an adult "disco" with the lights on at the bar and a bunch of small children. And yes, mostly Turkish music. If you approach the DJ and ask to turn something on, he refuses. The sea only pleased warm, clean and calm. I do not recommend this hotel.

They sold us a ticket to a 5-star hotel. Having crossed the threshold of this rooming house, they immediately drew attention to the scandal. A woman with two children was screaming that she would drag everyone through the courts, etc. , by the way, scandals and showdowns every day! And here's why: in fact - this is a maximum 3-star hotel, boarding house - breakfast 7.

A woman with two children was screaming that she would drag everyone through the courts, etc. , by the way, scandals and showdowns every day! And here's why: in fact - this is a maximum 3-star hotel, boarding house - breakfast 7.00-9.00, lunch 12.00-14.00, dinner 18.00-21.00. Moreover, if you came at 20.50 - everything was already cleaned and we were denied dinner even if we had a child !! ! Let's go eat in the city.
Dirty, for 10 days the bed was not changed even once, cleaning even with a tip is very superficial. There is no cleaning at all in the corridor, sand, dirty dishes, garbage bags. Food: breakfast - boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, rice and all sorts of grass, pastries beeee; lunch: one soup all 10 days, blue, zucchini with chicken, rice, pasta, dinner is also shit. snack bar pasta and hamburgers, french fries, coffee and juices chemistry....There is dirt in the dining room, when asked why such a light is weak, they answered that dirt was not visible !!!
Last year it was 3*. We were generally lucky, last year 40 people got sick, but we came home with some kind of virus, we are being treated. Spa horror, I wanted a hammam, they put me in a cold sauna, they say warm up, I sit, I touch the stones - cold, I left in short, minus $ 25! It's a shame, they were waiting for the holidays, but now it's tough! Fish and sharp stones bite in the sea.
Hotel quest: find a clean plate in the dining room, then cutlery, find a free table, you have to stand and wait, there are no sunbeds on the beach either. If you want to take revenge on someone, advise this hotel, it will be a terrible revenge!

And as the Turks themselves have already told us, many hotels have “bought” stars for themselves there and are positioning themselves as a five, but service and maintenance / food remained at the level of a triple. I think our tour operators knew about it, but they receive % from the sale of tours there.....
Everything in order:
1. Accommodation in the rooms is sooooo long (((half a day minimum, and some vacationers lived two days in another hotel while they were looking for / preparing rooms for them ((. And get ready for the fact that first you will be taken to low-level rooms so that you can later gladly paid extra for a good room) the surcharge for me and my friends cost $50 per room. will go to the "piece" of the sea and the pool with a bar, then in the afternoon and in the evening your room will be full of smoke and bitterness (((smoke from the grill and barbecue bar rises up into the rooms (((
2. Beach: sand, entrance to the sea sand, stones in some places. The bay, so there will be no strong waves. Sometimes fish gently bite on the heels, but this is not critical))) there are stones nearby, small crabs live there, please the children with their view))
3. Service: 80% of the staff knows neither English nor Russian. Communication on gestures or with an online / translator. And even $ 1 in the room does not guarantee clean wet cleaning, only swans will be made for you on the bed. At our check-in, 70-80% of the vacationers were Turkish families themselves, so all the animations and music were focused on them (. And only after the arrival of the Russian speakers, the animation and disco were reoriented to the Slavs). Disco is loudly said)) just music, you dance yourself, you amuse yourself)). Separately, I’ll tell you about the animator Alex (Georgian from Tbilisi), he holds contests and fun for kids very well! ) And if you have some important event, he will not refuse to announce it to you in the evening and say/wish kind words).
And about the service in the part of the hotel: if you don’t pay, nothing will happen (. Even what it’s supposed to! My friend had a birthday there. I asked the hotel manager Adele (sitting in the lobby) to beautifully set the table and bring a compliment to the room "from the hotel (fruit). I will not tell how she let me down and did NOTHING at all and how much nerves it cost me to talk with her, I can only say that with the purely strength and attitude of ordinary guys / waiters Abdullah, Osman, I was able to organize a holiday for my friend and good mood! )
4. Excursions: the hotel will offer you different trips. We were only on one - a walk on a pirate ship. The price at the hotel is $32, we bought and bargained for the same trip $13))). I liked the trip in general. And there was a walk around Alanya, and Cleopatra's beach, and a foamy disco, and swimming in the sea).
5. Nutrition: as for me, a girl, it’s normal) I ate vegetables, herbs, cheeses)) turkey meat and chicken mostly. There were no barbecues, but there was never seafood! (Yes, there was fish. But there were always queues ((Sweet (cakes) are very tasty! ) Cheeses are all salty, as for me. And olives / black olives are also actively salted) For children, rice porridge and muesli and potato/mashed potatoes.
6. Sunbeds and towels for free. But in order to lie on sunbeds all day, and even by the sea, you need to go at 7 in the morning and take a sunbed (leave a towel on it).
Something like that))
Have a nice holiday!! )

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June. We can say this: the hotel is solid 4. Friendly, helpful staff and animation 5+ (Special, thank you very much!! ! all the highest standards of customer service are met) divine massage 5+ : )) Placed right away, a room overlooking a piece of the sea : )) The territory of the hotel is small, but this is a plus, if you are with children, you don’t have to look for a long time : ) The weather was beautiful, the sea is gentle, the water is warm and clear.

