It all started with settlement. We arrived at the hotel at about 8:30 in the morning and there were administrators at the reception who did not speak Russian. We communicated in English. Lost our voucher and said it was our fault. It turned out that when filling out, the administrator gave our voucher to another guest, since the guest returned it to us. Before check-in, our things were told to be thrown directly into the lobby somewhere (there is no left-luggage office or just a security guard). We were supposed to check in at 2:00 pm, but we were able to check in at 4:20 pm. The room is terrible, others said no, they even offered money for the best room - still no. Everything is visible in the photo. The food was also so-so, for 8 days of rest for dinner they gave 2 times fish, 1 time turkey and the rest of the days - chicken wings. For breakfast, cheap sausages that are impossible to eat (in shops in the city they cost about 17-25 rubles per pack), eggs, weathered cheese and most likely spoiled yogurt with soaked cereal. At lunch they gave everyone fruit, but very little. For the first 3-4 minutes of lunch, the guests sorted the fruit, as a result, we only managed to snatch watermelon and peaches a couple of times. Juices at the bar were very diluted with water. There were not enough places in the restaurant, often you had to go to the room with food, because there was simply no place to sit. There were not enough appliances, the plates were almost all beaten. In the pool with slides, the water is very cold, out of 4 slides only 3 worked, to our question why the slide does not work and when will it be opened? They answered us: "problem" and simply went away from us. The entertainment program is even worse, I don’t even want to remember it. Hellishly loud music and a bunch of drunken Russian guests lying on the tables in the bar. From entertainment: darts 2 times a day, aqua aerobics in the sea once for the whole vacation. Nothing more. Sunset in the sea - stones, huge and sharp stones. There are few sunbeds and they are very dirty. For 8 days, we changed bed linen and towels 2 times, and it is doubtful how clean it was. The mini bar was never replenished. When checking out at about 03:40 in the morning, there was no one at the reception and no one saw us off, they prepared a "lunch box" for us - 2 sandwiches, all with the same cheap sausage and that's it!
