And as the Turks themselves have already told us, many hotels have “bought” stars for themselves there and are positioning themselves as a five, but service and maintenance / food remained at the level of a triple. I think our tour operators knew about it, but they receive % from the sale of tours there.....
Everything in order:
1. Accommodation in the rooms is sooooo long (((half a day minimum, and some vacationers lived two days in another hotel while they were looking for / preparing rooms for them ((. And get ready for the fact that first you will be taken to low-level rooms so that you can later gladly paid extra for a good room) the surcharge for me and my friends cost $50 per room. will go to the "piece" of the sea and the pool with a bar, then in the afternoon and in the evening your room will be full of smoke and bitterness (((smoke from the grill and barbecue bar rises up into the rooms (((

2. Beach: sand, entrance to the sea sand, stones in some places. The bay, so there will be no strong waves. Sometimes fish gently bite on the heels, but this is not critical))) there are stones nearby, small crabs live there, please the children with their view))
3. Service: 80% of the staff knows neither English nor Russian. Communication on gestures or with an online / translator. And even $ 1 in the room does not guarantee clean wet cleaning, only swans will be made for you on the bed. At our check-in, 70-80% of the vacationers were Turkish families themselves, so all the animations and music were focused on them (. And only after the arrival of the Russian speakers, the animation and disco were reoriented to the Slavs). Disco is loudly said)) just music, you dance yourself, you amuse yourself)). Separately, I’ll tell you about the animator Alex (Georgian from Tbilisi), he holds contests and fun for kids very well! ) And if you have some important event, he will not refuse to announce it to you in the evening and say/wish kind words).
And about the service in the part of the hotel: if you don’t pay, nothing will happen (. Even what it’s supposed to! My friend had a birthday there. I asked the hotel manager Adele (sitting in the lobby) to beautifully set the table and bring a compliment to the room "from the hotel (fruit). I will not tell how she let me down and did NOTHING at all and how much nerves it cost me to talk with her, I can only say that with the purely strength and attitude of ordinary guys / waiters Abdullah, Osman, I was able to organize a holiday for my friend and good mood! )
4. Excursions: the hotel will offer you different trips. We were only on one - a walk on a pirate ship. The price at the hotel is $32, we bought and bargained for the same trip $13))). I liked the trip in general. And there was a walk around Alanya, and Cleopatra's beach, and a foamy disco, and swimming in the sea).

5. Nutrition: as for me, a girl, it’s normal) I ate vegetables, herbs, cheeses)) turkey meat and chicken mostly. There were no barbecues, but there was never seafood! (Yes, there was fish. But there were always queues ((Sweet (cakes) are very tasty! ) Cheeses are all salty, as for me. And olives / black olives are also actively salted) For children, rice porridge and muesli and potato/mashed potatoes.
6. Sunbeds and towels for free. But in order to lie on sunbeds all day, and even by the sea, you need to go at 7 in the morning and take a sunbed (leave a towel on it).