The beach is located in a bay, one tip: set an alarm for 7 o'clock, if you want a busy sun lounger in the first line, then right by the sea. So there are a lot of sun loungers, well, if there is not enough sand nearby. I liked the food, a lot of fresh vegetables, there is a grill (fish, barbecue). A bunch of cakes: ) fruits. Our friends didn't have enough meat : ) There is meat, of course, but not much choice. Annoying artificial queues, well, this is probably our mentality. There was enough food in this hotel for everyone!! ! Every evening children's disco, show and then disco. Alcohol of local quality, probably good, because in the morning plus, minus, everyone was alive : ) Friends for this little money that we paid, everything was very cool !!!! ! !! !

I stayed at the hotel with my husband and small child! Good hotel, friendly staff! We got a room overlooking a piece of the sea and the neighboring hotel. . . By the way, under the windows of the mini zoo of the neighboring hotel, and for some reason no one talks about peacocks, which make very loud sounds at night, but we sleep well and it didn’t bother us)))) Breakfasts were acceptable! from the assortment there was rice milk porridge, delicious pancakes, eggs of various kinds, cereals and muesli, sausages, cheeses, sometimes sausages! Lunch really didn’t happen once in a while, but the child didn’t stay hungry, there was always a snack bar with french fries, spaghetti, nuggets and hamburgers at hand! there was enough fruit watermelon, medlar, apples, oranges, walnuts, at the end of the rest they began to give cherries and strawberries! And dinners.

Finally arrived home. Rested with two grandchildren - 9 and 15 years old. It was a ruined holiday in the worst hotel in Turkey we love. I am a traveler with 30 years of experience, vacationing in 45 countries. There is something to compare. In Turkey already 14 times. The 4-star hotel booked by us did not confirm the accommodation and had to go to this 5-star hotel on the advice of the manager.

There was no time to read reviews.
We arrived at the hotel at 11:00. They settled in the room within 1 hour. We paid for the "standard" room, but settled us in a two-room suite in building 19. The room was very dirty, there was no hair dryer, the remote control from the air conditioner did not work, from the TV too. The door to the balcony does not lock. We approached the reception manager Mukhsin with a request to relocate, he showed us standard rooms in buildings 17 and 18 with an extra bed. It was very crowded for three of us and we chose a two-room suite in building 19 with the condition that they would eliminate all the shortcomings. The view from the room to the street and the side wall of the neighboring hotel, but we came to relax on the sea, and not in the room, so the view did not frighten us. The room was cleaned within half an hour, but the rest of the imperfections were not eliminated until the end of our holiday.
The hotel has no territory. The pool is very small and 10-15 sun loungers are installed near the pool during the day, and in the evening they are removed and tables are set, there is another small pool with children's slides. But we don’t need pools either, because we came to swim and take sea baths, and not splash in chlorine water.
The food is very scarce. Everything is in order. For breakfast every day: scrambled eggs, fried eggs or eggs with vegetables, boiled egg, rice porridge. Sometimes boiled sausages were given in 2 cm pieces (if you get it). Pancakes are cooked outside. Sausages (if you can call it that) 2-3 types, cheese -6-7 types, pastries and jams. For seven days of stay, rice porridge and eggs ate for the rest of my life, tired.
For lunch out of a 7-day stay, only 3 days (thanks to the RAMADAN holiday) were given chicken meat (stew with vegetables or peas) or fish. The rest of the days they ate something like this: for hot dishes, boiled rice or wheat, and for garnish - pasta or boiled vegetables, fresh salads with cabbage, well, tomatoes and cucumbers. Every day 1 kind of liquid-liquid soup: onion, vermicelli, pea. For two days I didn’t understand at all what the soup was from - it was just water whitened with something. Everyone takes a ladle, they look, the ladle is back and they leave. We ate delicious, delicious cakes, although I thank them for this.
The dinners were delicious, there was chicken or turkey meat, cutlets (soy) were fried on the street, they gave fish every other day. And on the RAMADAN holiday (June 4) they arranged a dinner of seafood delicacies. The rest of the days there is still little meat, the queue is long. If you arrive late, then you can do without meat. . . We always tried to come to the opening, as on the first day we were left without meat for lunch and dinner.
On RAMADAN, they even gave us Strawberries, plums and apricots.
The rest of the days of fruit only apples of 2 kinds, oranges and sliced u200bu200bgrapefruits.
But the worst is waiting for you on the beach. Sun loungers are sorely lacking. By seven o'clock, almost all sunbeds are already occupied. If you manage to take a seat, it does not mean that you took it for the whole day. If there are vacationers of local nationality left without sunbeds, they will simply throw out your towels, or even worse, they will simply take your towels and a place and you will be left without anything... And for the loss of a towel you have to pay 20 dollars.
And this happens every day several times and for some reason only with Russian tourists....
This is the CONCEPT of the hotel - the sunbeds should not be empty for 20 minutes, and if you like to swim, then it turns out that you need to take the towels with you....The hotel administration, the hotel guide, and even the host, Anex TOUR, explained to me this way. And if you see how your compatriots take the place and stand up for them, then they frighten you either with eviction and calling the gendarmerie.
If you do not delete this review and read to the end, then draw conclusions - you should go to this hotel or not.
The hotel does not even pull on the four in terms of food and service
