Firstly, we were settled in a nearby hotel, simply put before the fact and said that this is their 6th building!! ! Although this is a separate hotel with a different name, with its own reception, restaurant, swimming pool, etc. To our indignation, we were told that we were provided with a room even better than ours, with laminate flooring and a flat-screen TV. That is, we should be immensely happy from their impudence!! ! But since we continued to insist, they offered to come in the morning the next day and after the release of the rooms we would be relocated.
The next morning we had a meeting with the hotel guide (Shahin), where we heard that we were not the only ones with check-in problems, people complained that the rooms were terribly dirty and asked Shahin to deal with the problem.
