Regarding the bathhouse, the sauna is very hot, it’s impossible to go in, the hammam is cold, it’s warmer outside than in it. And this is always the case according to the staff.
I recommend the hotel to those who have not vacationed in more decent places, otherwise there will be disappointments. And the sea, the most important thing for which soda came, at the height of the season the sea has fresh milk, you don’t want to go out at all, clean water, waves. There are a lot of sunbeds as well as vacationers, but you can always find a place, both on the beach and on the pier.
The hotel consists of two five-story buildings, which are located opposite each other so close that you can see everything in the rooms opposite. Moreover, the same close proximity to neighboring hotels. First we were given a room on the fifth floor. Its only plus was that it was high and we could not be seen from other floors. But it smelled godlessly of sewage. A day later we were moved to the third floor. The rooms are very small (well, very). Double bed and two-story through the aisle. The younger one did not want to climb to the top. I was afraid that the bed would fall apart. The bed is snow-white, but already with holes from old age. Shampoo, gel and soap are available and added regularly. There can be no talk of any swans and crocodiles from towels. Beach towels are small, old and worn. To exchange for a fresh one you need to pay $ 1.
Wi-Fi at the reception is free or
$5 all over, not bad.
The area is tiny. There is a path to the sea, on the one hand there is a swimming pool, on the other hand a billiards, an entertainment stage and a restaurant (which is also two Ala cards, and a snack bar during the day).
Accordingly, the beach is also sooooo small in length and width. There are additional places on the pier to somehow unload the beach.
Vacationers, this is a separate issue. 80% Russians, 50% of them pensioners and 20% Ukrainians. At five in the morning, pensioners go in single file to borrow sunbeds. Moreover, the same ones are occupied by the pool, and on the pier, and on the beach. And then they move according to their mood. They put towels, things, eggplants with water, stones and even corn cores on the sunbeds. At first they endured, and then they saw that they could take it and not come at all, they began to throw off and take places.
The staff - they didn’t even hear about any friendliness, as well as about the prevention of coronavirus. In gloves through one, in masks also not all or lowered on the chin.
The food is good, but every day is the same. There were chicken meat, turkey and sheep ribs, a lot of fish. Delicious. Also a lot of greens and vegetables. The buns are dry and not fresh. Sweets are good. True, you need to come early, because. if they run out, they don't deliver anymore. Fruit, it was a shock. Of the fruits were watermelons, apples, plums and their tasteless melon. Once there was a fig, but some none. There were no bananas. Although there are a lot of banana farms and greenhouses on the way to the hotel.
The next day, after arrival, the youngest child had a birthday (8 years old). Ordered a cake (requested $20). We were booked a table near the pool (by the way, there is no lighting there, and when it got dark, what is on the table is not visible at all). They asked to bring at least candles, they said that there were no candles. Phones lit up. So, we saw how they take out cakes in Egypt, this is a whole performance, with music, dances, songs and congratulations. After what we saw, we didn’t count on this, but we thought that at least the waiter around the corner would light candles and bring the cake solemnly. In fact, he, running past, put the cake on the table, quickly lit 4! candles and ran away. They congratulated and sang along with the next table, also on the birthday.
The cake was ordered chocolate, but they brought fruit. Something like that. Entry into the sea from large pebbles, you definitely need corals. Nearby there are more free beaches that you can walk to. And after three hotels, there was an abandoned hotel with a very large beach. There was beauty there.
We left at three in the morning. To take food on the road, you need to order in advance. It's so hard to guess what people want to eat and drink. Moreover, not a single bar worked and there was nowhere to eat. In the same Rehan, everyone was given a branded package with water, fruits, pastries, sandwiches and juices. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Although the bar was open, you could have coffee and breakfast.
As a result, the second time, even for free, I'm unlikely to go here. I absolutely do not recommend.
Oh, I forgot to write over the hills. There are two slides there that work on time, from 10-12 and from 14-16, at other times they turn off the water. Children are not satisfied with this and they try to ride on dry, they cannot be stopped.
Of the advantages, only clean and warm sea.
The representative of the Anex-tour is a separate story. We got off the bus, she pointed her finger towards the hotel, said that the reception was on the right, got on the bus and drove off. Another representative of Anex was sitting in the hall, so he did not even raise his head. Prior to that, they flew with Join Up, literally by the hand from one representative to another. I don’t need red carpets, but the elementary: “Welcome”, you can squeeze out of yourself. Especially if you want to buy excursions from you later.
What are the advantages of the hotel can be determined:
location directly by the sea;
satisfactory food in the dining room - you will never stay hungry (you can't call it a restaurant);
loyalty of the staff, with whom we had no problems.
The main advantage is of course the pleasant, clean sea and sunny weather.
The disadvantages include:
the hotel does not meet the level of 5 * due to the neglected view (the dining room looks relatively dark, when cooking on the grill smoke goes into the hall, old furniture, shabby walls, electric brushes in my room is poorly equipped, towel rail did not stick to the wall, there was no request to fix the reaction, in general the hotel needs major repairs, many paid services, such as Turkish coffee, replacement of the mini bar in the room was also paid, internet on site and in the room, natural juices - fresh, safe, etc. );
Personally, I, a coffee lover, was annoyed by the presence of only instant coffee in the dining room (no beer at all, although I did not use alcohol in such heat).
By the way, the A la Carte restaurant did not work.
The hotel also had a lot of guests, which caused queues in the dining room, lack of free space, as well as constant competition for who will take a deck chair on the beach or by the pool.
The conclusion is the following - thanks to good weather, beautiful sea and satisfactory nutrition - the holiday was a success. At the same time Concordia Celes Hotel is not a 5 * hotel (not worth the money I paid). Next time I will not rest there.
As for the territory, it is not big, there is nowhere to go except the hotel. Food for 3-4 stars. Don't expect variety. Breakfasts are mostly based on eggs + some vegetables. Of course, you will not stay hungry, but the monotony is boring. From meat, mostly chicken and meat sandwich (heart, liver, etc. , it is not always possible to even make out). The waiters are always tired and exhausted. It infuriates in the dining room, when people are sitting at the tables eating, the waiters carry garbage carts next to the tables, stand next to you and begin to rake and sort the food into buckets. The feeling is not for everyone. A dark dining room, probably so that the flies were not so visible.
As for the rooms, that's a different story. It is clear that there was no renovation for a long time, but elementary hooks for towels, a glass for a tooth. pastes and brushes are also not to be seen. Towels either hung on the shower cabin, then by number, then on the balcony . . A shelf with towels inside the shower cabin!! ! Room cleaning is not cleaning at all, but apparently, if you pay extra, it will be better. For those who live on the upper floors and want to use the elevator, be patient, it's not for the faint of heart to wait. What else.
From the pros. Good animation. must be given credit. Water polo, drawings of a prize for a water competition will delight you. Evening entertainment is monotonous for an amateur. We went to look at neighboring hotels for evening entertainment - the feeling that all the animators were taught in the same courses and were given the same learning aid - the same competitions: one to one. We took a boat trip with swimming on the Cleopatra beach, with access to the open sea to the dolphins, with a stop in different bays. $20 per person. In the end, what we got: they took us for a ride on the ship, the guide did not say anything, except for antics in Russian, English and Turkish. Cleopatra's beach was seen only from afar, without explanation we drove past to what coastal cul-de-sac for swimming. But as mentioned earlier - the sea is peculiar, only the most courageous swam. They didn’t get into the open sea either, everyone passed by, and as a result they were taken to the starting point. Wasted money.
Finally, I will say this. If there is absolutely nowhere to go financially, then you are here. Although for the same money there are other places and hotels where you will be satisfied. This hotel is not recommended.
The hotel is wonderful, very authentic. All furniture is in excellent condition. The food is varied and very tasty. There is also Turkish and European cuisine. The children were pleased with the presence of french fries and grilled meat : ))
Settled very quickly. They rented instead of the usual room - a suite with a stunning view of the sea and the pool, and with very nice furniture, all at no extra charge! ! ! !!
The staff is very attentive and polite, the animation is great.
Of the minuses - Wi-Fi (without catching almost completely) bought for 1 y. e in the room (my advice to you do not buy), if you need quality internet - we bought at the airport.
Another nuance - almost from the shore quite deep, not very comfortable with small children. But the sea is turquoise and very very warm : ))
Nearby is a fairly large bazaar "Alara Bazaar" (everything is very cheap, who loves shopping - you here) - you can walk to it, or get to a comfortable minibus for 1 y. is.
You can also get to Alanya - and walk to see historical sites.
In general, we really liked it - I RECOMMEND.
The food is varied, you definitely won’t be hungry, every day there is a grill, a fish, and what delicious fruits! Alcohol is so-so, but if you look at the ratio of price and quality, then the norms!
The staff is friendly and attentive! Special thanks to the manager Ekaterina, all issues are resolved instantly!
In general, we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel! And we will definitely come back to you!
Of the minuses, only the Internet, bought for $ 5, but it did not work in our room, we had to go down to the lobby. On the territory, too, weakly worked.
The only thing I want to draw attention to is that it is difficult to go into the sea with small children, but there is a wonderful warm pool.
Let's start with the road. We got from Antalya airport to the hotel in 1 hour 20 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30. We were literally seated within 15 minutes. The room was given as requested - with a view of the sunset.
Number 2434. The coolest number. Fresh and stylish renovation. Beautiful furniture. Bright and clean room. Amazing sunsets.
The hotel itself is very comfortable. Yes, it is not big, but it has everything. Tennis court, hookah, amphitheater, table tennis, two swimming pools, slides, kids club, beach.
Nutrition. Breakfasts. Here everything is according to the standard - a huge amount of cheeses, sausages, vegetables. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. Lunch, dinner. There is always grilled meat and fish. Plus steamed meat and fish. Lots of vegetables and salads. Soups of two types for lunch and dinner. Lots of buns and bread. Basically, you won't go hungry.
Swimming pool. There are two of them - one adult, with a designated place for slides, one for children up to 50 cm.
Always clean. The staff, like bees, start cleaning in the morning. And all day they circle in this dance of purity and freshness.
Sea. Oh, this sea ...how beautiful it is here. 50 shades of blue. Warm, gentle, affectionate. The beach is small pebbles, we went in slippers, but you can do without. There is a pier, large with sunbeds. There and jump and just go down the stairs.
Staff. Everyone is very polite. So thank you and please, and smiles do not leave your face. Of course, we also did not forget to say thank you once again. Especially the cook who is on the grill. Awesome person!
Animation. She is. From early morning until late evening. In the morning exercises, water aerobics, volleyball, water polo. All day contests. In the evening mini disco, animation for adults. Contests, disco until 12 midnight.
In general, the impression of the hotel is only positive. This is a very cool BUDGET FIVE. Yes, this is not Rixos, but the price is different here. The hotel fully met our expectations.
And we certainly have something to compare.
Of the minuses. The main disadvantage is the pandemic in which we are forced to rest. At the hotel, the food is completely open, everyone pours themselves. Although for some this may be a plus))
There is no distance, there are a lot of people. Sunbeds near the pool need to be borrowed early. We went out for breakfast at 8 o'clock and immediately threw a towel on the nearest sunbed.
There are enough sun loungers for everyone on the sea.
But let's close our eyes to the virus, because you can catch it when going to the store for bread, and let's enjoy the rest without thinking about the bad.
Summing up, I want to say that Concordia celec hotel is definitely worth the money. And we will definitely come back here.
P. S. For 11 days, no one picked up anything, no one went with anything.
We sunbathed, rested, ate fruit, bought ourselves a swim, and satisfied and happy went home to Kyiv.
Thank you Concordia celes hotel for your comfort! We will definitely be back!
The food is an average budget five: breakfasts are good, a large selection of cheeses, fruits, vegetables, lunch and dinner are weak, but we did not expect lobsters for that kind of money, pastries are very simple for Turkey, there was always no choice. For the money the hotel is good. Budget friendly, everything is great. Special thanks to our guide Farhat, the excursions were unforgettable. The staff member is charming Katyusha, the sweetest girl is so pleasant and friendly. Thank you for a good stay at a low price.
